本発明は、土台板の中心部周囲に円形状に成る凸凹面を形成し、この凸凹面の中心平面部に螺棒の基端を固着し、この螺棒の基端部に前記凸凹面の中心平面部に適当な厚さと大きさから成る円盤を固着し、また受座板の中心部周囲に円形状に成る凸凹面を形成し、この凸凹面の中心平面部に螺棒の基端を固着し、この螺棒の基端部に前記凸凹面の中心平面部に適当な厚さと大きさから成る円盤を固着し、前記上下の各螺棒を中央周面部が六角形状に成る管材の上下内側部に形成した螺旋部に螺合して成るものである。
