【従来の技術】
従来、故人の遺骨はお墓に納められ、お彼岸などには、お墓参りがなされる。日常は、仏壇に位牌を安置して拝むことにより、故人を偲んでいる。
しかしながら、お墓が遠い、健康上の都合、あるいは老齢で、お墓参りもままならないことがある。
また、経済的に墓地が高価で買えない。墓地はあっても墓石が買えない、ということがある。

このような事情から、毎日自宅の仏壇において、故人を偲ぶことができるように、特許文献１は、脚となる台座上に金属製の円筒からなる位牌を立設し、位牌の円筒内に遺骨を納めることを提案している。
また、特許文献２は、故人を偲ぶためでなく、個人が遺伝子を簡易かつ安全に保存することを目的として、遺伝子を含む試料をカプセル容器に納め、これを基台上に立設された位牌部の小さな隠し穴のなかに収納することを提案している。

しかしながら、特許文献１で提案されたものは、位牌部が金属製の円筒では、いかにも安直で、故人を侮辱しているようでもあり、荘重さがない。また、特許文献２で提案された、カプセル容器を納めるため位牌に設けられた隠し穴では、骨壷を収納することができない。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
本発明は、上記問題点に鑑みなされた発明であり、毎日自宅で故人を荘重な気持ちで偲ぶことができ、移動や携帯に便利で、かつ製造コストの安価な納骨用位牌を提供することを目的としている。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明による納骨用位牌は、内部にお骨を収納するための収納部を有する基部と、該基部の上部に立設された位牌部とからなり、該基部の上面又は側面に収納部に通じる扉が設けられ、該扉を開いてお骨の収納が行われることを特徴としている。お骨の収納部への収納は、骨壷に納めて行うのがよい。なお、上記基部の側面は、前面を含む周囲４面を指している。

本発明の納骨用位牌は、基部と位牌部とを固定して一体型とすることもできる。収納部に通じる扉は、基部の上面又は側面のいずれに設けてもよいが、前面に観音扉を設けるのが、美観的によく好ましい。また、この材質は、荘重性が得られる点で、石材、特には御影石とするのが望ましい。

【発明の実施の形態】
本発明の納骨用位牌は、骨壷の収納部を有する基部と、その上に設けられた位牌部とからなっており、骨壷の収納は、基部の上面又は周面に設けられた扉を開けて、例えば、基部の前面に設けられた収納部に通じる観音開きの扉を左右に開いて行われる。
