Abstract

<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hanger for a dry suit or the like which can hang and store the dry suit having a heavy weight, and in addition, having a high sealing property without collapsing the shape, and in addition, comprises a new structure which can ensure a hanging state being optimal for the drying; and a new hanging and drying method for the dry suit or the like using the hanger. <P>SOLUTION: At the center of a shoulder hanging rod 3 which is extended by roughly copying the ridge line of both shoulders of the dry suit, a hanger main body 2 is formed by combining a hanging hook 5. In the meantime, at both of the right and left sides of the shoulder hanging rod, embracing frame parts 4, 4 and so forth which are bent to the front and the rear are formed so that the periphery of one ankle of the dry suit can be respectively hung for this hanger 1 for the dry suit. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI

【発明の目的】
この発明は、ドライスーツやウェットスーツ、レーシングスーツ等、通常市販のハンガーによる吊り下げが難しく、吊り下げたとしても変形や劣化を招く虞れがあるような特殊なスーツを、型崩れを起さずに保管や乾燥ができるようにする技術に関し、特に、重量が嵩む上に高い密閉性をもつドライスーツを、型崩れさせないで吊り下げ可能とし、しかも乾燥に最適な吊り下げ状態を確保できるようにする新規な構造からなるドライスーツ等用ハンガー、およびそれを利用した新規なドライスーツ等の吊り下げ、乾燥方法を提供しようとするものである。

【従来の技術】
スクーバーダイビングに用いられるドライスーツは、首回りおよび左右の手首をシールすることによってスーツ内への水の浸入を阻止して身体を濡らすことなく潜水することが可能であり、胸部に設けられた給気バルブを通じてスーツ内に空気を供給し、肩口付近に設けられた排気バルブから空気を放出することにより、スーツ内の空気量を調節して身体とスーツとの間に空気の層を形成し、完全防水の状態を確保できるので、ウェットスーツに比較して断熱保温力が高く、厳冬期のダイビングに欠くことができないものとなっており、国内では夏季を除く９月〜６月末頃まで使用することができるという特徴をもっている。

このようなドライスーツは、一般に伸縮性と防水性とを有するクロロプレンスポンジ製のジャージ生地にラジアル素材を浸透、コーティングすることによって撥水性、保温性、耐久性に富むものに製造されており、丁寧に使用すれば永年に渡って使用可能な品質を維持できるが、表面に付着した塩分や砂、海底に触れた膝やブーツのソール部分に付着した汚れ、内側面に付着した汗等を十分に洗浄しないと、生地素材の劣化や各可動部の故障、破損等を招く虞れがある上、十分な乾燥をせずに湿気を残したまま保管すると、黴の発生によって生地が著しく劣化してしまうことがある。また、洗浄後に日向に干してしまうと、太陽光の紫外線に長時間に渡って曝されたことによる色褪せや亀裂の発生を招いてしまう性質がある外、折り畳んで収納した場合や、乾燥のために表裏を裏返して長時間そのままにしてしまった場合等には、生地素材の表面に亀裂が入ってしまう等、洗浄後の乾燥や保管には細心の注意を払わなければ、ドライスーツの寿命を大幅に短縮させてしまう虞れがあった。

こうしたドライスーツを長持ちさせるためには、潜水を終えたら直ちに真水や温水シャワーでスーツ全体および後ファスナー部分や給・排気バルブの可動部分等を入念に洗浄して附着した塩分や砂を洗い流し、その後に風通しの良い日陰で表面と内側面とを確りと乾燥させ、保管の際にはブーツが接地するようにハンガーに吊すのが一般的な手入れ、および保管法となっている。

しかしながら、従前までの一般的なハンガーを長時間に渡って使用するとドライスーツの両肩口付近に荷重が集中してしまい、変形や耐久性の低下を招いてしまうという欠点があり、このような弊害を解消するには、細いハンガーにタオルを巻き付けて太くしたり、ウェットスーツやドライスーツ専用の幅広いハンガーを利用することによって防止できる外、特開２０００−２１０１８８号公報に開示されたエアーボディーハンガーを使用して人体形状の袋に空気を注入してウェットスーツの立体形状を維持可能とすることによって解決することも可能であるが、こうした幅広型のハンガー等は、吊したドライスーツの特に首部分を閉鎖してしまい、スーツ内部の通気性を阻害してドライスーツ内側の乾燥には不向きであるという欠点があった。

また、ハンガーに吊されたドライスーツは、前身頃と後身頃とが密着してしまうことによってもスーツ内部の通気性が悪化してしまうこととなるため、この現象に対処するものとして実用新案登録第３０８２９３３号公報に開示されたウェット・ドライスーツ速乾ハンガーが既に開発されており、ハンガー下方に略水平状に吊下されたリング部が、スーツの前身頃と後身頃とを離反させて良好な通気性を確保できるものとなっている。

さらに、一般衣類用のハンガーとして衣類の乾燥を促進するものが種々開発されており、特開平１１−３３２９２号公報の衣類乾燥用ハンガーや、実開平５−９４８９号公報の衣類乾燥用ハンガー、ならびに実用新案登録第３０６３０３１号公報の洗濯済衣料の乾燥用ハンガー等をそのままか、あるいは必要箇所にドライスーツ等用の改良を施すことによって比較的良好な乾燥、および保管が可能になるということが考えられる。

以上のように既に開発済みのドライスーツ等用のハンガーや、一般衣類用のものをドライスーツ等用に改良したハンガー等を用いることにより、吊り下げ状態でのスーツ内外側間の通気性を確保し、比較的軽微な乾燥および保管に適するハンガーとすることも考えられるが、こうしたハンガーによっただけでは、例えば表面だけでなく裏面にまで水に浸して洗浄してしまった後のドライスーツ等については、どうしても速やかに乾燥させることはできなかった。

この発明は、表裏面まで洗浄したドライスーツが、長時間に渡ってスーツ内部の水滴をタオルで拭き取ったり、ドライスーツの姿勢を変更、調節しながらブーツ奥までの通気を十分に確保する等して乾燥させる必要があり、完全に乾燥させるまでに多大な時間と労力とを費やさざるを得なかったという事情に疑問を抱き、それらの不都合に対処してドライスーツを迅速且つ確実に乾燥させることができるハンガーを実現できないものかとの判断から、逸速くその開発、研究に着手し、長期に渡る試行錯誤と幾多の試作、実験とを繰り返してきた結果、今回、遂に新規な構造のドライスーツ等用ハンガー、およびそれを利用した新規なドライスーツ等の吊り下げ、乾燥方法を実現化することに成功したものであり、以下では、図面に示すこの発明を代表する実施例と共に、その構成を詳述することとする。

【発明の構成】
図面に示すこの発明を代表する実施例からも明確に理解されるように、この発明のドライスーツ等用ハンガーは、基本的に次のような構成から成り立っている。
即ち、左右両側を所定角度で上下何れか同一方向に傾斜、延伸させ、略ドライスーツ左右両肩の稜線に模した形状としてなる肩吊り杆を設け、その中央に吊下げ用フックを組み合せてハンガー本体を形成する一方、該ハンガー本体肩吊り杆の左右両側には、夫々ドライスーツの片一方の足首辺りを着脱自在に吊下、保持可能とするよう、前後何れか一方側、または前後双方に向けて屈曲させた抱持枠部を突出、形成してなるものとした構成を要旨とするドライスーツ等用ハンガーである。

この基本的な構成からなるドライスーツ等用ハンガーを、より具体的な構成のものとして示すと、左右両側を所定角度で上下何れか同一方向に傾斜、延伸させ、略ドライスーツ左右両肩の稜線に模した形状としてなる肩吊り杆を設け、その中央に吊下げ用フックを組み合せてハンガー本体を形成する一方、該ハンガー本体肩吊り杆の左右両側には、夫々ドライスーツの片一方の足首辺りを着脱自在に吊下、保持可能とするよう、前後何れか一方側、または前後双方に向けて屈曲させた抱持枠部を突出、形成すると共に、各抱持枠部の適所にドライスーツの片一方の足首辺りを横断状に通過可能とする開口部を形成してなる構成としたドライスーツ等用ハンガーということができる。

さらに具体的には、左右両側を所定角度で上下何れか同一方向に傾斜、延伸させ、略ドライスーツ左右両肩の稜線に模した形状としてなる肩吊り杆を設け、その中央に上下反転姿勢の夫々に吊り下げ可能な上下一対の吊下げ用フックを組み合せてハンガー本体を形成する一方、該ハンガー本体肩吊り杆の左右両側には、夫々ドライスーツの片一方の足首辺りを着脱自在に吊下、保持可能とするよう、前後何れか一方側、または前後双方に向けて屈曲させた抱持枠部を突出、形成すると共に、各抱持枠部の適所にドライスーツの片一方の足首辺りを横断状に通過可能とする開口部を形成してなるドライスーツ等用ハンガーである。

そして、この発明のドライスーツ等用ハンガーを、最も望ましい構成のものとして示すと、左右両側を所定角度で上下何れか同一方向に傾斜、延伸させ、略ドライスーツ左右両肩の稜線に模した形状としてなる肩吊り杆を設け、その中央に上下反転姿勢の夫々に吊り下げ可能な上下一対の吊下げ用フックを組み合せてハンガー本体を形成する一方、該ハンガー本体肩吊り杆の左右両側には、夫々ドライスーツの片一方の足首辺りを着脱自在に吊下、保持可能とするよう、前後双方に向けて屈曲させた抱持枠部を突出、形成すると共に、各抱持枠部の適所にドライスーツの片一方の足首辺りを横断状に通過可能とする開口部を形成してなるようにした構成のドライスーツ等用ハンガーとなる。

肩吊り杆は、ドライスーツ等特殊なスーツの重量を広い範囲で分散状に保持して両肩が形崩れしないよう吊り下げ可能とし、さらに、ドライスーツ等の左右足首付近を夫々掛着可能とし、ドライスーツ等を逆さ吊り状に吊り下げて附着した水滴を速やかに流下させ、乾燥を促進可能とする機能を果たすものであり、ドライスーツ等の重量に耐える十分な強度を有し、左右両側を所定角度で上下何れか同一方向に傾斜、延伸させ、略ドライスーツ左右両肩の稜線に模した形状とし、適所に抱持枠部を形成するか、一体的に装着したものとしなければならず、ＰＰ樹脂やＡＢＳ樹脂、ポリカーボネート樹脂等の合成樹脂、あるいはステンレス、アルミニウム、チタン等の各種金属のように耐食性に秀れた素材を単独でか適宜組み合わせて選択するか、もしくは木材や鋼管、鋼棒のような比較的破損や腐触に弱い素材に耐食性を高める塗膜層や樹脂製、鍍金等の強化、耐食用の被膜層を形成したものとするのが好ましい。

抱持枠部は、肩吊り杆に吊り下げられたドライスーツ等の特殊なスーツの左右両肩付近の前後身頃を、前後に離反させるように保持してドライスーツ等の形崩れを防止すると共に、ドライスーツ内空気の上下方向への移動を可能とし、さらに、上半身を下、下半身を上としたドライスーツ等の片一方の足首付近を保持可能であり、ドライスーツ等を逆さ吊り状に掛着、保持可能とする機能を果たすものであり、ドライスーツ等の重量に十分に耐える強度を有し、肩吊り杆と同様に左右両側を所定角度で上下何れか同一方向に傾斜、延伸させ、前後何れか一方側、または前後双方に向けて突出するよう屈曲させた上、略ドライスーツ左右両肩の稜線形状に模した配置、形状としたものとしなければならない。

そして、適所にドライスーツの片一方の足首辺りを横断状に通過可能とする開口部を形成したものとするのが望ましく、肩吊り杆の適所に一体に形成したもの、または肩吊り杆とは別体に形成され、脱着または折畳みできるものとすることが可能である外、肩吊り杆自体が抱持枠部を形成するものとすることも可能であり、肩吊り杆の前後何れか一方の左右両側となる合計二箇所、あるいは前後双方の左右両側夫々の合計四箇所に設けたものとするのが望ましく、その素材には肩吊り杆と同様にＰＰ樹脂やＡＢＳ樹脂、ポリカーボネート樹脂等の合成樹脂、ステンレス、アルミニウム、チタン等の各種金属、あるいは、木材や鋼管、鋼棒のような素材に耐食用の被膜層を形成したもの等を単独か適宜組み合わせたものを選択、採用することができる。

開口部は、ドライスーツの片一方の足首付近を横断状に通過させることを可能とし、しかも一旦通過させて抱持枠部に掛着状とした足首付近を不用意に通過、脱落させないように保持、可能とする機能を果たすものであり、ドライスーツの片一方の足首付近を弾性的に圧縮、変形させることによって通過可能な程度の形状および寸法に設定し、本来の形状に復帰したドライスーツの片一方の足首付近を保持できるよう形成したものとするのが望ましいが、開閉構造を設けてドライスーツの片一方の足首付近を通過させる際には、該開閉構造を開放させ、同開閉構造を閉鎖することによってドライスーツの片一方の足首付近を脱落させないよう保持できるものとすることも可能である。

吊下げ用フックは、ドライスーツを吊り下げたハンガー本体を適所に吊り下げ保持可能とする機能を果たし、ハンガー本体とこれに装着したドライスーツを吊り下げるに十分な強度を有するものとしなければならず、鋼棒、ステンレス棒等の強度に秀れた金属製とするのが望ましく、肩吊り杆を通常の撫で肩状の姿勢に吊り下げることができる上、上下反転させて怒り肩状の姿勢とするよう吊り下げることを可能とするよう上下一対のフックを設けたものとすることがでる。

上下一対の吊下げ用フックは、ハンガー本体中央に鉛直状に穿孔された連結孔に回転自在に貫通するよう装着されると共に、同上下の吊下げ用フック同士が、ハンガー本体中央の装着部分付近で上下に分離可能なボルト・ナット部を形成してなるものとすることが可能であり、また、上下一対の吊下げ用フックは、左右肩吊り杆を撫で肩状姿勢としたときに上側に位置する方の吊下げ用フックが、ドライスーツの首回りシールの高さ寸法に対応可能となるよう、長尺状に寸法設定されたものとすることも可能である。

【関連する発明】
上記したドライスーツ等用ハンガーに関連して、この発明には当該ドライスーツ等用ハンガーを使用したドライスーツ等の吊り下げ、乾燥方法を含み、その構成は、基本的に次のとおりのものである。
即ち、吊り下げ保管または軽微な乾燥の際には、左右両側を所定角度で上下何れか同一方向に傾斜、延伸させ、略ドライスーツ左右両肩の稜線に模した形状としてなる肩吊り杆を設け、その中央に吊下げ用フックを組み合せてハンガー本体を形成する一方、該ハンガー本体肩吊り杆の左右両側には、夫々ドライスーツの片一方の足首辺りを着脱自在に吊下、保持可能とするよう、前後何れか一方側、または前後双方に向けて屈曲させた抱持枠部を突出、形成してなるドライスーツ等用ハンガーに対し、ドライスーツを着用させるように上半身を上、下半身を下として前後身頃間に左右肩吊り杆の抱持枠部を通じて上下に通気可能な空間部を形成するよう吊り下げ、洗浄によって濡れたドライスーツの場合には、ドライスーツ足首付近の片一方を適宜選択した一個の抱持枠部に掛着し、同他方の足首付近を外の適宜選択した一個の保持枠部に掛着してドライスーツ内外側の水滴を流下させ、乾燥を促進可能とするよう上半身側が下、下半身側が上となるように吊り下げ可能にした構成からなる、この発明のドライスーツ等用ハンガーを利用したドライスーツ等の吊り下げ、乾燥方法である。

そして、さらに具体的には、吊り下げ保管または軽微な乾燥の際には、左右両側を所定角度で上下何れか同一方向に傾斜、延伸させ、略ドライスーツ左右両肩の稜線に模した形状としてなる肩吊り杆を設け、その中央に上下反転姿勢の夫々に吊り下げ可能な上下一対の吊下げ用フックを組み合せてハンガー本体を形成する一方、該ハンガー本体肩吊り杆の左右両側には、夫々ドライスーツの片一方の足首辺りを着脱自在に吊下、保持可能とするよう、前後双方に向けて屈曲させた抱持枠部を突出、形成すると共に、各抱持枠部の適所にドライスーツの片一方の足首辺りを横断状に通過可能とする開口部を形成してなるドライスーツ等用ハンガーを、撫で肩状姿勢としてドライスーツの上半身が上、下半身が下となるよう着用状に装着し、各抱持枠部が、前後身頃間に上下に通気可能な空間部を形成するように吊り下げ、洗浄によって濡れたドライスーツを乾燥する場合には、左右肩吊り杆を怒り肩状姿勢とするよう上下反転させ、ブーツのソールを上方に向けたドライスーツ足首付近の片一方を適宜選択した一個の抱持枠部に開口部を通じて横断状に通過させ、同他方の足首付近を外の適宜選択した一個の保持枠部に開口部を通じて横断状に通過させて各爪先を斜め上方に向けた状態に夫々掛着し、ドライスーツ内外側の水滴を流下させ、乾燥を促進可能とするよう上半身側が下、下半身側が上となるように吊り下げ可能とした、ドライスーツ等の吊り下げ、乾燥方法であるということができる。

この発明のドライスーツ等用ハンガーは、ドライスーツの吊り下げ保管や乾燥に用いるのに好適であるが、ウエットスーツや業務用の潜水服、あるいは皮革製や布製のレーシングスーツ等といった類いのスーツの吊り下げ保管や、吊り下げ、乾燥にも都合よく利用することが可能であり、しかもＢＵＯＹＡＮＣＹＣＯＭＰＥＮＳＡＴＯＲ（以下ＢＣという）やフィン、マスク、スノーケル等のダイビング器材を同時に吊り下げて乾燥、保管するような利用も可能である。以下では、図面に示すこの発明を代表する実施例と共に、その構造について詳述することとする。

【実施例１】
図１のドライスーツ等用ハンガーの斜視図、図２の分解状態にあるドライスーツ等用ハンガーの斜視図、図３のドライスーツ等用ハンガーの平面図、および図４のドライスーツ等用ハンガーの正面図に示される事例は、ドライスーツ左右両肩の稜線に模した形状としてなるよう、左右両側を所定角度で上下何れか同一方向に傾斜、延伸させた肩吊り杆を設け、その中央に上下一対の吊下げ用フックを組み合せ、上下反転姿勢の夫々に吊り下げ可能なハンガー本体を形成する一方、該ハンガー本体肩吊り杆の左右両側には、夫々ドライスーツの片一方の足首辺りを着脱自在に吊下、保持可能とするよう、前後双方に向けて屈曲させた抱持枠部を突出、形成すると共に、各抱持枠部の適所にドライスーツの片一方の足首辺りを横断状に通過可能とする開口部を形成した、この発明のドライスーツ等用ハンガーにおける代表的な一実施例を示すものである。

当該ドライスーツ等用ハンガー１は、吊り下げの対象となるドライスーツ内側の肩幅寸法と略同じ長さ（利用者自身の肩幅寸法と略同じ長さ）に設定されたステンレス鋼棒製であり、その中央を境とした左右両側の夫々が下方に向けて所定角度傾斜するよう折曲され、ドライスーツ左右両肩の稜線に模した形状に延伸してなる肩吊り杆３を設け、該肩吊り杆３の中央には鉛直方向に貫通する連結孔３１を穿孔し、該連結孔３１に上方からドライスーツの首回りシールの高さ寸法に対応可能とするよう、長尺状の所定寸法に設定した上側フック５１の下端に形成されたボルト部５２を挿し込み、連結孔３１下方に露出状となった同ボルト部５２に対して下向き鈎状に形成された下側フック５４の基部に形成されたナット部５５を螺合してあって、上下一対の吊下げ用フック５１，５４が、連結孔３１に対して鉛直軸心回りに回転自在となるよう組み合わされたものとなり、しかも上下一対の吊下げ用フック５１，５４の適所に、連結孔３１よりも大きな直径となるフランジ状を形成するよう固着された上下側係合部５３，５６が、上下一対の吊下げ用フック５１，５４が上下に大きくズレ動くことがないよう規制するものとなっており、前記肩吊り杆３および上下一対の吊り下げフック５１，５４を組み合わせてハンガー本体２が形成されている。

肩吊り杆３の左右前後側の夫々には、肩吊り杆３よりも僅かに細いステンレス鋼棒製であって前後方向に向けて突出状に屈曲されることにより、夫々がドライスーツ肩付近内側の前後幅（略利用者自身の肩付近の前後幅）寸法の凡そ１／２程度の突出寸法とすると共に、ドライスーツの片一方の足首辺りを着脱自在に吊下、保持可能とする内側径寸法および内側形状となるよう湾曲状に屈曲された抱持枠部４，４，……を一体に設けた上、各抱持枠部４，４，……の左右外側端と肩吊り杆３の対応する左右外側端との間には、ドライスーツの片一方の足首辺りを横断状に通過可能とする開口部４１，４１，……を夫々開口したものとなっている。

【実施例２】
図５の片側だけに抱持枠部を設けたドライスーツ等用ハンガーの斜視図、図６の開口部の形成位置を変更したドライスーツ等用ハンガーの斜視図、図７の開口部をさらに異なる位置に形成したドライスーツ等用ハンガーの斜視図、および図８の肩吊り杆自体が抱持枠部を形成するドライスーツ等用ハンガーの斜視図に示される事例は、この発明のドライスーツ等用ハンガーに包含される他の幾つかの実施例を夫々示すものである。

図５のドライスーツ等用ハンガー１は、比較的一般的な長さの吊下げ用フック５を単独で設けた上、肩吊り杆３の前後一方側にのみ図１と同様の左右抱持枠部４，４を形成したものであり、また、図６のドライスーツ等用ハンガー１は、ドライスーツの首回りシールの高さ寸法に対応可能とするよう、長尺状に形成した吊下げ用フック５を単独で設け、肩吊り杆３の前後一方側にのみ抱持枠部４，４を形成した上、各抱持枠部４，４の内側端側となるハンガー本体２中央付近に各開口部４１，４１を開口したものである。

さらに、図７のドライスーツ等用ハンガー１は、図６に示したドライスーツ等用ハンガー１の各抱持枠部４，４の開口部４１，４１を、夫々の抱持枠部４，４の略中央付近に開口したものとなっている。さらにまた、図８のドライスーツ等用ハンガー１は、肩吊り杆３が合成樹脂成型品か、あるいはダイカスト等の金属鋳造品からなり、肩吊り杆３自体の左右夫々に略楕円形状をなした抱持枠部４，４を形成したものであってドライスーツ足首付近を通過させるための開口部を持たず、各抱持枠部４，４の環形状内に圧縮、変形させたドライスーツの片一方のブーツのソール付近を強制的に挿入、通過させることができる形状および寸法に設定されたものとなっている。

【作用】
以上のとおりの構成からなるこの発明のドライスーツ等用ハンガーは、以下に示すこの発明に包含されるドライスーツ等の吊り下げ、乾燥方法に好適に用いることができる。
即ち、図１ないし図４中に示したドライスーツ等用ハンガー１は、図９のドライスーツを吊り下げ保管するドライスーツ等用ハンガーの斜視図に示すように、上側の吊下げ用フック５１を所定高さ位置に確りと固定された金具類や水平に設置された竿等に掛着し、撫で肩状の姿勢とするよう吊り下げることによってドライスーツ６の上半身が上、下半身が下となるよう着用状に装着することが可能となり、このように吊り下げられたドライスーツ６は、その左右肩の稜線付近が、肩吊り杆３およびその前後側に夫々突出、形成された各抱持枠部４，４，……により、ドライスーツ６自体の重量を分散するよう幅広く保持する。
