【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は、衣服や鞄等への被取付物の取付構造及び該取付構造を有する着脱式ポケットに関する。

【従来の技術】
従来、上着やズボン等の衣服に着脱自在に装着できる着脱式ポケットとして種々の取付構造を有するものが提案されている。
例えば、特許文献１には、着物裏側の任意の位置に取付けるポケットであって、ポケット本体の後面側に熔着テープを設け、前面側からアイロンで押圧して加熱処理を施すことにより衣服地に熔着してなる取付構造が開示されている。

また、特許文献２には、ポケット本体の後面側に装着器具としてピンを設けたものや、他の例として同じく後面側に面ファスナーを設けたものが開示されており、特許文献３には、ポケット本体の少なくとも上辺左右両隅部にボタン孔を開設し、衣服地の対応する箇所に設けたボタンに対して着脱自在に取付ける取付構造が開示されている。

更に、特許文献４には、互いに係合する甲片及び乙片の一方をポケット本体に設け、衣服地を挟んで他方をこれに係合することにより着脱自在に取付ける取付構造が開示されており、特許文献５には、予め設けられたポケットの開口部にクリップで止着するものであるが、その下端側において、針状部を衣服地に貫通させてキャッチ形キャップで固定する取付構造が開示されている。

しかし、これら従来の着脱式ポケットの取付構造には、以下に述べるような問題があった。即ち、上記熔着テープを介して取付けるものでは、充分な支持強度が得られず信頼性が低いため、着物等に装着して比較的軽い小物を収納する用途に限定されるとともに、何度も脱着を繰り返すうちに熔着力が低下するといった耐久性の問題もあり、更にはアイロン等で圧着する手間も必要あった。

また、上記ボタン孔や面ファスナーを用いた取付構造では、これに対応するボタンやファスナーを衣服側に設けておく必要があり、汎用性や取付の自由度が低い、即ち装着できる衣服が限定されるといった問題があった。

また、上記甲片と乙片の係合により衣服地を挟み込んでなる取付構造や衣服地を貫通した針状部をキャッチ形キャップで裏面側から固定してなる取付構造では、衣服地に対してポケット本体の反対側の面側から前記乙片やキャッチ形キャップを装着する必要があり、使い勝手が悪いといった問題があるとともに、衣服地の表面側にポケット本体を設けた場合には、裏面側に位置するこれら乙片やキャップが皮膚等に干渉する虞があり、衣服地の裏面側にポケット本体を設けた場合には、前記乙片やキャップが表面側に位置し、見栄えが悪くなるといった問題があった。

また、装着器具として従来型のピンを設けたものでは、取付けは容易ではあるものの、上記と同様、皮膚に干渉したり見栄えが悪くなるといった問題があり、更には、ピンの構造上、取付けや取外しの際に指先がピンに直接触れることから怪我等をする虞が伴うとともに、使用中にピンが外れるといった不測の事態が生じた場合、ピン先が衣服地に対し垂直方向に向く可能性があり、その場合は非常に危険な状態となる。また、ピンは充分な支持強度が得られない上、取付状態におけるポケットの安定性も充分ではなかった。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
そこで、本発明が前述の状況に鑑み、解決しようとするところは、充分な支持強度や耐久性を有するとともに、対応する取付用部材を別途衣服側に設けておく必要がなく、また、衣服地に対してポケット本体の反対側の面側から別途取付用部材を装着する必要もなく、汎用性や取付の自由度、使い勝手が維持され、皮膚等への干渉や見栄え低下の虞も生じなく、構造上も安全性や安定性が向上できる衣服への被取付物の取付構造及びそれを有する着脱式ポケットを提供する点にある。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明は、前述の課題解決のために、被取付物本体の後面側に、該後面に平行に突出した針状部を当該突出方向に沿って移動可能に設けるとともに、同じく後面側の前記針状部に対応する位置に、該針状部の先端を受け入れる受針部を設け、基端側に移動した針状部と前記受針部との間に生じた隙間に衣服地又は鞄地の表裏一方の面を摘み寄せて形成される屈曲部を収納し、前記針状部を先端側に移動させて前記屈曲部を貫通させた後、針状部先端を前記受針部に挿入した状態に固定してなることを特徴とする衣服又は鞄への被取付物の取付構造を提供する。

ここで、前記被取付物本体の後面側に前記針状部の突出方向に延びるスライド案内部を設け、前記針状部を保持した保持部材を前記スライド案内部に摺動可能に係合してなるものが好ましい。

また、前記針状部の前記受針部に受け入れられる先端側の途中部に段差部を設け、前記受針部に前記段差部に係合する突起部を設けてなるものが好ましく、例えば、前記受針部をクリップで構成し、該クリップの内面側に前記針状部の段差部に係合する爪片を突設してなるものや、前記受針部として前記針状部の段差部に係合する樹脂又はゴム製の圧着リングを設けてなるものが好ましい実施例である。

また、前記針状部の少なくとも前記受針部に受け入れられる先端側に螺溝を設け、前記受針部として前記螺溝に螺合するナットを設けてなるものも好ましい。

ここで、ポケット本体の後面側に板状の基台を設け、該基台の後面に前記針状部の突出方向に延びる断面鳩尾形状の凸条或いは凹溝からなるスライド案内部を設け、前記針状部を保持した保持部材を前記スライド案内部に摺動可能に係合してなるものが好ましい。

また、前記基台を衣服や鞄等のラインに沿った曲面形状に構成するとともに、前記針状部を当該曲面形状に沿った曲線状に構成してなるものが好ましい。

【発明の実施の形態】
次に、本発明の実施形態を添付図面に基づき詳細に説明する。

図１は、本発明に係る着脱式ポケットの全体構成を示す斜視図であり、図１〜１２は代表的実施形態を示し、図中符号１は着脱式ポケット、２は針状部、３は受針部、４は基台、５はポケット本体をそれぞれ示している。

本発明に係る着脱式ポケット１は、図１及び図２に示すように、袋状のポケット本体５の後面５０側に、該後面５０に平行に突出した針状部２を当該突出方向に沿って移動可能に設けるとともに、同じく後面５０側の前記針状部２に対応する位置に、該針状部２の先端を受け入れる受針部３を設けてなる取付構造Ｓを有している。このような着脱式ポケット１は、図３（ａ）、（ｂ）に示すように、基端側に移動した針状部２と前記受針部３との間に生じた隙間１０に衣服地又は鞄地９の表裏一方の面を摘み寄せて形成される屈曲部９０を収納し、前記針状部２を先端側に移動させて前記屈曲部９０を貫通させた後、針状部先端２ａを前記受針部３に挿入した状態に固定することで衣服地又は鞄地９に取り付けられる。

より詳しくは、前記ポケット本体５の後面側には板状の基台４が略全面に当着されており、図４に示すように、該基台４の後面４０に前記針状部の突出方向に延びる断面鳩尾形状の凸条からなるスライド案内部４１が形成され、前記針状部２を保持する保持部材２０が、その前面に設けた同じく断面鳩尾形状の凹溝（蟻溝）２１を前記スライド案内部４１に遊嵌して前記基台４に対し左右に摺動可能に取付けられている。基台４は、金属や合成樹脂、厚紙、コルク材等よりなり、前記スライド案内部４１を凹溝とし、これにスライド係合する凸条を保持部材２０に設けることも好ましく、断面鳩尾形状以外の他の凹凸形状であってもよい。

前記保持部材２０は、前記基台４の一端辺に渡る複数の分割部材を合着して構成されており、受針部３に対向する内側の分割部材に穿設した複数の横孔にそれぞれ前記針部材２２を挿通し、当該針部材２２の頭部を挟み込むように他の分割部材を外側に合着することで複数の針部材２２を埋設固定したものであり、該保持部材２０から突出した針部材２２の露出部分により前記針状部２が構成されている。保持部材２０は、金属や合成樹脂、コルク材等からなり、前記針部材２２を合成樹脂によりインサート成形することも好ましい。

前記針状部２は、受針部３に受け入れられる先端側途中部に段差部２３が設けられており、該段差部２３が前記受針部３に設けられた後述の突起部３０に係合することで当該着脱式ポケット１がワンタッチで且つ充分な支持強度を維持して衣服又は鞄に取付られることになる。この針状部２を構成する針部材２２は丸針以外に角針であっても良く、段差部２３も、本例ではテーパー状に拡径した鏃部２４を先端に設けることにより形成されているが、図５（ａ）〜（ｃ）に示すように、テーパー状の先端部の基部に縮径した凹溝２５を周設することにより段差部２３を設けても良く、段差部２３の形状も図５（ａ）のように緩やかな傾斜状として衣服地又は鞄地からの脱離を容易にしたものや、図５（ｂ）、（ｃ）及び本例の如く、軸垂直な段差形状のものであっても良く、その他鋭角の傾斜状とすることも可能である。

一方の受針部３は、一対の挾持片３２、３３により前記針状部の先端側を挾持するクリップ３１で構成されており、これら挾持片３２、３３の内面には、前記針状部の段差部２３に係合する突起部３０として一対の爪片３４、３５が突設されている。これら針状部２及び爪片３４、３５の一方又は双方を磁石材料により構成することも好ましい。前記クリップ３１は、一方の挾持片３２の側面を接着剤や両面テープ等の固定材６を介して前記基台４の一端部に沿って固定され、当該固定された挾持片３２先端のフランジ部３２ａには、各針状部２に対応して当該針状部先端２ａを受け入れる受針孔３６ａが複数穿設され、他方の挾持片３３のフランジ部３３ａに当接する受針板３６が片持状に固定されている。

そして、衣服又は鞄への取付けの際には、先端側に移動した上記針状部２が衣服地又は鞄地の屈曲部９０並びに前記受針孔３６ａを貫通し、該針状部２の段差部２３が挾持片３２、３３間の圧着力により前記爪片３４、３５にワンタッチ係合されるのであり、衣服地又は鞄地の屈曲部９０は保持部材２０と受針板３６の間で圧接され、当該ポケット１を衣服の表側に装着する場合には前記針状部２が皮膚に干渉する虞はなく、当該ポケット１を衣服や鞄の裏側に装着して内ポケットとして使用する場合には前記針状部２が外から見えず、見栄えの低下が防止されている。尚、本発明はこのように屈曲部９０を圧接させるものに何ら限定されず、針状部２の長さをより長くすることにより、針状部２が受針部３に係止された状態において前記受針板３６と保持部材２０との間により幅広な空間が形成され、屈曲部９０が圧接されることなくより緩やかに貫通される寸法に設定することも当該ポケットの取付状態における安定性の点で好ましい実施例である。

前記挾持片３２、３３にはそれぞれ解除用レバー３７、３８が当該挾持片の基端側に突設されており、衣服又は鞄からの取外しの際には、前記レバー３７、３８を操作することで挾持片３２、３３を開き、前記段差部２３と爪片３４、３５との係合状態を解除して針状部２を基端側に移動させ、衣服地又は鞄地から脱離されるのである。
クリップ３１は本例の如く折り畳み式のレバーを有するクリップ以外に、バネ式クリップを用いることもできる。

尚、前記受針部３の他の例として、図６（ａ）に示すように、クリップ３１を設ける代わりに、前記針状部の段差部２３に係合する樹脂又はゴム製の圧着リング７０を設けてなるものも好ましい実施例である。また、図６（ｂ）に示すように、針状部２に段差部２３を設ける代わりに、少なくとも先端側に螺溝２６を設け、前記受針部３として前記螺溝２６に螺合するナット７１を設けてなるものも好ましい実施例である。更に、図７に示すように、前記針状部２に上記段差部２３や螺溝２６を形成することなく、挿通された針状部２を挾持するロック機構７２を内蔵し、解除ボタン７３を移動させることで前記ロック状態が解除されるロック部材を配設してなるものも好ましく、本例ではスライド案内部４１に摺動自在に係合し且つ前記解除ボタン７３を互いに連結する板状のレバー板７４が設けられ、前記ロック機構７２を備えた部材は基台端部に設けられた支持部材７５に支持され、前記レバー板７４を移動させることによりロックが解除される構造が例示されている。

また、先端側に移動した前記針状部２を基端側へ付勢する弾性部材を設けることも好ましく、これにより段差部２３と爪片３４、３５との係合状態が解除されると前記弾性部材により針状部２が自動的に基端側に移動し、ワンタッチで衣服地又は鞄地から脱離させることが可能となり使い勝手が更に向上するのである。このような弾性部材は、図８に示すように受針板３６と保持部材２０との間に介装された板バネ８０以外にコイルバネやキックバネ、弾性ゴム等を用いることもできる。

本例では、前記針状部２として複数の針部材２２が設けられているが、本発明はこれに限らず、一つの針部材２２で構成することも可能である。また、針状部２を突設した保持部材２０と受針部３を構成するクリップ３１は、それぞれ基台４の左右端辺に沿って設けられ、摘み寄せた衣服地又は鞄地の屈曲部に対して左右から挟み込む形で取付けているが、これら針状部２と受針部３を各々基台４の上下端辺に沿って配設し、前記屈曲部を上下から挟み込む形で取付けるものも好ましい実施例である。また、衣服地又は鞄地の屈曲部を貫通して保持する針状部２は、基台４の略中央部に位置するものが安定性の点でより好ましく、この場合、保持部材２０とクリップ３１の左右の幅が略同一寸法に設定すれば良い。

また、以上の取付構造においては、針状部２と受針部３の直接係合により挿入状態を維持しているが、図９に示すように、例えば基台４に前記保持部材２０の基端側への移動を規制するストッパー８１を設け、当該規制により前記挿入状態を維持してなるものも好ましく、これによれば、前記針状部２や受針部３に特別な構造を必要とせず、簡単な構造となりコストも削減できる。前記ストッパー８１は、保持部材２０に設けた係合孔８１ｂに係止される係合部材８１ａを例示しているが、保持部材２０の移動を規制するものであればその他の構造であっても良い。

基台４の後面に設けられる保持部材２０やクリップ３１、受針板３６等は衣服又は鞄に当接する部材となるが、これら当接部は衣服や鞄等のラインに沿った形状とすることが好ましく、図１０（ａ）に示すように、クリップ３１の挾持片３３のフランジ３３ａ及び受針板３６における当該フランジ３３ａに当接する部位を省略するとともに保持部材２０を前記ラインに沿った形状としたものや、図１０（ｂ）に示すように、前記基台４及び保持部材２０を衣服や鞄等のラインに沿った曲面形状に構成するとともに、前記針状部２を当該曲面形状に沿った曲線状に構成してなるものが好ましい。

本例では、ポケット本体５としてスナップボタンを備えた蓋付きのものを例示しているが、本発明はこれに限らず種々の形態のものを採用できる。図１１及び図１２は、それぞれポケット本体５の他の実施例を示している。

図１１（ａ）は蓋を有しない開放式のポケット本体５を示し、図１１（ｂ）はファスナーにより開閉される蓋を備えたポケット本体５を示している。このファスナーによる開閉部は縦横何れに設定してもよい。また、図１１（ｃ）は同じく開放式のポケット本体５であるが、内部に鉛筆等の筆記部を保持するホルダー部が設けられ、ペンケース及びメモ帳入れとして使用可能としたものである。図１１（ｄ）は前面に透明窓が設けられた携帯電話用のポケット本体５を示し、側面にはイヤホン等の携帯電話の付属品を収納できる補助ポケットが設けられている。

図１２（ａ）は、同じく開放式のポケット本体５を示し、煙草の箱入れとして使用可能としたものであり、側面にはライターを収納できる補助ポケットが設けられている。図１２（ｂ）は折り畳み傘や折り畳みでない傘、懐中電灯等を収納できるポケット本体５を示し、傘入れとして構成される場合は底部を省略した筒状のホルダーとして構成することも可能である。また、図１２（ｃ）は同じくスナップボタンを備えた蓋付きのポケット本体５であり、各種スポーツで使用するスペアボールの収納に使用され、側面にはスペアのティーショットピンを保持する複数のポケットが設けられている。図１２（ｄ）は、内部空間が複数に区分されたポケット本体５であり、釣具入れとして使用され、側面には飛び出し式の補助ポケットが設けられている。図１２（ｅ）は、紙幣やカードを収納する財布として使用されるポケット本体５を示し、図１２（ｆ）は、小銭を収納する財布として使用されるポケット本体５を示している。

その他、図示しないが、ハンカチ、チッシュ入れ、名刺入れ、化粧具入れ、鏡並びにブラシ入れ、服用薬や塗布薬、貼布薬、噴霧薬等の薬品入れ、ライト入れ、レシート紙入れ、眼鏡或いはサングラス入れ、消しゴムや替芯等の補助ポケットを有する筆入れ、水彩画或いは油絵の筆入れ、ヘアーカット鋏入れ、彫刻刀入れ、録音機入れ、カメラケース、鋏やホッチキス、定規、コンパス等の文房具入れ、ドライバーや万能ナイフ等の工具入れ、宝石或いはアクセサリー入れ、写真或いは葉書き入れ、ペットボトル入れ、缶ジュースや缶ビール等の飲物容器入れ、非常食入れ、救急薬品入れなど各種汎用又は特殊用途に使用されるポケット本体を採用することができる。
また、消防や警察、病院など種々の職業に適したポケット本体を採用でき、例えば病院においては、白衣に取付けられる補聴器ホルダーを構成することもできる。

尚、本発明に係る衣服や鞄等への取付構造Ｓは、以上の着脱式ポケット１以外に様々な被取付物に採用することができる。図１３（ａ）は、前記被取付物Ａとしてネームプレートに取付構造Ｓを設けた例を示し、図１３（ｂ）は、被取付物Ａとして透明窓付きの免許証入れ或いはパスポート入れに取付構造Ｓを設けた例を示し、図１３（ｃ）は、被取付物Ａとして時計盤に前記取付構造Ｓを設けた例を示している。

【発明の効果】
以上のように、本発明の取付構造及びそれを有する着脱式ポケットによれば、充分な支持強度や耐久性を有するとともに、汎用性や取付の自由度、使い勝手が維持され、皮膚等への干渉や見栄えの低下の虞も生じなく、構造上も安全性や安定性が向上できる。
