Description

【0001】

[0001]
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a pouring tool and a cap used for a container filled with fermentable food such as pizza sauce, and in particular, to release a gas generated inside the container and prevent an increase in pressure inside the container. It is related to the cap.
[0002]
[Prior art]
As a cap used for sealing a container, there is a cap configured to discharge gas accumulated in the container in order to suppress an increase in pressure inside the container. The following two types of caps are known as this type of cap. One is a cap that is screwed with a gap formed in the mouth of a container having a dispensing cylinder at the top, and has a flexible top plate having a uniform thickness. In this cap, in the normal closed state, the top plate part is in close contact with the opening end of the dispensing cylinder, but when the top plate part is pushed upward as the pressure inside the container rises, Gas is discharged from the dispensing tube into the atmosphere through a gap between the mouth of the container and the cap (Patent Document 1).
[0003]
The other one is different from the cap described above in that the top plate portion has a thick-walled closed portion that closes the opening end of the dispensing tube, and a thin-walled annular flexible portion that supports the closed portion so as to be movable up and down. It is composed of In this cap, when the internal pressure of the container increases, the annular flexible portion bends, whereby the closed portion is pushed up from the dispensing tube. After the blocking portion is separated from the dispensing cylinder, the gas inside the container is released from the dispensing cylinder into the atmosphere, as in the case of the cap (Patent Document 2).

[Patent Document 2]

[Problems to be solved by the invention]
Of the two types of caps described above, the former cap, i.e., the cap described in Patent Document 1, is thicker in order for the central portion of the top plate portion in contact with the opening end of the spout to exhibit a blocking function, Since the surrounding portions are also substantially the same thickness, they are not easily damaged and have excellent impact resistance. However, since the top plate is difficult to bend, there is a problem in that gas is not released even when the pressure inside the container is considerably increased. On the other hand, in the latter cap, since the flexible portion surrounding the closed portion of the top plate portion is annular and uniformly thin, it is easily bent, and gas is released in response to a minute change in pressure inside the container. However, there is a problem that it is vulnerable. For example, when the impact is applied due to the drop of the container or the like and the flexible part is damaged, the function of closing the dispensing cylinder is impaired.
[0007]
Accordingly, an object of the present invention is to provide a cap that is excellent in impact resistance and that can discharge gas accumulated inside the container in response to a minute increase in the internal pressure of the container, and a dispensing tool including such a cap. It is to provide.
[0008]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, an extraction tool of the present invention comprises an extraction tool main body having an extraction cylinder attached to a mouth portion of a container, and a cap attached to the extraction tool main body. A cylindrical portion that is attached to the pouring tool body and surrounds the pouring tube, a closing portion that closes the opening end of the pouring tube, and a plurality of flexible radially provided from the periphery of the closing portion to the inner peripheral surface of the cylindrical portion It is characterized by having a rib and a cover part which closes between the peripheral edge of a closure part to the inner peripheral surface of a cylindrical part between adjacent ribs.
[0009]
In the cap provided in the pouring tool having such a configuration, a plurality of flexible ribs provided radially from the peripheral edge of the closing portion to the inner peripheral surface of the cylindrical portion elastically support the closing portion, The gas accumulated in the container can be discharged in response to the minute internal pressure change. Since the member that elastically supports the closing portion is only the rib, the rib can be formed thicker (thicker) than the annular flexible portion in the cap described in Patent Document 2 described above. This makes it possible to improve the impact resistance. Moreover, since the cover part is provided between adjacent ribs, even if the contents filled in the container are scattered during gas discharge, the cap does not leak to the outside.
[0010]
Moreover, it is preferable that the rib mentioned above is extended in the shape of a curve. The length of the rib provided in the curved shape is longer than that of the rib provided linearly from the peripheral edge of the closing portion to the inner peripheral surface of the cylindrical portion. Therefore, in the cap having such a configuration, as a result of the ribs being more easily bent, the gas accumulated in the container can be discharged in a better manner due to a fine change in the pressure inside the container. Further, in the cap having such a configuration, the ribs are provided in a curved shape, so that the contents leaking out from the dispensing tube along with the gas discharge are blocked by the ribs and further prevented from flowing outward. Can do.
[0011]
In another aspect, the present invention relates to a cap that is directly attached to a container having a dispensing cylinder at the top. The cap is attached to the container and is similar to the cap in the pouring tool, and includes a cylindrical portion that surrounds the pouring tube, a closing portion that closes the opening end of the pouring tube, and an inner peripheral surface of the cylindrical portion from the periphery of the closing portion. And a plurality of flexible ribs provided radially, and a cover portion that closes between the peripheral edge of the closing portion and the inner peripheral surface of the cylindrical portion between adjacent ribs. Also in this cap, it is preferable that the ribs extend in a curved shape as described above.
[0012]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

The top wall portion 26 extends along a plane intersecting the central axis of the extraction tool main body 20, and is continuous with the upper opening end of the cylindrical portion 24. The top wall portion 26 has an annular shape, and is provided so that the extraction tube 28 protrudes from the center portion thereof. In a state where the screw portion 30 is screwed into the screw portion 18 of the mouth portion 16 of the container 12 and the pouring tool body 20 is attached to the mouth portion 16 of the container 12, the lower surface of the top wall portion 26 is open to the mouth portion 16. It is in close contact with the end face. In this state, the opening of the dispensing cylinder 28 communicates with the inside of the container 12.
[0018]
The cylindrical portion 24 is further provided with a step portion 32 on its outer peripheral surface, and a reduced diameter portion 34 is provided above the step portion 32. The step portion 32 is provided with a plurality of protrusions 36, and a screw portion 38 is provided on the outer peripheral surface of the reduced diameter portion 34.
[0019]
The cap 22 is an integrally molded product that includes the cylindrical portion 40 and the top plate portion 42. A screw portion 44 is formed on the lower inner peripheral surface of the cylindrical portion 40 to form a gap with a screw portion 38 provided in the reduced diameter portion 34 of the extraction tool main body 20 to be screwed. In a state where the screw portion 44 of the cylindrical portion 40 is screwed to the screw portion 38 of the reduced diameter portion 34 and the cap 22 is attached to the extraction tool body 20, the lower end surface of the cylindrical portion 40 is the step portion 32 of the extraction tool body 20. A gap is formed between the lower end surface of the cylindrical portion 40 and the stepped portion 32. This gap communicates with the gap between the screw portion 38 of the reduced diameter portion 34 and the screw portion 44 of the cylindrical portion 40.
[0020]
The top plate portion 42 extends along a surface intersecting the central axis of the cap 22 and is continuous with the inner peripheral surface of the upper opening end of the cylindrical portion 40. The top plate part 42 has a closing part 46, a rib 48, and a cover part 50.
[0021]
The closing part 46 is provided in the center of the top plate part 42, and its lower surface is substantially spherical. In a normal state in which the cap 22 is attached to the dispensing tool main body 20, that is, in a state where the pressure inside the container is low, the closing portion 46 comes into close contact with the opening end surface of the dispensing tube 28, thereby sealing the container 12.
[0022]
As shown in FIG. 3, the ribs 48 are provided radially and curvedly from the peripheral edge of the closing portion 46 to the inner peripheral surface of the cylindrical portion 40. The cap 22 of the present embodiment is provided with four ribs 48. Here, the curved shape that each of the ribs 48 has is a spiral shape that turns around the central axis of the cap 22 in the same direction. The rib 48 needs to be configured to be flexible so that the closing portion 46 can be elastically supported so as to be movable up and down with respect to the cylindrical portion 40. However, the above-described material sufficiently provides the flexibility. Is. Further, in a state where the cap 22 is attached to the dispensing tool main body 20, the rib 48 and the closing portion 46 are positioned so that the closing portion 46 is brought into contact with the opening end surface of the dispensing tube 28 with a desired pressing force. . As for the cross-sectional shape of the rib 48, for example, as shown in FIGS. 4A to 4D, various shapes are conceivable, but the thickness (thickness) has sufficient strength. The closing portion 46 is appropriately determined so that a desired pressing force is applied to the opening end surface of the dispensing tube 28.
[0023]
The cover part 50 is provided between the adjacent ribs 48 so as to be closed from the periphery of the closing part 46 to the cylindrical part 40. As can be understood from FIG. 4, the cover portion 50 is thinner than the rib 48 and does not hinder the bending of the rib 48.
[0024]
Next, the operation and effect of the dispensing tool 10 having such a configuration will be described. The dispensing tool body 20 is freely removable from the threaded mouth 16 of the container 12. Therefore, when filling the container 12 with the contents, if the pouring tool body 20 is removed from the threaded mouth 16, the container can be easily filled with the contents from the wide threaded mouth 16. Can do.
[0025]
At the time of use, by attaching the extraction tool main body 20 to the container 12 and pressing the trunk portion 14 of the container 12, it is possible to extract the appropriate amount of content from the extraction cylinder 28 of the extraction tool main body 20.
[0026]
When the cap 22 is attached to the pouring tool main body 20 after use, the closing portion 46 comes into close contact with the opening end surface of the pouring tube 28 and seals the container 12. When the internal pressure of the container 12 increases due to fermentation, temperature change, or the like of the contents filled in the container 12, the rib 48 is bent by the pressure applied to the closing part 46, and the closing part 46 is pushed up. A gap is formed between the 28 openings. The gas accumulated in the container 12 is released from the gap, and this gas is formed between the screw portion 44 of the cylindrical portion 40 and the screw portion 38 of the extraction tool body 20 and the lower end surface of the cylindrical portion 40. And the gap formed between the stepped portion 32 of the pouring tool body 20 and released into the atmosphere. As described above, the rib 48 has a curved shape, and its length is longer than that in the case where the rib is provided radially and linearly from the periphery of the closing portion 46 to the cylindrical portion 40. Even if the shape is the same, it is easier to bend. Therefore, the cap 22 can release the gas accumulated in the container 12 in response to a minute increase in the internal pressure of the container 12. Further, by making the rib 48 curved in this way, the rib 48 can be bent easily for a long time, and it is not necessary to reduce the cross-sectional area, so that the strength such as impact resistance can be improved.
[0027]
Moreover, the curved shape which each of the plurality of ribs 48 exhibits is a spiral shape swirling in the same direction, and when gas is released, the contents scattered from the extraction tube 28 together with the gas are transmitted through the top plate portion 42 and radiated. Although it tries to flow outward in the direction, the rib 48 becomes a barrier and prevents the flow. Further, by providing the rib 48 having such a shape, the distance that the content leaked from the container 12 flows along the rib 48 is provided radially and linearly from the peripheral edge of the closing portion 46 to the cylindrical portion 40. It becomes longer than the case. Therefore, even if the content of the container 12 leaks, the content hardly reaches the inner peripheral surface of the cylindrical portion of the cap, and the screw portion 44 of the cap 22 and the screw portion 38 of the extraction tool main body 20 There is no leakage from the gap between them. As a result, the container 12 and the dispensing tool 10 are always kept clean.
[0028]
In addition, since the cover part 50 exists between each rib 48, the content discharge | released with the gas from the extraction pipe | tube 28 does not penetrate the top plate part 42 of the cap 22, and leaks outside.
[0029]
As mentioned above, although preferred embodiment of this invention was described in detail, it cannot be overemphasized that this invention is not limited to the said embodiment.
[0030]
For example, various modifications in which the shape or number of the ribs 48 in the above embodiment are changed can be configured. 5 and 6 are sectional views taken along line III-III when the cap according to the modified embodiment is used for sealing the container 12 as shown in FIG. The cap 22 shown in FIG. 5A is the same cap as that of the above-described embodiment shown in FIG. 3, and the cap 22 shown in FIGS. 5B to 5F is respectively the turning direction of the rib 48 and the rib 48. The number of is changed. Thus, the deformation | transformation aspect which changed the turning direction and number of the ribs 48 can be comprised.
[0031]
In the cap 22 shown in FIG. 6A, the rib 48 has an S-shaped curved shape. Further, each of the caps 22 shown in FIGS. 6B to 6F has ribs 48 having an S-shaped curved shape like the cap 22 shown in FIG. The direction of the S-shape is changed. As described above, various modifications in which the shape, number, and orientation of the ribs 48 are changed can be configured.
[0032]
In addition, although the distance through which the content leaked from the container 12 flows through the top plate portion 42 is shortened, even if the cap is provided with ribs radially and linearly from the periphery of the closing portion 46 to the cylindrical portion 40, The effect of the present invention can be achieved that is excellent in impact resistance, the ribs are easily bent, and the gas can be released in response to minute changes in internal pressure inside the container.
[0033]
In the above embodiment, the extraction tool main body 20 is freely removable from the container 12. However, even if the extraction tool main body 20 is integrated with the container 12 as a part of the container 12, the idea of the present invention is used. Can be applied.
[0034]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the present invention, a cap that is excellent in impact resistance and can discharge gas accumulated in the container in response to a minute increase in internal pressure of the container, and such a cap. It is possible to provide the pouring tool provided. Therefore, even when fermentable foods such as pizza sauce are filled in the container, the internal pressure of the container can be maintained properly, and problems such as the contents being scattered when the cap is removed can be prevented.
