従来、尿とりパッドや生理用品などの吸液性物品を装着して使用するパンツについては、吸液性物品がパンツ中でズレないように各種手段で固定する技術についての提案(特許文献1,2参照)や、吸液性シートの着脱の容易さに関する提案(特許文献３参照)がなされているが、吸液性シートを装着した場合の圧迫感の改善などについての提案ははなされていなかった。

【発明の実施の形態】
本発明のパンツは、パンツ本体内の股間部分に吸液性シートを着脱可能に設けて使用するタイプのパンツであり、その一例を示すと図１に見られるように、パンツの前身頃の少なくとも吸液性シートが当接する部位にはたるみを持たせた構造を有するものである。図面には現われていないが、後身頃においても同様に、吸液性シートが当接する部位はたるみを持たせてある。

パンツの所定の位置にたるみを持たせる方法は特に限定されないが、通常のニットマシーンでは編成することができず、たとえば、イタリア サントニー（ＳＡＮＴＯＮＩ）社製の立体成型補正用丸編み機（１２inch ＳＭ８／１３，１４inch ＳＭ８ ＴＯＰ８）を用いて編成されるものである。この編み機を用いることで所定位置にたるみ部を有する特殊なニット構造がシームレスの状態で一気に形成されるものである。
本発明においては、たるみを形成する部位とたるみを持たせない周辺部との編組織を変更することができる。特に、たるみを形成させるための編組織としては例えば、天竺組織を採用することが好ましい。また、たるみ部位の周辺の編組織は格別限定されないが、パンツ全体のフィット感を良好にするために、リブ組織を採用することが好ましい。
なお、たるみを有するパンツを製造するに際しては、各パーツを準備し、該パーツを縫製して製造することは不可能ではないが、外観上の問題、製造が煩雑であること、およびパンツ装着時に縫い目による不快感などがあるので好ましくない。
本発明のパンツは、一度に特定部にたるみを持たせたパンツが製造できるという点にも特徴がある。
また、本発明のパンツのたるみ部は吸液性シートが装着される場合、その厚みに応じた程度のたるみが形成されていればよく、好ましくは、面積たるみ率として５〜３０％、より好ましくは１０〜３０％のたるみが形成されていることが好ましい。
なお、ここでいう面積たるみ率とは、たるみ部位をパンツから切り抜き平面に載置した場合のその面積をSとし、パンツの切り抜かれた部分の面積をS'としたとき、下記式で示される値である。

本発明のパンツは、上記のような要件を満たしておればその余の形状は格別限定されず、例えば、図１に示したものは、３部丈程度のレッグ部を形成しているが、使用態様によってこのレッグ部は８部丈程度に長くしたようなスパッツタイプでもでもよいし、ブリーフのような形状のものでもよい。
また、本発明のパンツを構成する糸条の種類は特に限定されず、マルチフィラメント及び紡績糸のいずれも使用することができる。さらに、これら糸条を構成する繊維の種類はポリエステル繊維、アクリル繊維、エチレン−ビルアルコール系共重合体繊維、ポリアミド繊維、ポリウレタン繊維などの合成繊維、レーヨン、キュプラ、テンセルなどの再生または溶剤紡糸セルロース系繊維、綿、麻、ウール、絹などの天然繊維、としては、消臭性繊維、抗菌性繊維、芳香繊維、遠赤外線放射性繊維、マイナスイオン放射繊維などの機能性繊維などを使用することができる。
使用する糸条の太さは、パンツの種類にもよるので特に限定されないがマルチフィラメントの場合は、例えば５０〜２００デシテックスのものが使用され、紡績糸の場合は２０〜５０番手程度のものが一般的に使用される。

消臭性ポリエステル繊維「シャインアップ」(登録商標、株式会社クラレ製)／綿(６５／３５)の混紡糸（４０番手）を用い、サントニー（ＳＡＮＴＯＮＩ）社製の立体成型補正用丸編み機（１２inch ＳＭ８／１３，１４inch ＳＭ８ ＴＯＰ８）を用いて、編組織としてたるみ部は天竺組織、その周辺のパンツ本体はリブ組織となるように編成し、図１に示すような形態のパンツを作成した。このパンツは前・後ともに吸液性シートの当接する部分にはたるみが形成されており、それぞれの面積たるみ率は１５％であった。ついで、このパンツに市販の尿とりパッドのバックシートに面ファスナーのフック部材を取り付けたものを装着し、１０人のパネラーによる着用試験を行った。一方、市販のパンツについても同じ尿とりパッドを装着し、同様に着用試験を行った。
