本発明は、撒き餌を籠内に充填し、仕掛けとともに投入して撒き餌効果を起こさせながら魚を釣るのに用いられる釣り用浮き籠装置及びその製造方法に関する。

【従来の技術】
従来、釣りの際に、仕掛けとともに撒き餌籠を水中に投入することにより撒き餌をする方法が用いられており、例えば、本出願人が先に出願した「撒き餌籠装置」(実用新案文献1参照)や、従来より広く知られた撒き餌籠(例えば、実用新案文献1(段落番号(0003))参照)等が知られている。これらの従来の撒き餌籠は、金属線を所要位置に開口を有するように格子状に組付けて構成されており、撒き餌籠を重りとともに仕掛けに接続し、海中深く沈めた状態で、籠の開口から撒き餌を放出するものであり、海中の深い層を回遊する魚等を対象にして釣りをする際に用いられている。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかしながら、例えば、メジナ、チヌ(クロダイ)、イサキ等の海中の比較的上層側を回遊する魚を対象とした釣りの際には、上述のような撒き餌籠は、重りによって海中深く沈めた状態で使用するので、海面側に効果的に撒き餌するのは困難であり、実用性が低い。そこで、従来では、海中の上層側を回遊する魚を狙う際には、例えば、予め、練り状の撒き餌をバケツに入れておいて、適宜ひしゃく等ですくって、水中に投入した仕掛けの位置を目掛けて遠投することによって撒き餌する方法がとられている。しかしながら、この撒き餌をひしゃくですくって遠投する方法では、小分けに何回も撒き餌しなければならなかったので面倒であるとともに、数m以上遠く離れて配置される仕掛けの位置近辺に、適切に遠投して撒き餌するのは困難であるので、撒き餌効果が非常に低く、高い釣果を期待できなかった。

一方、海中の上層側の魚を狙った撒き餌籠の仕掛けとして、例えば、図8に示すような反転籠等が知られている。従来の反転籠は、図8(a)に示すように、上端側を開口し、下端に浮きが連結された縦長円筒状の金属製編み籠から構成されており、道糸に枝分かれ状に接続されている。そして、籠上端の開口から撒き餌を籠内に充填して水中に投入すると、図8(b)に示すように、籠の下端に接続された浮きの浮力により水中で籠が上下反転して、反転後下端側の開口から籠内の撒き餌を水中の下方に向けて放出するものであった。しかしながら、この従来の反転籠では、撒き餌を籠に充填する際に、撒き餌をひしゃく等ですくって籠の小さな開口から少しずつ籠内に入れる動作を複数回繰りかえさなければならので釣り手は非常に煩しく感じるとともに、仕掛けの水中投入後の撒き餌効果が低く、したがって、良い釣果を挙げることができなかった。さらに、反転籠が道糸から枝分かれ状に接続されているので、仕掛けが絡みやすく、目標地点まで仕掛けを安定的に投てきすることが困難であった。また、この従来の反転籠を備えた仕掛けに当り浮きを接続しても、当り浮きが深く水中に沈んだ状態になりやすいので、釣り手が当り浮きを視認することが難しく、当りのタイミングを察知しにくいという問題があった。

本発明は上記従来の課題に鑑みてなされたものであり、その第一の目的は、手早く簡単に撒き餌を籠部に充填できるとともに、水中の上層側に撒き餌することができる釣り用浮き籠装置及びその製造方法を提供することにある。また、第2の目的は、高い撒き餌効果を奏し得る釣り用浮き籠装置及びその製造方法を提供することにある。第3の目的は、仕掛けが絡まりにくいとともに、当り浮きの視認性を良好に確保できる釣り用浮き籠装置及びその製造方法を提供することにある。さらに、第4の目的は、浮き籠装置の組付け作業が簡単にできる釣り用浮き籠装置の製造方法を提供することにある。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上記課題を解決するために本発明は、道糸100に連係され撒き餌とともに握り込み動作することによって撒き餌を充填させ得るように設けられた籠部12に、浮き体14を一体的に組付けて浮き籠一体構造体10を形成し、浮き体14は、浮き籠一体構造体10を含む仕掛けを投入した際に全体が水面側に浮力支持され得る程度の浮力を設定されていることを特徴とする釣り用浮き籠装置から構成される。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、添付図面を参照しつつ本発明の釣り用浮き籠装置及び釣り用浮き籠装置の製造方法の実施の形態を説明する。図1ないし図5は、本発明の釣り用浮き籠装置の実施形態を示している。この実施形態において、本発明の釣り用浮き籠装置は、図1、図3に示すように、籠部12に浮き体14が一体的に組みつけられた浮き籠一体構造体10から形成されている。籠部12は、例えば、ステンレス等の耐食性のある金属線を内部に中空空間を形成しつつ間隙Hをあけながらコイル状に巻かれて横長の略円筒形コイルばね状に形成されている。籠部12は、円筒形状の長手方向軸を握り込み軸Cとして、例えば、練り状の撒き餌とともに握り込み動作することにより間隙Hを介して籠部内に撒き餌を充填させることができる。この実施形態において、籠部12は、その金属線の線径が、例えば約1mm程度の太さで、線間の間隙Hが約10mm程度のコイルばね状に形成されている。籠部12の左右両端部は、その胴部より径を小さく設けたリング状の連結端部13が設けられており、浮き体14がそれぞれ一体的に連結されている。なお、籠部12の形状は、例えば、円錐台形状、中央側に向けて拡径された樽形形状等、その他任意形状でもよい。また、籠部の大きさや長さ、又は線径の太さ、間隙等は任意に設定される。また、籠部は、コイルばね状のものに限らず、握り込み動作で撒き餌が籠内部に装填され得る程度の粗い網目の網籠状に形成されていてもよい。

図3、図4に示すように、浮き体14は、浮き籠一体構造体10を浮力支持する浮力手段であり、浮き籠一体構造体10を含む仕掛け104を水中に投入した際に、浮き籠一体構造体10を含む仕掛け104全体を水面側に浮力支持し得る程度の浮力が設定されている。この実施形態において、浮き体14は、籠部12の左右両端部側にそれぞれ一体的に連結されており、浮き籠一体構造体10が水面側で握り込み軸を横方向とした横倒し状態になるように浮き籠一体構造体10を浮力支持する。この実施形態において、浮き体14は、2個の浮き体14をパイプ部材16の両端に固定させて浮き連結体18を構成しており、パイプ部材16に支持された状態で籠部12と一体的に組付けられる。図2、図5に示すように、浮き体14は、例えば、桐材等の木製浮きからなり、径の異なる略半球体を平面側で接合させたような形状で設けられて、小径半球部14aと大径半球部14bとを有し、その境界には段差部20が形成されている。浮き体14は、この段差部20を籠部12の連結端部13に係着させて連結されており、小径半球部14aの径を籠部のリング状の連結端部13の径より若干小さく設け、大径半球部14bの径を籠部12の連結端部13の径よりも大きく設定される。図5にも示すように、浮き体14には、段差部20を含む平面に対して直交方向で浮き体14の中央を貫通する中通し孔22が穿孔されており、道糸100を挿通し得るように設けられている。浮き体14は、それぞれの中通し孔22が握り込み軸に沿って一直線状になるように配置され、さらに、各中通し孔22とパイプ部材16と直線状の連通孔を形成するように連結されている。その際、浮き体14は、大径半球部14b側を籠部12内に、小径半球部14aを籠部外側に向けて、段差部20が互いに近接方向に対して段上がりとなるように配置されており、籠部12の連結端部13と段差部20とを係着した状態で固定される。固定方法としては、例えば、接着剤、嵌合、ピン止め等その他任意の方法で良い。なお、浮き体14は、桐材に限らずその他の木材、発泡樹脂等を含む合成樹脂等任意のものでよい。浮き体の形状は、例えば、略ラグビーボール状、略立体矩形体等その他任意の形状に段差部を設けたものでもよい。

実施形態に係る釣り用浮き籠装置1を使用するに際しては、まず、予めバケツ等の容器に用意しておいたアミ、えび、パン粉等を練り状にした撒き餌を手につかんで籠部12の外部から握り込み動作することにより籠部12に充填する。これにより、簡便に撒き餌を籠部に充填できる。撒き餌を籠部に充填した浮き籠装置1を仕掛け104全体とともに目的位置目掛けて投てきする。道糸100を浮き籠一体構造体10の握り込み軸方向に挿通させているので、仕掛けが絡まりにくく、仕掛けを目的位置まで安定して投てきすることができる。図3、図4に示すように、釣り用浮き籠装置を仕掛けとともに水中に投入すると、籠部12の左右両端にそれぞれ固定された浮き体14の浮力により、浮き籠一体構造体10すなわち浮き籠装置1が横倒し状態で水面側に浮力支持される。この際、道糸100が浮き籠装置に対して移動自在であるので、横倒し状態が好適に維持される。撒き餌は徐々に、水中に広がっていき、これにより、水面側に撒き餌が効果的に広がって、高い撒き餌効果を得ることができる。さらに、横倒し状態の浮き籠一体構造体から引出された道糸に接続された当り浮き110は水面側に沿って配置され、これによって、当り浮き110の視認性がよいので、釣り手は確実に当りを察知することができ、高い釣果を得ることができる。なお、当り浮き110を接続しない場合には、浮き籠装置は道糸100に対して全遊動となり、水中上層側の魚に限らず、深い層を回遊する魚を狙う場合にも利用することができる。なお、浮き籠装置は、上記のように、道糸を握り込み軸方向に中通し状態で挿通させるものに限らず、例えば、投てき安定性の低下や当り浮きの視認性低下等の問題が生じる可能性があるが、浮き籠装置が道糸100に対して枝分かれ状になるように浮き籠装置の一端側を道糸100に通係接続することとしてもよい。

次に、本実施形態の釣り用浮き籠装置の製造方法について説明する。図6(a)において、予め、上述したように、浮き体14をパイプ部材16の両端部側に連結して、内部に道糸案内路を有する浮き連結体18を構成しておく。一方、浮き籠装置の籠部12となる撒き餌籠30は、円筒体コイルばね状に形成し原形復元自在とし、その両端部には胴部より小径のリング状の連結端部30aを形成しておく。そして、撒き餌籠30を引き伸ばし動作によって伸長または屈曲自在に変形させ、撒き餌籠30の螺旋間隙を広げることにより生じた引き伸ばし間隙を介して、浮き連結体18を撒き餌籠30内に入れる。図6(b)に示すように、撒き餌籠30内に浮き連結体18の一方の浮き体14を引き伸ばし間隙から籠部内に入れ、浮き体14の小径半球部14aを撒き餌籠30の一端側のリング状連結端部内に挿入させつつ浮き体14の段差部20とを係着させる。浮き体14を入れる際には、撒き餌籠30全体が略円弧状になるように曲げながら引き伸ばすと、外側の引き伸ばし間隙が大きくなって、より入れやすくなる。同様に、他方の浮き体を引き伸ばし間隙を介して撒き餌籠内に入れて浮き連結体18全体を撒き餌籠30内に入れる。引き伸ばし状態を解放すると、図6(c)に示すように、籠部12は、自身の復元力で原形の円筒体形状に復元する。そして、撒き餌籠30の連結端部30aと浮き体14とをそれぞれ係着させた状態で互いに固定して、撒き餌籠30(すなわち籠部12)と、浮き体14とを一体的に組付ける。これにより、撒き餌籠30と浮き体14の組付け作業が簡単にできる。また、撒き餌籠の原形復元力が撒き餌籠両端の浮き体を近接させる方向に働くので、浮き体とパイプ部材との連結方向に一致し、後述の実施形態に比べて組付け強度が高い構造体の浮き籠装置を製造できる。さらに、予め浮き連結体を一体的に構成しておくことにより、製造工程の煩雑化を防止できる。

また、図7を参照しつつ本発明の釣り用浮き籠装置及びその製造方法の他の実施形態について説明するが上記実施形態と同一部材には同一符号を付しその詳細な説明は省略する。図7に示すように、上記実施形態の図2に示すような外形形状の浮き体14を、上記実施形態とは逆に小径半球部14a側を近接させて、それぞれ段差部20が互いに離隔方向に段上がりとなるようにパイプ部材16と連結してもよい。この場合、例えば、パイプ部材16を1個の浮き体14とのみ連結しておき、そのパイプ部材16を籠部12内に挿入し、籠部のリング状の連結端部13とパイプ部材16と連結された浮き体14の段差部20とを係着させた状態で、もう一方の浮き体14をパイプ部材16の他端に連結させながら、浮き体14の段差部20を籠部の他端の連結端部13に係着させて、籠部12と浮き体14とを一体的に連結することにより釣り用浮き籠装置を製造するようにしてもよい。なお、この実施形態では、上記実施形態の製造方法にように、撒き餌籠が引き伸ばし可変で原形復元自在のものに限定されることがなく、例えば、変形しにくい網籠等でもよく、多種の籠部の形態を実施でき、浮き籠装置の製作自由度が高い。

上記したように本発明の釣り用浮き籠装置によれば、道糸に連係され撒き餌とともに握り込み動作することによって撒き餌を充填させ得るように設けられた籠部に、浮き体を一体的に組付けて浮き籠一体構造体を形成し、浮き体は、浮き籠一体構造体を含む仕掛けを投入した際に全体が水面側に浮力支持され得る程度の浮力を設定されている構成であるから、上層側を遊泳する釣り対象魚に対して効果的な撒き餌をすることができるとともに、撒き餌を籠部に充填する作業を手早く簡単に行うことができ、したがって、釣り手が煩わしい思いをすることなく快適に釣りを楽しむことができ、高い釣果を挙げることができる。また、浮き籠装置に道糸を中通し可能に設けることができ、当り浮きを接続して当りのタイミングを確実に察知することができる。
