Description

【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to an antenna device that is provided to protrude outward from a housing of a mobile phone, and that can be easily fixed by inserting one end into an insertion hole of the housing.
[0002]
[Prior art]
An example of this type of conventional antenna device will be described with reference to FIGS. FIG. 16 is a longitudinal sectional view of an example of a conventional antenna device. FIG. 17 is an enlarged cross-sectional view of the core member and the like taken along the line AA in FIG. 16. FIG. 18 is an enlarged vertical sectional view of an essential part for explaining a problem of the conventional example.
[0003]
16 to 18, a hook 12 which is elastically deformable in a radial direction (a direction substantially perpendicular to the insertion direction) with the insertion direction as a free end is formed at one end of a substantially cylindrical core member 10 made of an insulating resin or the like. You. On the free end side of the hook 12, an engaging projection 12a projecting outward is formed. An antenna element 14 is appropriately wound and fixed to the other end of the core member 10 and the outer periphery of the central portion. Then, a cover 16 made of an insulating resin or the like is put on the other end side and the central portion of the core member 10 so as to cover the antenna element 14, and is appropriately fixed. Further, a conductive plate 18 formed in a cylindrical shape is inserted into the cylindrical shape on one end side of the core member 10, and the base end of the antenna element 14 is appropriately electrically connected. The conductive plate 18 is appropriately notched or deformed so that the hook 12 can be elastically deformed inward.
[0004]
When one end of the antenna device 20 having such a structure is inserted into an insertion hole 24 formed in a housing 22 of a communication device such as a mobile phone, the hook 12 is elastically deformed inward as shown in FIG. When the engagement protrusion 12a of the hook 12 reaches the back side of the insertion hole 24, the hook 12 is elastically restored, the engagement protrusion 12a engages with the back surface of the housing 22, and the antenna device 20 is moved outward. Is fixed so that it does not fall out By a simple operation of inserting one end, the antenna device 20 can be fixed in a state of protruding outside the housing 22 so as not to come out of the housing 22.
[0005]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
In the above-described example of the conventional antenna device 20, the operation of fixing the fixed antenna device 20 to the housing 22 is easy, but sufficient force for pulling out the fixed antenna device 20 from the housing 22 is insufficient. There was a problem that strength could not be obtained.
[0006]
That is, if the engaging protrusion 12a of the hook 12 or the peripheral edge of the insertion hole 24 of the housing 22 with which the engaging protrusion 12a abuts is slightly damaged by the force in the pulling-out direction, the hook is 12 is easily elastically deformed so as to escape inward in the same direction as the insertion. Then, the hook 12 is elastically deformed so as to escape to the inside, so that the hook 12 is easily pulled out. Incidentally, if the hook 12 and the engaging projection 12a are configured to be robust to counter the force in the pulling-out direction, the hook 12 can be elastically deformed as much as necessary at the time of insertion into the insertion hole 24. There is a risk of damage due to failure. Therefore, conventionally, sufficient strength has not always been obtained with respect to the force in the pulling-out direction.
[0007]
The present invention has been made in view of the circumstances of the related art as described above, and an object of the present invention is to provide an antenna device capable of obtaining a sufficient strength against a force in a pulling-out direction.
[0008]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, an antenna device according to the present invention is configured such that one end of a core member provided with an antenna element is inserted into an insertion hole formed in a communication device housing, and an insertion direction provided in the one end is provided. An antenna device that engages a hook that can be elastically deformed in a direction substantially perpendicular to the housing and that is fixed by projecting outwardly has at least the one end of the core member having a tubular shape, and the one end having the cylindrical shape. With the insertion direction as a free end, a hook is formed which is elastically deformable in the substantially orthogonal direction and has an engaging projection formed on the outer side of the free end, and a substantially rod-shaped control member is rotatable around the axial direction in the one end. The hook is movably inserted to allow elastic deformation to the inside of the hook at the time of the insertion, and when fixed, restricts the elastic deformation to the inside of the hook by rotation around the axis or axial movement of the control member. Configured to It has been.
[0009]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, a first embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS. 1A and 1B show a state before insertion of a first embodiment of the antenna device of the present invention, wherein FIG. 1A is a longitudinal sectional view, and FIG. 1B is a sectional view taken along line BB of FIG. 2A and 2B show a fixed state of the first embodiment. FIG. 2A is a longitudinal sectional view, and FIG. 2B is a sectional view taken along the line CC of FIG. 1 and 2, the same or equivalent members as those shown in FIGS. 16 to 18 are denoted by the same reference numerals, and redundant description will be omitted.
[0010]
The antenna device 30 of the first embodiment shown in FIGS. 1 and 2 is different from the conventional example shown in FIGS. 16 to 18 in the following structure. First, a substantially round bar-shaped control member 32 is inserted into the substantially cylindrical core member 10 so as to be relatively rotatable around an axis. A notch 32a having a substantially semicircular cross section is provided. In addition, the cover 16 is formed so as to be rotatable relative to the core member 10 around the axis by 90 to 180 degrees. The other end of the control member 32 is connected to the cover 16 so as not to rotate relative to the cover 16 around the axis.
[0011]
In such a configuration, before insertion, the hook 12 can be elastically deformed inward with the notch 32a of the control member 32 facing the hook 12, as shown in FIGS. 1 (a) and 1 (b). is there. Then, in such a state, it is inserted into the insertion hole 24 of the housing 22. Then, the hook 12 is elastically deformed and insertion is permitted. When the engaging projection 12a reaches the back side of the housing 12, the hook 12 elastically returns, and the engaging projection 12a is engaged with the back surface of the housing 22. Fixed.
[0012]
In this fixed state, by rotating the cover 16 by, for example, 90 degrees, as shown in FIGS. 2 (a) and 2 (b), the hook 12 has an uncut portion acting as a restricting portion. The hook 12 is restricted from being elastically deformed inward. It is needless to say that the cover 16 may be rotated by 180 degrees. Therefore, the hook 12 cannot be elastically deformed inward even with a strong force in the pulling-out direction, so that the hook 12 can withstand a correspondingly large force.
[0013]
According to the experiments by the inventors, in the conventional example, the antenna was pulled out by a force of about 6 to 7 kg, but the antenna device of the present invention having about the same dimensions can withstand a force of about 11 to 12 kg. did it.
[0014]
Next, a second embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS. FIG. 3 is a longitudinal sectional view showing a state before insertion of a second embodiment of the antenna device of the present invention. FIG. 4 is a longitudinal sectional view showing a fixed state of the second embodiment. 3 and 4, the same or equivalent members as those shown in FIGS. 1 and 2 and FIGS. 16 to 18 are denoted by the same reference numerals, and redundant description will be omitted.
[0015]
In the antenna device 40 of the embodiment of FIG. 2 shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, the structure of the antenna device of the first embodiment shown in FIGS. 1 and 2 is as follows. First, a substantially rod-shaped control member 42 is inserted into the substantially cylindrical core member 10 so as to be relatively movable in the axial direction. The control member 42 is not provided with a notch as in the first embodiment. The cover 16 is formed so as to be movable relative to the core member 10 in the axial direction. Circumferential engaging portions are formed on the inner peripheral surface of the cover 16 and the outer peripheral surface of the core member 10 so that the axial position can be fixed to a certain force. The other end of the control member 42 is connected to the cover 16 so as not to move relative to the cover 16 in the axial direction. In a state where the cover 16 is relatively pulled out on the side opposite to the insertion direction with respect to the core member 10, one end of the control member 42 has a length that does not reach the hook 12, and When the cover 16 is relatively moved, the one end of the control member 42 is set to a length facing the hook 12.
[0016]
In such a configuration, before insertion, the control member 42 does not exist at a position facing the hook 12 as shown in FIG. In this state, if one end of the core member 10 is inserted into the insertion hole 24 of the housing 22, elastic deformation of the hook 12 inward in the radial direction is allowed. Then, when the engaging protrusion 12a of the hook 12 reaches the back side of the housing 22, the hook 12 elastically returns, and the engaging protrusion 12a is engaged with the back surface of the housing 22, thereby fixing the antenna device 40.
[0017]
Further, after fixing, the cover 16 is moved relative to the core member 10 in the insertion direction as shown in FIG. Then, the control member 42 is also moved in the insertion direction in conjunction with the cover 16, and the control member 42 is present at a position facing the hook 12, and the elastic deformation of the hook 12 inward in the radial direction is restricted. Due to the restriction of the elastic deformation of the hook 12 inward in the radial direction, similarly to the first embodiment, the hook 12 is firmly fixed against the force in the pull-out direction.
[0018]
In the second embodiment, the distal end of the control member 42 in the insertion direction is not at the position facing the hook 12 at the time of insertion, but the distal end of the control member 42 in the insertion direction is facing the hook 12 or in the insertion direction. The control member 42 may be provided with a cutout facing the hook 12 in the same manner as in the first embodiment. At the time of insertion, the notch similar to that of the first embodiment provided on the control member 42 allows the hook 12 to be elastically deformed inward in the radial direction. By moving, the notch may deviate from the position facing the hook 12, and the elastic deformation of the hook 12 inward may be restricted by the control member 42.
[0019]
A third embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS. 5A and 5B show a state before insertion of a third embodiment of the antenna device of the present invention, wherein FIG. 5A is a longitudinal sectional view, and FIG. 5B is a sectional view taken along line DD of FIG. 6A and 6B show a fixed state of the third embodiment, in which FIG. 6A is a longitudinal sectional view, and FIG. 6B is a sectional view taken along line EE of FIG. FIG. 7 is an enlarged vertical cross-sectional view of a main part illustrating operation of a control member in the third embodiment. In FIGS. 5 to 7, the same or equivalent members as those shown in FIGS. 1 to 4 and FIGS. 16 to 18 are denoted by the same reference numerals, and redundant description will be omitted.
[0020]
The antenna device 50 of the third embodiment shown in FIGS. 5 to 7 differs from the first embodiment shown in FIGS. 1 and 2 in the following structure. First, a substantially round bar-shaped control member 52 is inserted into the substantially cylindrical core member 10 so as to be relatively movable in the axial direction, and one end 52b of the control member 52 protrudes from one end of the core member 10 in the insertion direction. Moreover, the control member 52 is provided with a notch 52a so as to be elastically deformable inward facing the hook 12. The control member 52 is not connected to the cover 16 unlike the first embodiment. Further, a contact member 54 with which one end portion 52b of the control member 52 comes into contact is appropriately provided in the housing 22.
[0021]
In such a configuration, before insertion, the hook 12 can be elastically deformed inward with the notch 52a of the control member 52 facing the hook 12, as shown in FIGS. 5 (a) and 5 (b). . The edge of the notch 52a is formed so as to rise steeply, and the control member 52 is disposed so as to be slightly forward of the free end of the hook 12 in the insertion direction. Then, in such a state, it is inserted into the insertion hole 24 of the housing 22. Then, the hook 12 is accommodated in the notch 52a and elastically deforms inward, so that insertion is allowed. When the hook 12 is accommodated in the notch 52a and elastically deformed radially inward, the control member 52 moves relative to the core member 10 in the direction opposite to the insertion direction as shown in FIG. Is prevented. Immediately before the engagement protrusion 12a reaches the rear side of the housing 22, the tip of one end 52b of the control member 52 contacts the contact member 54. Further, the core member 10 is moved in the insertion direction until the engagement protrusion 12a reaches the back side of the housing 22, and the contact member 54 is elastically deformed by the dimension P, so that the insertion direction of the one end 52b of the control member 52 is inserted. Allow to move to. In this state, when the engaging projection 12a reaches the back side of the housing 22, the hook 12 elastically returns, the control member 52 can move relative to the insertion direction in the axial direction, and the contact member 54 Due to the elasticity of the elastic return, the core member 10 is relatively moved by the dimension P to the side opposite to the insertion direction. By the movement of the control member 52, the edge 52c of the notch 52a faces the distal end of the hook 12 in the insertion direction, and the elastic deformation of the hook 12 radially inward is restricted as shown in FIG. Thus, in the fixed state as shown in FIG. 6, the hook 12 does not elastically deform inward in the radial direction, so that the hook 12 can withstand a strong force in the pull-out direction.
[0022]
Further, a fourth embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS. FIG. 8 is a longitudinal sectional view showing a state before insertion of a fourth embodiment of the antenna device of the present invention. FIG. 9 is a longitudinal sectional view showing a fixed state of the fourth embodiment. 8 and 9, the same or equivalent members as those shown in FIGS. 1 to 7 and FIGS. 16 to 18 are denoted by the same reference numerals, and redundant description will be omitted.
[0023]
The antenna device 60 of the fourth embodiment shown in FIGS. 8 and 9 differs from the third embodiment shown in FIGS. 5 to 7 in the following structure. First, one end 62b of the control member 62 protruding from the core member 10 is bent at the tip into a substantially L-shape to form an L-shaped portion 62d. Then, at the time of insertion, the tip of the L-shaped portion 62d of the one end portion 62b of the control member 62 abuts on the abutting member 64 provided in the housing 22, and the L-shaped portion 62d is As shown by the one-dot chain line, it is formed so as to be elastically deformed by the dimension P in the insertion direction. The contact member 64 need not be elastically deformed, but may be elastically deformed in the insertion direction together with the elastic deformation of the L-shaped portion 62d of the one end 62b. A notch 62a is provided in the control member 62 so as to allow the hook 12 to elastically deform radially inward.
[0024]
With this configuration, when inserted, the hook 12 is housed in the notch 62a of the control member 62 in the state shown in FIG. 8, and the hook 12 can be elastically deformed inward in the radial direction. Insertion of one end of the core member 10 into the core member 10 is allowed. The insertion hole 24 is provided with a slit (not shown) through which the L-shaped portion 62d of the control member 62 can pass. Immediately before the engagement projection 12a of the hook 12 reaches the back side of the housing 12, the L-shaped portion 62d of the control member 62 contacts the contact member 64, and the L-shaped portion is further moved in the insertion direction. The portion 62d is elastically deformed as shown by the one-dot chain line in FIG. 9, and when the engaging projection 12a reaches the back side of the housing 22, the hook 12 elastically returns, and the engaging protrusion 12a engages with the back surface of the housing 22. . At the same time, the L-shaped portion 62d elastically returns, the control member 62 is axially moved relative to the core member 10 in the direction opposite to the insertion direction, and the edge 62c of the notch 62a faces the free end of the hook 12. It becomes. Accordingly, the elastic deformation of the hook 12 inward in the radial direction is restricted by the edge 62c.
[0025]
Further, a fifth embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIG. FIG. 10 is a longitudinal sectional view showing a state before insertion of a fifth embodiment of the antenna device of the present invention. 10, the same or equivalent members as those shown in FIGS. 1 to 9 and FIGS. 16 to 18 are denoted by the same reference numerals, and duplicate description will be omitted.
[0026]
The antenna device 70 of the fifth embodiment shown in FIG. 10 is different from the fourth embodiment shown in FIGS. 8 and 9 in that an elastic member 74 is provided at the tip of one end 72b of the control member 72. It is in. Reference numeral 72a is a notch provided in the control member 72.
[0027]
In this configuration, at the time of insertion, the elastic member 74 comes into contact with the contact member provided in the housing 22 and the elastic member 74 is elastically deformed. When the elastic member 12 is elastically restored, the elastic member 74 is also elastically restored, and the control member 72 is axially moved relative to the core member 10 in a direction opposite to the insertion direction. Accordingly, elastic deformation of the hook 12 inward in the radial direction is restricted by the edge 72c of the notch 72a.
[0028]
Further, a sixth embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS. FIG. 11 is a longitudinal sectional view showing a state before insertion of the sixth embodiment of the antenna device of the present invention. FIG. 12 is a longitudinal sectional view showing a fixed state of the sixth embodiment. FIG. 13 is a view for explaining the operation of the elastic member in the sixth embodiment. 11 to 13, the same or equivalent members as those shown in FIGS. 1 to 10 and FIGS. 16 to 18 are denoted by the same reference numerals, and redundant description will be omitted.
[0029]
The antenna device 80 of the sixth embodiment shown in FIGS. 11 to 13 differs from the third embodiment shown in FIGS. 5 to 7 in the following structure. First, in a fixed state, an elastic member 82 such as an O-ring is provided so as to be interposed between the outwardly protruding core member 10 and the front side of the housing 22. The contact member 54 provided in the housing 22 does not necessarily need to be elastically deformed.
[0030]
In the sixth embodiment, when one end of the core member 10 is inserted into the insertion hole 24 in the state of FIG. 11, the hook 12 is elastically deformed inward in the radial direction to allow the insertion. When the engaging projection 12a reaches the rear side of the housing 22, the hook 12 elastically returns, and at the same time, the tip of one end 52b of the control member 52 comes into contact with the contact member 54. Further, by inserting the engaging projection 12a away from the rear surface of the housing 22 by the dimension P, the elastic member 82 is largely elastically deformed as shown in FIG. The control member 52 is moved axially in the direction opposite to the insertion direction relative to the core member 10 so that the edge 52c faces the free end of the hook 12 and elastically deforms radially inward. regulate. In this state, when the force for inserting the core member 10 in the insertion direction is released, the elastic member 82 is elastically restored, and the core member 10 is moved in the insertion direction so that the engagement protrusion 12a is engaged with the rear surface of the housing 22. It is axially moved to the opposite side and fixed as shown in FIG. Here, the tip of the one end 52b of the control member 52 is separated from the contact member 54 by the dimension P if the contact member 54 is not elastically deformed at all.
[0031]
Further, a seventh embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIG. FIG. 14 is a longitudinal sectional view showing a state before insertion of the seventh embodiment of the antenna device of the present invention. 14, the same or equivalent members as those shown in FIGS. 1 to 13 and FIGS. 16 to 18 are denoted by the same reference numerals, and redundant description will be omitted.
[0032]
The antenna device 90 of the seventh embodiment shown in FIG. 14 is different from the antenna device 90 of the fifth embodiment shown in FIG. 10 in that the control member 92 itself is formed of an elastic material and the edge 92c of the cutout 92a is not deformed. That is, a reinforcing member 94 such as a ring is provided. At the time of insertion, the tip of one end portion 92b of the control member 92 comes into contact with the contact member provided in the housing 22, and the one end portion 92b itself is elastically deformed so as to shrink in the axial direction. When the hook 12 reaches the rear side of the housing 22 and the hook 12 elastically returns, the one end portion 92b of the control member 92 also elastically returns, and the control member 92 moves axially relatively to the core member 10 in the direction opposite to the insertion direction. Let it. Thus, the elastic deformation of the hook 12 inward in the radial direction is restricted by the reinforcing member 94 at the edge 92c of the notch 92a.
[0033]
Further, an eighth embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIG. FIG. 15 is a longitudinal sectional view showing a state before insertion of the eighth embodiment of the antenna device of the present invention. In FIG. 15, the same or equivalent members as those shown in FIGS. 1 to 14 and 16 to 18 are denoted by the same reference numerals, and redundant description will be omitted.
[0034]
The antenna device 100 according to the eighth embodiment shown in FIG. 15 differs from the antenna device 100 according to the seventh embodiment shown in FIG. 14 in that the control member 102 is located at a position where the notch 92a of the seventh embodiment rises to the edge 92c. It is cut and only the front part in the insertion direction is obtained. That is, the control member 102 is formed only of a portion which is slightly forward from the front end in the insertion direction from the front end in the insertion direction of the free end of the hook 12 in the insertion direction. The control member 102 itself is formed of an elastic material, and a non-deformable reinforcing member 104 such as a metal ring is provided on the rear edge. In the eighth embodiment as well, the same operation as in the seventh embodiment is performed, and when the housing 22 is inserted into the insertion hole 24, the tip of the control member 102 comes into contact with the contact member, and When the portion 12a reaches the rear side of the housing 22, the control member 102 is axially moved in a direction opposite to the insertion direction, and the elastic member 104 restricts the hook 12 from being elastically deformed radially inward.
[0035]
In each of the third to sixth embodiments shown in FIGS. 5 to 13, notches 52 a, 62 a, 72 a are provided in the control members 52, 62, 72, respectively. As in the eighth embodiment shown in FIG. 15 with respect to the embodiment, all of the control members 52, 62, and 72 are provided only in a portion that is forward in the insertion direction from the rising of the notches 52a, 62a, and 72a to the edges 52c, 62c, and 72c. It is good.
[0036]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, since the antenna device of the present invention is configured, the following special effects can be obtained.
[0037]
In the antenna device according to the first aspect, the hook is elastically deformed inward to allow the hook to be inserted into the insertion hole, the engaging projection reaches the back side of the housing, and the hook elastically returns to engage. When the projection is engaged with the back surface of the housing and fixed, the control member inserted into the core member is rotated or axially moved around the axis to restrict the hook from being elastically deformed inward. Even if a strong force acts in the direction, the hook is elastically deformed inward and cannot escape, so that a large force can be opposed.
[0038]
In the antenna device according to the second aspect, after the cover is inserted into the insertion hole and fixed, the cover is rotated around the axis to restrict the hook from elastically deforming the control member inward. It can be.
[0039]
In the antenna device according to the third or fourth aspect, after the cover is inserted and fixed in the insertion hole, the control member is further moved axially in the insertion direction relative to the core member. A state in which the hook is elastically deformed inward can be set.
[0040]
In any of the antenna devices according to any one of claims 5 to 11, when the hook is elastically restored by the insertion protrusion of the hook reaching the back side of the housing after being inserted into the insertion hole, the control member moves relative to the core member. Accordingly, the hook is relatively moved in the axial direction to the opposite side to the insertion direction, so that the hook is prevented from being elastically deformed inward. The antenna device can be easily fixed to the housing by inserting the core member in the insertion direction. Moreover, it is possible to withstand a large force in the pulling-out direction.
