Description

【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
TECHNICAL FIELD The present invention relates to a gas cylinder with a safety valve for a gas gun that supplies a required amount of gas to a bullet holding unit in accordance with a trigger operation and can fire a bullet.
[0002]
[Prior art]
A gas gun generally regarded as a toy uses a gas such as Freon 134A, and is designed and manufactured so as to be fired at a low pressure that does not come into contact with the high-pressure gas method. However, there are those who modify injection ports and the like to inject extremely high-pressure CO 2 gas and the like so that they can be fired, and in some cases such gas guns become weapons and cause incidents. Until now, a relief valve was provided to prevent leakage when high-pressure gas was injected. However, there is no end to the case where the adhesive is poured into the valve port from the outside and sealed, and it is now almost equipped. Absent.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
The present invention has been made in view of the above point, and an object thereof is to provide a gas cylinder with a safety valve for a gas gun which is not modified or extremely difficult to be modified because the safety valve is not known from the outside.
[0004]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to solve the above problems, the present invention provides a safety valve which can be opened and released even when a gas having a pressure higher than a specified value is injected into a gas cylinder, and a plurality of members are combined to constitute the gas cylinder. The safety valve is arranged in a part of the other part covered by the one member in the part described above.
[0005]
The gas cylinder with a safety valve for a gas gun according to the present invention is applied to a gas gun capable of supplying a required amount of gas to a valve device by a trigger operation and firing a bullet.
An example of such a gas gun 10 has a configuration as illustrated in FIG. 1, wherein reference numeral 11 is a magazine, 12 is a gas cylinder, 13 is a bullet holder, 14 is a bullet, 15 is a gun cavity, and 16 is a trigger. Is shown.
[0006]
The magazine has a gas cylinder inside. This gas cylinder is often called a pressure storage chamber, and is capable of injecting a gas such as chlorofluorocarbon. The magazine may also be provided with its original meaning of a magazine. The magazine has an inlet for injecting gas into the gas cylinder, which is closed by an inlet plug, while having at the upper end a gas outlet for the triggering operation. Further, the magazine having a built-in gas cylinder may be a type that can be attached to and detached from the gas gun, or may be a fixed type that is integrated with the gas gun.
[0007]
A safety valve capable of opening and discharging a gas having a pressure higher than a specified value into such a gas cylinder is provided. The upper limit of the specified gas pressure is determined so that the work volume of the bullet determined by the voluntary regulation of the industry does not exceed 0.8 joules. The safety valve includes a communication port that passes through the inside and outside of the gas cylinder, a valve body that can be opened and closed, a spring having a strength determined according to a specified upper limit of gas pressure, and the like. It is desirable that the communication port communicates with the inside of the gas cylinder at the gas injection port portion, and that the communication port is particularly disposed so as to overlap the position of the injection port plug.
[0008]
Then, the safety valve is disposed at a part of the other member, which is covered or hidden by one member, in a part where a plurality of members are combined to constitute a gas cylinder. As a result, the existence of the safety valve is not known, and even if it is known, the magazine must be disassembled, so it is realized that the modification cannot be easily carried out.
[0009]
Further, a pin is fitted and driven into both members of the other member covered by one member provided with the safety valve so that the pin cannot be removed unless it is broken. For this reason, it is desirable that the pin has a shaft diameter so small that it cannot be drilled with a drill, or has a hardness that makes drilling difficult with tool steel.
When the diameter is small, the pin is easily deformed by the drilling operation, and it is difficult to extract the pin. High hardness is intended to make perforation itself difficult. In addition, even if it is not a pin, a block shape, a ball shape, etc. are arbitrary. Further, the term “fit-to-kill” means to fit in a manner not intended to be taken out. The shaft hole to be fitted is desirably a non-through hole. More favorable results can be obtained if these one member and the other member are also formed of a material having high hardness.
[0010]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in more detail with reference to the illustrated embodiments. As already mentioned in part, FIG. 1 shows an example of a gas gun 10 having a structure capable of supplying a required amount of gas from a gas cylinder 12 to a bullet holding unit 13 with the operation of a trigger 16 and firing a bullet 14. Show.
[0011]
The gas cylinder 12 is built in a detachable magazine 11, and the illustrated magazine 11 is detached from the grip 17 by being removed and inserted. The magazine 11 includes a cylindrical body 18 as one member constituting the gas cylinder 12, a bottom plate 19 as the other member fitted to the lower part thereof, and a top plate 20 fitted to the upper part. The bottom plate 19 is provided with an inlet plug 21 for gas injection, and the top plate 20 is provided with an opening / closing valve 22 for supplying gas accompanying a trigger operation.
[0012]
The bottom panel 19 has a fitted portion covered by the body portion 18, and a communication port 25 leading to a gas injection port 24 is formed in a part 23 of the bottom panel 19, and the communication port 25 can be opened and closed. The valve element 26 is disposed, and the valve element 26 is urged in a closing direction by an elastic member 27. The communication port 25, the valve body 26, and the elastic member 27 constitute a safety valve in the present invention.
[0013]
The valve body storage part is an enlarged valve chamber 28, the outside of which is covered by a body part 18 which also serves as a spring receiver which is an elastic member 27 and is invisible from the outside. It communicates with a discharge port 29 that discharges to the outside. Reference numeral 30 denotes a seal member such as an O-ring, and reference numeral 31 denotes an inlet cylinder.
[0014]
For the purpose of recognizing that the removal of the safety valve cannot be easily performed, and further to make the act of disassembling the magazine 11 in order to remove the safety valve useless, the connection between the bottom plate portion 19 and the body portion 18 is performed. The pin 32 and the like are fitted and driven in a knock-down manner. The hole 33 to be driven is a non-through hole that does not reach the injection port 24.
[0015]
In the case of the present invention having such a configuration, as long as the gas injection pressure P1 to the gas cylinder 12 is less than the specified value, the valve 26 closes the communication port 25 as shown in FIG. , The gas can be continuously charged into the gas cylinder.
However, when the gas injection pressure P2 exceeds the specified value, the elastic member 27 is compressed and the valve body 26 retreats, and the communication port 25 is opened. 3). Therefore, gas having a pressure exceeding the specified value is not injected and stored in the cylinder.
[0016]
【The invention's effect】
Since the present invention is configured and operates as described above, there is no need to change the basic structure of a conventional gas cylinder, and the addition of a small number of parts and additional man-hours does not cause an increase in cost. The object can be achieved, and the effect is obtained that the safety valve is not remodeled because it is not known from the outside, or it is extremely difficult to remodel.
