本発明は、店舗又はレンタル店等において、DVDなどの収納物を保護ケースごと収納し、空きスペースを利用して展示することのできる紙製の展示用紙器及びその製造方法に関する。

【従来の技術】
従来、店舗等では、保護ケースに入れたDVDを、ケースの背部が見える状態で棚に陳列したり、ケース前面が見える状態で棚に積み重ねたりしていた。
また、従来のDVD保護ケースである展示・販売用のケースは、プラスチック製の成型品であるため、コストがかかるという問題があり、しかも、プラスチック製であるため印刷を施すことが困難であり、そのため収納物説明書等の印刷物を内部に挿入することが必要であり、この点からもコスト高となっていた。更に、廃棄する際に焼却が困難であり、環境衛生上でも問題があった。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかし、ケースの背部が見える状態で陳列されていると、タイトルのみが見えるだけであり、しかも、タイトルが表示される背部の巾も1.5cm程度と狭く、異種のDVDが並べられたりしていると、希望のDVD等の収納物を見つけだすことが困難であった。
また、ケース前面が見えるように積み重ねる場合には、異種の内容のDVD等の収納物を積み重ねることはできず展示に広い場所を要した。
本発明は、かかる問題点に鑑みてなされたもので、紙類を使用することによりコストダウンを図ると共に、印刷を可能とし、かつ容易に焼却廃棄することが可能であることに加えて、収納されているDVD保護ケースなどの収納物を容易に出し入れすることができ、且つ展示に場所のとらない展示用ケースを提供することを課題とする。

上記課題を解決するために、本発明者が鋭意検討した結果、本発明に到達した。
即ち、本発明は、1枚のブランクから形成され、ベース部と収納物の収納部との間、若しくは左右の収納物の収納部の間に背部を有するブック型展示用紙器であって、収納物の収納部を折り畳み自在にしたことを特徴とし、前記背部内面に抜け出し防止用ストッパーを備えることを特徴とし、さらに、前記抜け出し防止用ストッパーが背部を構成する板紙の折り曲げ片であることを特徴とする。

図2は、図1(A)に示す本発明の展示用紙器を製作するための板紙製のブランク(4) を示す。
ブランクは方形であり、背部形成部を中心にして、ベース部形成部と収納部形成部とからなり、それら全幅にわたって形成された折り溝(20)と(21)とによって上下方向に3つに区画され、さらに、折り曲げ溝(23)と(24)とによって左右方向3つに区画される。

1.ブランクの折り曲げ、貼り合わせ(図2、図3)
図2に示すブランクを、ベース内側部(7) 及び収納部内側部(9) を折り曲げ溝(20)に沿って内側に折り曲げ、べース内側部(7) をベース外側部(8) に貼り合わせ、さらに、折り返し部(11)と収納部底部(13)を折り曲げ溝(21)によって内側に折り曲げ、その先端部をベース部(7)の先端部に突き合わせて、ベース外側部(8)に貼り合わせ、収納部底部(13)は貼着しないで、図3に示す2つ折り下ブランクを得る。

2.表側表装紙の貼り付け(図4)
接着剤を塗布した表側表装紙(5) 上に、下方の折り返し部が折り返し部(11)及び収納部底部(13)の巾より大きくなるようにして、2つ折りしたブランクを貼り付ける。

以上説明した実施例の展示用紙器は、ブック型収納物の収納に最適であり、特にプラスチック製のDVDケースの収納に好適であるが、DVD以外の記録媒体、例えばプラスチック製のCDケースの収納に利用してもよいことは言うまでもなく、種々の寸法のディスクケースの収納に適用でき、それらの保護ケースの寸法は収納するディスクケースの寸法に応じて適宜定めればよい。

【発明の効果】
本発明の展示用ケースは、1枚の板紙からなるブランクと表装紙で構成したので、材料費が安く、従来のプラスチック成型品に比べて大幅なコストダウンを図ることができる。
また、材料が紙製であるので、印刷が容易であり、きれいな絵柄や写真、或いは説明文、宣伝文等を印刷することができる。また、廃棄の際に焼却できるので、問題を起こすことがない。

収納部を折り畳み可能に構成しているので、箱状のプラスチック成型品に比べて厚さを薄くすることができ、輸送や保管に便利であり、使用時には吊り下げて展示することができるので、店内空間を有効に利用することができる。
また、抜け出し防止用ストッパーを備えているので、DVDケース挿入時反対面から突出することがなく、確実に収納できる。
本発明の展示用ケースの製造は、1枚の方形の紙製ブランクから作られ、そのブランクに設けている折り返し部を折り返し、その上に表装紙及び裏表装紙を貼り付け、切断するという簡単な作業によって製造することが可能であるので、容易に、しかも安価に製造することができる。
