本発明は上記課題を解決するために、電源部と照明部を一体にした照明具本体と、前記照明具本体の取付部から構成される照明装置とし、前記照明具本体は明るさと振動を検知するセンサを備え、夜間もしくは暗がりと振動が付加されることで自動的に点灯する照明具本体からなり、照明具本体を取付部から取外すと回路が強制的に開放される連動スイッチを設ける。また、前記照明具本体は前記電源部と照明部を円周方向の回転によって嵌合一体化することで構成され、前記取付部は前記照明具本体の回転を抑制する緩み防止構造を有する。取付部は取付対象物の構成部品に取付けられる締付部と、照明具本体を固定する固定部と、照明具本体を着脱する時に操作するボタンと、前記締付部と前記固定部を係合させかつ取付対象物への締付部の締付けをするための結合部品から構成され、前記固定部からは前記ボタンと前記締付け部を貫通する突起が出ており、前記突起を軸に前記固定部と前記ボタンが、前記締付け部と相対的に回動する構造を有する。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下本発明の一実施例を図1、図2、図3、図5を用いて説明する。

照明装置は図1に示すように、大きく分けて、電池を収納する電源部、制御基板や豆球等を収納する照明部及び自転車へ取付けるための取付部の3ブロックで構成されている。

電源部と照明部から構成される照明具本体1の電池ケース3には電池を中継する導通ばね4が設けられており、本体ケース5には電池の端子と接触する導通板6と、その導通板6に連絡された接触型スイッチ7及び制御基板8、前記スイッチ7の下方には上下にしゅう動可能なピン9、前記制御基板8の前方には基板を保護すると共に、豆球等の光源及び光を前方に反射する反射鏡10等を保持する機能を持つ基板カバー11が設けられており、その前方にはレンズ12が位置する。前記本体ケース5と電池ケース3は、バイヨネットもしくはネジ嵌合により結合される。また図4に示す取付部2は、照明具本体1の電池ケース3及び本体ケース5の下部にある凸レールに沿うように嵌合される固定部13、自転車のハンドルに巻きつける為の締付部14、前記固定部13と締付部14を結合するとともにハンドルに締付ける為のネジ16と上記固定部13に圧入固定されたナット17、照明具本体1を取付部2にセットした時に、図3に示す電池ケース3下部の凸レールにある窪み19にはまり込む図5に示す掛かり部20を両端に備えたボタン18により構成されている。

上記構成において動作を説明する。取付部2のネジ16を外し、自転車のハンドルに巻きつけた状態でネジ16を締付けていくことで取付部2は固定される。ネジ16の締め付けの際固定部13を左右に回すと、固定部13とボタン18が固定部13の突起15を軸に回転し、照射方向の調整ができ、ネジ16をしっかり締め付けることで照射方向が固定される。照明具本体1の本体ケース5と電池ケース3は、バイヨネット嵌合されており、本体ケース5を固定した状態で電池ケース3を回すと電池ケース3が取外され、電池交換が行なえる。自転車のハンドルに取付られた取付部2へ照明具本体1を刺し込むと、図5に示す取付部2のボタン18の掛かり部20が、照明具本体1の電池ケース3下部の凸レールにある窪み19にはまり込み固定される。また、取付部2の上面により本体ケース5にあるピン9が上方に動きスイッチ7が短絡され照明具本体1が導通状態になる。この状態で、夜間もしくは暗がりを走ると制御基板6にある振動センサと光センサの働きにより、光源が点灯する。走行時は照明具本体1に激しい振動がかかることが考えられるが、取付部2が電池ケース3と本体ケース5の凸レールへ両部品に跨るように嵌合されている為、取付部2が回転止めの働きをして、嵌合が緩むのを防止できる。
