従来、棒状化粧料を把持する芯チャックが、これを収容する筒容器内で、螺合機構及び回転止め機構に従って進退可能とされて、棒状化粧料が筒容器の先端から出没可能とされる棒状化粧料繰出容器が市場に供されている。

この種の棒状化粧料繰出容器としては、円筒形状の筒容器と、棒状化粧料を把持し筒容器内に進退可能に内挿される芯チャックと、内周面に螺旋溝が形成され筒容器の後部側に内挿されて当該筒容器に相対回転自在に装着されると共に芯チャックの後部側が内挿される螺子筒と、を具備し、この螺子筒の螺旋溝に、芯チャックの後部側に突設されている螺合突起が係合することで螺合機構が構成されると共に、筒容器内の芯チャックの進退範囲に軸線方向に沿って形成される進退溝に、当該芯チャックの棒状化粧料を把持する部分が係合することで、芯チャックの進退案内機構及び回転止め機構が構成され、筒容器と螺子筒とが相対回転されると、上記螺合機構、進退案内機構及び回転止め機構に従って芯チャックが進退し、当該芯チャックに把持されている棒状化粧料が筒容器の先端から出没する棒状化粧料繰出容器が知られている(例えば、特許文献1参照)。

しかしながら、上記棒状化粧料繰出容器にあっては、筒容器と螺子筒との相対回転時に、回転止めとして機能している芯チャックに回転トルクが伝達されるため、これに把持されている棒状化粧料に捩れ力が作用し、当該棒状化粧料が破損する虞がある。

本発明は、このような課題を解決するために成されたものであり、棒状化粧料の破損が防止されると共に小型化が図れる棒状化粧料繰出容器を提供することを目的とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明による棒状化粧料繰出容器は、棒状化粧料を把持する芯チャックが、これを収容する筒容器内で、螺合機構及び回転止め機構に従って進退可能とされて、棒状化粧料が筒容器の先端から出没可能とされる棒状化粧料繰出容器において、芯チャックは、棒状化粧料を把持するチャック部と、このチャック部の後端から軸線方向に沿って延びる軸体部と、を具備し、この軸体部が、回転止め機構を構成し筒容器に回転不能に係合する係合部を備えると共に、チャック部を回転可能に連結することを特徴としている。

このような棒状化粧料繰出容器によれば、螺合機構及び回転止め機構に従って筒容器内の芯チャックが進退する際に生じ、回転止め機構を構成する芯チャックの軸体部に作用する回転トルクは、この軸体部と棒状化粧料を把持するチャック部とが回転可能に連結されていることから、チャック部に伝達されることは無い。

ここで、上記棒状化粧料繰出容器の機能を十分に発揮する好適な構成としては、具体的には、筒容器には、筒内の後部側に、内周面に螺合突起を備える螺子筒が相対回転自在に装着され、芯チャックの軸体部は螺子筒に内挿され、その外周面に螺子筒の螺合突起に係合する螺旋溝を備えると共に係合部としての凹設溝を軸線方向に沿って備え、筒容器は、その内周面のチャック部の後退限位置と螺子筒の先端との間に、軸体部の凹設溝に係合する係合片を具備し、螺子筒の螺合突起及び軸体部の螺旋溝が螺合機構を構成すると共に、筒容器の係合片及び軸体部の凹設溝が回転止め機構を構成するものが挙げられる。

また、チャック部は、棒状化粧料を把持する複数の把持片を備え、この把持片の外径が、螺子筒の外径より大とされると共に、筒容器内は、螺子筒が装着される領域の内径に対して把持片が進退する領域の内径が大とされ、軸体部の凹設溝は、軸体部の先端から軸線方向に沿って所定位置迄凹設されると共に把持片の前進時に係合片が突き当たる後端面が把持片の前進限ストッパーとされ、筒容器は、棒状化粧料が出没する先端の開口から把持片の後退限迄の範囲が、把持片の移動を可能とする孔形状とされているのが好ましい。

このように、把持片の前進限として機能すべく、軸体部の凹設溝が当該軸体部の先端から軸線方向に沿って所定位置迄しか凹設されていないと、当該軸体部を筒容器の先端の開口から挿入することは、軸体部の後端が筒容器内の途中に設けられている係合片に突き当たることから不可とされる。従って、軸体部を、筒容器の後端の開口から挿入していくことになるが、この時、大径の棒状化粧料に適用すべく、把持片の外径が螺子筒の外径より大とされると共に、筒容器内の螺子筒が装着される領域の内径に対して把持片が進退する領域の内径が大とされていることから、把持片を先端に備える軸体部を筒容器の後端の開口から挿入していくことは不可とされる。しかしながら、本発明では、前述したように、把持片を備えるチャック部と軸体部とが回転可能に連結されていることから、組立前は各々別体であり、加えて、筒容器の棒状化粧料が出没する先端の開口から把持片の後退限迄の範囲が、把持片の移動を可能とする孔形状とされていることから、チャック部を筒容器の先端の開口から挿入していき、軸体部を筒容器の後端の開口から挿入していき、これらを回転可能に連結する組み立てを行うことで、上記構成の棒状化粧料繰出容器が得られることになる。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、本発明による棒状化粧料繰出容器の好適な実施形態について図1〜図9を参照しながら説明する。図1は、本発明の実施形態に係る棒状化粧料繰出容器を示す外観図、図2〜図4は、棒状化粧料繰出容器の各矢視図、図5及び図6は、棒状化粧料カートリッジを示す各図、図7は、棒状化粧料カートリッジの分解斜視図であり、本実施形態の棒状化粧料繰出容器は、例えば、アイライナー、アイブロー、リップライナー等の棒状化粧料を収容し、使用者が必要に応じて適宜出没可能とする棒状化粧料繰出容器である。

図1に示すように、棒状化粧料繰出容器1は、全体形状が筆記具の如き細長い丸棒状(スティック状)を成し良好な外観を呈するもので、図6に示す棒状化粧料Mを収容する棒状化粧料カートリッジ2を、図2に示すように、カートリッジ収容容器3の先端側(図示左側)に着脱可能に備えている。
