たとえば、合成ゴムのクラムのような粘着性固体を所定の位置から所定の位置に運送する場合に、振動篩及び/又は振動コンベアを用いる方法は知られている(たとえば、特許文献1参照。)。ここで、固体の運送を遮断し又は制限する必要が生じる。このような場合、ゲート板等で固体の移動を止め又は制限する方法がある。しかしながら、この方法によると、ゲート板に粘着性固体がくっつき、運送を再開するときにスムーズに行なうことができないという問題があった。

すなわち、本発明は、移動する通路に沿って粘着性を有する固体を運送する設備であって、エアーカーテンにより固体の運送を遮断又は制限する粘着性固体の運送設備に係るものである。

【発明の実施の形態】
本発明における粘着性を有する固体としては、合成ゴムのクラム、ガム、餅等をあげることができる。なお、合成ゴムのクラムとは、EPDM(エチレン−プロピレン−非共役ジエン共重合体)の他に、ブチルゴム、ブタジエンゴム、イソプレンゴム、スチレンブタジエンゴム、クロロプレンゴム、天然ゴム、1,2―ポリブタジエン、アクリロニトリルーブタジエンゴム、エチレンプロピレンゴム、アクリルゴム、クロロスルフォン化ポリエチレン等のことである。クラムの大きさは5〜50mm程度である。

移動する通路とは、所定の場所から所定の場所に至る通路であり、振動篩、振動コンベア、ベルトコンベア等で構成されている。なお、粘着性を有する観点から、振動コンベアが好ましい。

実施例1
図1の設備を用いた。合成ゴム(エチレン−プロピレン−非共役ジエン共重合体)のクラム(大きさ20mm)を脱水機から計量機へ運送する振動コンベアの側面図である。合成ゴムのクラムを振動コンベアの振動によって運送する設備であって、エアーカーテンにより運送を遮断又は制限することによりくっつきトラブルを防止した。輸送の速度は0.3m/sであり、エアーの風速は10m/sである。エアーカーテンの流体としてエアー(空気)を用いた。
