Abstract
Description
【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention provides thick printing from a transfer blanket to a substrate by controlling the adhesion state of printing ink on a gravure plate cylinder and supplying the printing ink so as to penetrate deeply into the character or pattern plate portion. The present invention relates to a printing method and apparatus capable of printing.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, in order to make the ink swell on the printing surface, a method of mixing the foaming agent into the printing ink and printing it, and raising it by the foaming action after printing, or a method called bump printing There has been a method in which a powder that expands when heated is adhered to a printed matter, and the powder is dissolved and expanded by heating to excite the image.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
In any of the above-mentioned conventional examples, any of the above-described examples has a technical feature in that a special foaming action or a heat expansion action is generated in the printing ink or the printed material so that the printing portion is raised.
[0004]
However, when the ink itself is foamed or expanded, there is a problem that the original color effect of the ink becomes a problem and the expanded portion may be worn away.
[0005]
The present invention does not devise the ink itself so as to eliminate the above-mentioned difficulties, but mainly has a feature in the offset action when transferring from the gravure plate cylinder to the transfer blanket, and the purpose and The object of the present invention is to provide a printing method and a printing apparatus capable of realizing a thick printing surface by controlling a state in which ink is supplied to a plate of a gravure plate cylinder.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, an anilox roll for solid printing with an ink having the property of repelling printing ink in the first invention, a gravure plate cylinder in contact with the anilox roll, and a transfer blanket in contact with the gravure plate cylinder are provided. Before supplying the printing ink to the surface of the gravure plate cylinder, the anilox roll supplies the ink having the property of repelling the printing ink to the surface of the gravure plate cylinder to perform solid printing, and the printing ink supplied to the gravure plate cylinder is supplied. The printing method was such that the thickness of the ink, which was deeply penetrated and attached to characters or patterns, could be felt.
