この発明は、例えば自動販売機が販売する様々な商品の販売促進及び宣伝に用いられる広告物を、自動販売機に取付けるために広告物保持具に関する。

【従来の技術】
従来、上述の広告物を自動販売機に取付ける方法としては、例えば自動販売機を構成する販売機本体の前面側両側部に固定した取付け具の係合突部を、宣伝広告用プレートの両端部に形成した係合孔に対して強制的に差込み、宣伝広告用プレートを購入者が視認可能な位置に取付ける特許文献１の自動販売機における宣伝広告用プレートの取付け構造がある。また、広告が印刷されたポスターを、自動販売機を構成する販売機本体の外扉上部前面に貼着したコルク板に対して画鋲で固定し、ポスター及びコルク板の前面を、外扉に対して開閉自在に取付けた透明カバーで覆って保護する特許文献２の自動販売機の広告装置がある。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかし、上述の特許文献１の取付け構造は、取付け時において、宣伝広告用プレートの係合孔を係合突部の膨大部により径方向に拡張するので、係合孔及び膨大部の接触抵抗が小さく、膨大部以外に抜け止め手段が設けられていないため、係合孔及び係合突部の相互が抜き取られる方向に対して何等かの力が宣伝広告用プレート自体に付与されとき、宣伝広告用プレートが取付け具から脱落しやすく、取付け状態を維持することができない。

一方、特許文献２の広告装置は、ポスターを掲示及び交換するとき、透明カバーを開閉操作及び画鋲を抜差し交換しなければならず、作業に手間及び時間が掛かる。透明カバーを外扉に対して開閉自在に取付けるので、ポスターの掲示位置を自由に変更することが難しく、外扉の一部を改造する必要があるため、改造費が高くなるという問題点を有している。また、ポスターを自動販売機に対して直接貼着する場合、ポスターを交換するたびに、その貼着跡を取り除くための作業を毎回行わなければならず、例えば粘着テープや粘着剤等を毎回使用するため、経費が高くなるという問題点を有している。

この発明は上記問題に鑑み、広告物端部を保持具本体及び係止部の間に差込んで凹部及び凸部を互いに係止することにより、広告物の取付け状態を維持するのに必要な抜け止め抵抗が得られると共に、広告物の取付け及び交換が簡単且つ迅速に行える広告物保持具の提供を目的とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】
この発明は、広告物を自動販売機の視認可能な部分に取付ける広告物保持具であって、上記広告物端部に係止される係止部を、上記自動販売機に固定される保持具本体に形成し、上記広告物端部の表面と対向する係止部及び該広告物端部の裏面と対向する保持具本体の間を、該広告物端部が差込み許容される間隔に離間し、上記広告物及び係止部の対向面に、互いに係止される凹部及び凸部を設けた広告物保持具であることを特徴とする。

上述の広告物は、例えば商品に関する広告情報が印刷されたシート状のラベルやポスター、チラシ、プレート状のパネル等の平面的広告物、缶型容器や瓶型容器、ボトル型容器（ペットボトル）等の商品と略酷似するダミー形状の立体的広告物或いはその他の販促物で構成される。且つ、広告物は、例えば可撓性及び復元性を有するプラスチックで形成され、広告物保持具は、例えばプラスチックやセラミックス、金属、木、ガラス等の材質で形成される。また、凹部は、例えば孔部や窪み部、段部等で構成され、凸部は、例えば突起や突出部、ピン、爪部等で構成される。

【作用及び効果】
この発明によれば、広告物端部を、広告物保持具を構成する保持具本体及び係止部の間に差込んで凹部及び凸部を係止すると共に、凹部及び凸部の係止状態が維持される方向に保持具本体及び係止部により挟持するので、広告物の取付け状態を確実に維持することができる。且つ、例えば両面粘着テープや接着剤等を使用する必要がなく、広告物の取付け及び交換が簡単且つ迅速に行え、広告物の取付け時に要する経費の削減及び作業時間の短縮を図ることができる。且つ、広告物の取付け跡が自動販売機に残ったりせず、広告物の交換が何回も繰り返し行え、広告物保持具の取付け及び持ち運びが楽である。
