Description

【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a one-touch assembling type packaging box, and more particularly to a one-touch assembling type packaging box which is flat and bulky during storage and can be easily assembled into a three-dimensional structure during use.
[0002]
[Prior art]
In general, when selling food for take-out, it is often the case that the number of ordered products is packed in a paper bag or a packaging box, wrapped in a store-specific cosmetic paper, and then placed in a film bag and delivered to the purchaser. These packaging boxes and decorative papers are widely used as indispensable items for preventing dirt and breakage of products and improving the image of products and stores. However, some products are often eaten and consumed immediately after purchase, and in that case, all the packaging materials immediately become garbage, which is not desirable from the viewpoint of environmental protection.
[0003]
For this reason, in recent years, a foldable packaging box or an assembly type packaging box directly printed in order to omit the wrapping paper has been frequently used. As this type of packaging box, an end wall and left and right side walls are connected to a square or rectangular bottom plate so as to be able to be bent and undulated, and are bent inward in a substantially horizontal direction on each upper side of the end wall and the side wall. 2. Description of the Related Art A foldable packaging box has been proposed in which a possible wall edge piece is provided and a locking structure for connecting and fixing adjacent wall edge pieces in the bent state is provided (for example, see Patent Document 1). In addition, the packaging box includes a box portion formed by folding and assembling one mount, and a wrapping paper having a shape and a size capable of wrapping the box portion. There has also been proposed a packaging box which is adhered to the mount so as to be packaged, leaving at least a portion which itself overlaps when folded, so that the box portion and the wrapping paper can be folded substantially integrally and simultaneously. (For example, see Patent Document 2).

[0005]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, the packaging box has problems such as punching a piece of paperboard into the shape of the developed view of the box, partially bonding the paperboard, and requiring a large number of bending steps. There is a problem in that the cost is too high to package two or three such products. In addition, since it is a foldable type, the storage space of the packaging box can be narrowed, but there is a problem that it takes time and labor to assemble the product when packaging it.
[0006]
Therefore, an object of the present invention is to provide a packaging box which occupies a small space during transportation or storage, can be assembled with one hand at the time of use, and can easily carry out product packaging.
[0007]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The present invention provides, as means for solving the above problems, a bottom wall, a rear wall, and a top wall which are sequentially provided at a lower end side of a front wall of a packaging box forming a hexahedral packaging box, and a front wall of the top wall. A flap provided with a locking tongue piece connected to the edge; and a side wall connected to each side of the front wall and the rear wall. A free end side of a side wall connected to a rear wall defined by the notch in a state in which a notch portion engaging with the rear wall is formed by folding the side wall inward and folding the front wall inward. The engaging portion and the free end side engaging portion of the side wall provided continuously with the front wall partially overlap, and during assembly, the side wall is pressed from both sides of the upper edge of the rear wall and the lower edge of the front wall. Are cross-engaged with each other to stand up, thereby assembling the packaging box. That.
[0008]
In this specification, the surfaces constituting the packaging box are referred to as a front wall, a bottom wall, a rear wall, a side wall, and a top wall, respectively, for easy understanding of the invention, but these are relative names. Therefore, it is not necessarily limited to these names. For example, the front wall may be called a rear wall, the rear wall may be called a front wall, or these may be called side walls.
[0009]
In a preferred embodiment, a flap provided with a tongue for locking is continuously provided on the front edge of the top wall, while a notch for locking is provided in the front wall, and the top wall is folded inward to form a rear wall. When overlapped, the locking tongue provided on the flap can be fitted into the locking notch provided on the front wall.
[0010]
In another preferred embodiment, an extraction perforation from the rear wall to the top wall is provided, the contents are taken out by opening the perforation along the extraction perforation while the top wall is closed, and the opened portion is returned to the original state. It can be resealed by returning to the position.
[0011]
Further, in another embodiment, a cutout portion extending from a substantially central portion of an upper end edge toward a lower end edge and terminating at a substantially central portion of the side wall is formed in each side wall connected to the front wall. Each of the side walls connected to the rear wall has a cutout extending from a substantially central portion of a lower end edge toward an upper end edge and terminating at a substantially central portion of the side wall.
[0012]
According to the configuration, when pressed from both sides of the upper edge of the rear wall and the lower edge of the front wall,
A mating tongue is engaged with the notch provided in the side wall, and the side wall stands up while cross-engaging in an X-shape to complete a hexahedral packaging box. Therefore, in the case of a packaging box that contains a small number of products, the length of the upper edge of the rear wall and the lower edge of the front wall are short, so that the packaging box is sandwiched between the thumb and the other finger of one hand, and from both sides. By simply pressing, the packaging box can be assembled with one touch and one action.
[0013]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings.
[0014]
FIG. 1 is an exploded view of a one-touch assembling type packaging box according to an embodiment of the present invention. The packaging box sheet in the unfolded state has a bottom wall 2, a rear wall and a top wall 3 at the lower end side of a front wall 1 thereof. 4 are sequentially provided, and a flap 5 is continuously provided on the front edge of the top wall 4. Side walls 6a and 6b each having the same length as or slightly shorter than the depth of the packaging box are respectively connected to both side edges of the front wall 1, and correspondingly, both side edges of the rear wall are respectively packed. Side walls 14a and 14b having the same length as or slightly shorter than the depth of the box are continuously provided.
[0015]
The side walls 6a and 6b are formed with notches 7a and 7b symmetrically extending from a substantially central portion of an upper end edge toward a lower end edge and terminating at a substantially central portion of the side wall 6. The notch 7 has curved portions 8a, 8b extending from the upper ends of the side walls 6a, 6b, hanging portions 9a, 9b substantially drooping from the curved portions 8a, 8b toward the center of the side wall, and hanging portions 9a, 9b. Central curved portions 10a, 10b curved in a U-shape at the center of the side wall, inclined portions 11a, 11b extending from the central curved portions 10a, 10b toward the upper end on the free end side and extending while being inclined outward. It includes third curved portions 12a, 12b continuing from the inclined portions 11a, 11b to the upper edge of the free end side of the side wall, and engaging tongue pieces 13a, 13b are formed on the free end side of the side walls 6a, 6b. When the side walls 6a and 6b are folded inward and overlapped with each other, the interval between the hanging portions 9 of the notches 7 is slightly larger than the dimension between the free end of the side wall 6a and the free end of the side wall 6b. I have.
[0016]
Similarly, cutouts 15a, 15b extending from the substantially central portion of the upper edge toward the lower edge and terminating at the substantially central portion of the side wall 14 are formed on the side walls 14a, 14b connected to the rear wall. It is formed symmetrically. The notches 15a and 15b are hanging portions 16a and 16b extending substantially vertically from the lower ends of the side walls 14a and 14b toward the center of the side wall, and are curved in a U-shape at the center of the side wall from the hanging portions 16a and 16b. The central curved portions 17a, 17b, the inclined portions 18a, 18b extending from the central curved portions 17a, 17b toward the upper end at the free end side and extending outward while being inclined, and the free ends of the side walls from the inclined portions 8a, 18b. Fourth curved portions 19a, 19b are connected to the upper edge of the side, and engaging tongue pieces 20a, 20b are formed on the free ends of the side walls 14a, 14b. When the side walls 14a and 14b are folded inward and overlapped, the distance between the hanging portions of the notches 15a and 15b is slightly larger than the dimension between the free end of the side wall 14a and the free end of the side wall 14b. It has been enlarged.
[0017]
The length of the engaging tongue pieces 13a, 13b, 20a, 20b is shorter than the length of the side walls 6a, 6b, 14a, 14b, that is, the height of the box, and the length of the side walls 6a, 6b, 14a, 14b is reduced. In the state where the front wall 1 is folded inward and the front wall 1 is folded inward, the engaging tongue pieces 13a and 13b of the side walls 6a and 6b connected to the front wall 1 and the side wall 14 connected to the rear wall 3 are provided. The engaging tongue pieces 14a, 14b are slightly overlapped at their tip portions.
[0018]
As shown in FIG. 1, the notch 21 sandwiching the center of the free end side of the flap 5 is formed in the flap 5 connected to the front edge of the top wall 4 to form the tongue piece 22 for locking. On the other hand, a notch 23 may be formed in the front wall 1 correspondingly, and the locking tongue 22 may be fitted into the notch 23 when the packaging box is folded. In this case, a pair of cuts 24 may be formed at the base of the locking tongue so that the locking tongue 22 does not come out when the locking tongue 22 is deeply fitted into the cut 23, that is, a so-called fitting kill.
[0019]
As shown in FIG. 2, in order to convert the opened packaging box sheet into a folded packaging box, first, one side of the packaging box sheet, for example, the right side walls 6 b and 14 b are folded inward to form the front wall 1 with the front wall 1. It is folded on the rear wall 3 (see FIG. 2A), and then the left side walls 6a and 14a are bent inward and folded on the right side walls 6b and 14b (see FIG. 2B). In this state, after the front wall 1 is bent inward, the bottom wall 2 and the rear wall 3 are slightly bent outward, and the engaging tongue pieces 13a, 13b of the front wall side walls 6a, 6b are connected to the rear wall side. The lower side of the engaging tongue pieces 20a, 20b of the side walls 14a, 14b is inserted into the lower side (see FIG. 2 (c)), and then the top wall 4 is bent inward to lock the flap 5 connected to the top wall 4. By fitting the tongue piece 22 into the cut 23 of the front wall 1, a packaging box as a product is completed (see FIG. 2 (d)).
[0020]
At the time of actual use, for example, a number of folded packaging boxes shown in FIG. 2 (d) are overlaid in a state where they are turned upside down from the state shown in the figure, and the upper end edge of the rear wall 3 of the topmost folded packaging box is placed. And a portion corresponding to the lower edge of the front wall 1 is sandwiched between the thumb and the other finger of one hand, and when the space between the thumb and the other finger is pressed as it is, the space is provided on the side walls 6a, 6b, 14a, 14b. The engaging tongues 13a, 13b, 20a, 20b engage with the notches 7a, 7b, 15a, 15b, and the inclined portions 11a, 11b, 18a, 18b of the notches 7a, 7b, 15a, 15b cross-engage. Then, the side walls 6a, 6b, 14a, and 14b are automatically erected in an X-shaped crossing state, and the packaging box with the lid closed is assembled. When the packaging box is turned toward the eyes as it is, the front side of the box comes to the front, and when the flap 5 is pushed outward with the other hand, the lid (top wall) opens (see FIG. 3). You can access the inside. After a product, for example, roasting, is put in this packaging box, the lid may be closed and the locking tongue piece 22 of the flap 5 may be completely fitted into the cut 23.
[0021]
According to the above structure, even when manufacturing a folded packaging box, no material for bonding such as an adhesive or a binder is required at all, and furthermore, the folding process can be performed simply by folding, so that the work can be automated, Manufacturing costs can be reduced.
[0022]
By the way, in the case of a packing box for containing two drums or rotating grills, a perforation 25 for taking out from the rear wall of the packaging box to the top wall 4 may be provided. In this case, it is possible to assemble the folded packaging box into a three-dimensional packaging box with one hand by the above-described method, and the purchaser can open one piece of the contents by opening along the perforation 25 with the lid closed. It is possible to take them out one by one, and even after taking out one, the opening is closed by returning the opened part to its original position, so that it can be put in a bag or a pocket as it is. In addition, in order to facilitate opening, a plurality of cutting lines 26 are inserted into a portion of the top wall 4 corresponding to the top 25a of the removal perforation 25, and a fold line 27 connecting the tops of the cutting lines 26 is inserted. 26, when an area surrounded by the folding line 27 and the perforation for taking out is pressed by a finger, the area is depressed inside the box around the folding line 27 so that the top 25a can be pulled up by a finger. May be.
[0023]
According to the above configuration, when pressed from both sides of the upper edge of the rear wall and the lower edge of the front wall 1, the free end side tongue of the rear wall and the free end side tongue of the front wall 1 are mutually opposed. It stands up while cross-engaging in an X-shape along the groove to form a side wall, thereby completing a hexahedral packaging box. Therefore, in the case of a packaging box for storing a small number of commodities, since the length of the upper edge of the rear wall and the lower edge of the front wall 1 are short, the packaging box is placed between the thumb of one hand and the other four fingers. By simply pinching and pressing from both sides, the packaging box can be assembled with one touch and one action.
[0024]
The one-touch assembling type packaging box of the present invention can be applied to any product. Typical examples include baked foods and other baked goods, and ice confections such as ice cream and ice monaca. However, it goes without saying that the present invention is not limited to these.
[0025]
【The invention's effect】
As is clear from the above description, the packaging box according to the present invention can be assembled with one touch and one action, has good merchandise protection ability and makeup ability, simplifies the wrapping of merchandise, and can be used during transportation and The space occupied during storage is small, it can be manufactured at low cost, and because the entire packaging box is made of paper and uses no adhesives, it can be recycled eco-friendly and burns without pollution. It has excellent effects such as being incinerated as garbage.
