本発明は、取付け性や照明性などに優れたポップカード等の商品広告具に関する。

【従来の技術】
店舗等で展示される商品の購買力を高めるために、商品広告具が用いられている。この商品広告具として、商品の展示台に固定されたクランプにポップカードを取り付けたタイプの他に、天井から広告紙を吊り下げたタイプのものがあり、いずれも、消費者の目に付きやすい所に配置される。
天井から広告紙を吊り下げたタイプでは、天井に画鋲やテープ等で広告紙の上端が止められているが、広告紙を外した時に、画鋲等の跡が残るという問題があり、さらに、天井には、表面が硬質で画鋲が使用出来ない箇所があり、商品広告具を必ずしも消費者の目に付きやすい所に配置できるとは限らないという問題がある。
そこで、本件出願人は、照明灯を挟持する弾性部材と、この弾性部材に取り付けられるレール状クリップと、このレール状クリップに上端が把持された広告紙とを備えた商品広告具を提案した（実願平５−４６９１５号）。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかしながら、実願平５−４６９１５号の商品広告具は、弾性部材の内側部全面で照明灯の外周面に接触するため、照明灯の熱が弾性部材と照明灯との間にこもり、使用する樹脂が熱に強くないと変形してしまうという問題点があり、さらに使用する樹脂が熱に強くても、その熱が弾性部材を介して広告紙に伝わるので広告紙が変色するおそれもある。

本発明の目的は、照明灯の熱対策が十分な商品広告具を提供するところにある。

【課題を解決するための手段】
そのため本発明は、耐熱性弾性材料から略Ｃ字型に形成される係止部の開口端に照明灯を支持する円弧状の支持部を設けて前記目的を達成しようとするものである。
具体的には、本発明に係る商品広告具は、天井に取り付けられた照明灯に吊り下げられると共に照明灯で発する熱に耐えうる耐熱性弾性材料から形成される係止部と、この係止部の下部に設けられたレール状クリップと、このレール状クリップに上端縁が把持される広告紙とを備え、前記係止部は、上部が略Ｃ字型に形成されるとともに、その開口端に前記照明灯を支持する円弧状の支持部が形成されたことを特徴とする。
ここで、前記レール状クリップは前記係止部の下部を案内するとともに互いに対向する一対のガイド溝を有し、この係止部の下部は、一方のガイド溝に当接する係止面と他方のガイド溝に当接する係止突起とを有し、この係止面と係止突起との間の寸法は前記一対のガイド溝間寸法以上とした構成でもよい。

【作用】
天井に取り付けられた照明灯に係止部を吊り下げると、照明灯の下という人目につきやすい場所に広告紙が位置する。
ここで、照明灯から熱が発せられるが、係止部が耐熱性材料から形成され、かつ、開口端に形成された円弧状の支持部で照明灯を２点で支持しているので、照明灯と係止部との間で熱がこもることがなく、商品広告具が誤って燃焼したり、その熱で変形したりすることはない。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下に本発明の一実施例を添付書類に基づいて説明する。
図１は本実施例にかかる商品広告具の斜視図であり、図２はその断面図であり、図３はその要部の斜視図である。
これらの図において、商品広告具１０は、円柱状の照明灯１に吊り下げられる係止部１１と、この係止部１１の下部に設けられたレール状クリップ１２と、このレール状のクリップ１２に上端縁が把持されるとともに商品情報が表示された広告紙１３とを備えて構成されている。
前記係止部１１は略Ｃ字型に形成される上部１４と柱状の中間部１５と前記レール状クリップ１２に係合される下部１６とから構成されている。この上部１４の開口端には前記照明灯１を支持する一対の円板状の支持部１７が形成されており、この支持部１７の厚みは上部１４の幅より小さく形成されている。
前記下部１６は正方形の板状に形成されるとともに、隣合う２の側面にはそれぞれ係止突起１６Ａが形成され、残り２つの側面にはそれぞれ係止部１６Ｂが形成されている。ここで、前記係止部１１は、アクリル樹脂、ポリカーボネート等の照明灯で発する熱に耐えうる耐熱性弾性材料から射出形成により一体形成されている。

この係止部１１の上部１４を口開きして照明灯１を内部に位置させ、さらに、上部１４を戻して一対の円板状の支持部１７の下部の２点で照明灯１を２点で支持する。この際、レール状クリップ１２と係止部１１の下部１６との係合位置を変えることにより、広告紙１３を照明灯１に対して平行あるいは直交するようにその姿勢を変更する。

この構成の本実施例によれば、商品広告具１０の取り付けに際して画鋲等を使用することが無いから、取り外した跡が残らず、しかも、照明灯１の下という人目に付きやすい場所に広告紙１３が位置するので、店舗内のどこからでも商品広告具１０を見ることが出来るという効果がある。
その上、係止部１１は、耐熱性材料から形成されるとともに略Ｃ字型に形成される上部１４を備え、この上部１４の開口端に形成した支持部１７で照明灯１を２点で支持する構造としたので、照明灯１から熱が発せられても、照明灯１と係止部１１との間で熱がこもることがなく、商品広告具１０が誤って燃焼したり、その熱で変形することはない。
しかも、支持部１７の形状を円板状としたから、係止部１１を照明灯１に取り付け、あるいは、取り外す場合において、円板状の支持部１７の外周面が照明灯１を円滑に案内するから、商品広告具１０の着脱に際して照明灯１に大きな力が加わって破損させることがない。従って、商品広告具１０を簡単に照明灯１に装着できる。

また、本実施例では、係止部１１の下部１６は、系止面１６Ｂの面接触と係止突起１６Ａの点接触とでレール状クリップ１２のガイド溝１８Ａ、１８Ｂに係止されており、かつ、この係止突起１６Ａと係止面１６Ｂとの間の寸法Ｌは、ガイド溝１８Ａ、１８Ｂの間の寸法Ｌ１と等しいかあるいはそれより若干大きい（Ｌ≧Ｌ１）ものとしたから、係止部１１はレール状クリップ１２に回転することなく確実に係止され、しかも、係止部１１のレール状クリップ１２への係合も安易に行える。
さらに、係止部１１の下部１６は、隣合う２個の係止突起１６Ａと隣合う２個の係止面１６Ｂとを有する構造であるから、係止部１１のレール状クリップ１２に対する係合姿勢を変えることにより、広告紙１３を照明灯１に対して平行あるいは直交にするようにその姿勢を９０度変更できる。

以上、本発明について好適な実施例を挙げて説明したが、本発明はこの実施例に限定されるものではなく、本発明の要旨を逸脱しない範囲内においての種々の改良並びに設計の変更が可能なことは勿論である。
例えば、図４に示される通り、係止部１１の円板状の支持部１７をピン１９により上部１４に回転可能に取り付けたものでもよい。

本発明の下部の形状を円形とすれば、店舗内の空調機からだされる風により系止部１１に対してレール状クリップ１２及び広告紙１３が回転してしまうが下部の形状を多角化とすれば、この問題が解決される。ただし、下部の形状を円形としても、１本のレール状クリップ１２に対して複数の係止部１１を取り付ければ、レール状クリップ１２が回転するという問題が解決される。また、図５に示す通り、下部２１を八角形の板状に形成すれば、広告紙１３を照明灯１に対して４５度間隔、即ち、広告し１３を照明灯１に対して平行、直交あるいは、これらの中間の角度で姿勢を変更することが出来る。

さらに商品広告具１０を吊り下げる照明灯１を円柱状に形成された蛍光灯としたが、これらの商品広告具１０をリング状に形成された蛍光灯に適用してもよい。

【発明の効果】
本発明によれば、商品広告具の取り付けに際して、画鋲等を使用することがないから、取り外した跡が残らず、しかも、照明灯の下という人目に付きやすい場所に表示部が位置するので、店舗内のどこからでも目につきやすく、その上、照明灯を２点の円弧状の支持部で支持し、照明灯の熱がこもらないようにしたから、照明灯の熱で商品広告具が変形せず、さらに、広告紙自体に熱が伝わることがない。
さらに、レール状クリップは係止部の下部を案内するとともに互いに対向する一対のガイド溝を有し、この係止部の下部は、一方のガイド溝に当接する係止面と他方のガイド溝に当接する係止突起とを有し、この係止面と係止突起との間の寸法を一対のガイド溝間寸法以上とすれば、係止部はレール状クリップに回転することなく確実に係止され、しかも、係止部のレール状クリップへの係合も安易に行える。
