Description

【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to an intercom slave unit having a microphone device and a monitoring camera device, and more particularly to a waterproof structure of the microphone device.
[0002]
[Prior art]
When installing an intercom slave unit for outdoor use on the wall of an entrance or installing a surveillance camera outdoors, a waterproof structure is adopted to protect the internal electrical components from rainwater. ing. A microphone device is usually attached to the intercom slave unit, but more and more recent surveillance cameras are also equipped with a microphone device. In the microphone device, an opening for transmitting sound to the microphone device is provided on a front portion of the main body case, and the vibration of the sound transmitted from the opening is prevented to the microphone while preventing rainwater or the like from entering from the opening. A waterproof sheet for transmission is installed. In order to prevent water drops from adhering due to surface tension below the opening of the main body case, for example, Patent Literature 1 discloses that a groove is provided to guide water drops downward by its own weight.
[0003]
FIG. 3 shows a conventional microphone mounting device. (A) is a sectional side view, and (b) is a plan view. The microphone 3 is inserted into the microphone support 1, and the microphone support 1 is inserted into the concave portion of the main body case 2 with the waterproof sheet 4 interposed therebetween. When rainwater 5 adheres to the microphone device installed outdoors, the rainwater 5 flows down the groove 2e provided in the opening and flows under its own weight.

[Patent Document 1]
JP 2001-177616 A
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, in the above-mentioned conventional technique, when the weight of the water droplet 5 attached between the waterproof sheet 4 and the concave portion 2d of the main body case 2 by the surface tension is less than the adhesive force of the surface tension, the water droplet 5 does not flow down completely, and It will be in a state of attachment. In addition, the intercom slave unit is generally mounted on an outdoor wall surface, or on a gate wall, etc., in which case the wall surface is not necessarily vertical, for example, when mounted on an inclined wall, The water droplets 5 are less susceptible to the influence of gravity, become larger water droplets, adhere to the waterproof sheet 4, and have a problem in that sound transmission is greatly obstructed and the sensitivity of the microphone is reduced.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, the present invention provides a structure in which a waterproof sheet is securely sandwiched between a first annular projection provided on an outer peripheral portion of a microphone support and a main body case. The waterproof sheet is pushed inward by the second annular protrusion higher than this, and is stretched without slack, so that the sandwiching part and the vibrating part can be completely separated from each other. Since the waterproof sheet between the projection and the second annular projection is diagonally stretched, even if water droplets adhere, it easily flows down into the groove.
[0007]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
The invention according to claim 1 of the present invention provides a microphone, an opening for inserting the microphone at one end, a first annular projection on the outer periphery of the other end, and the first annular projection on the inner periphery. A main body case having a microphone support having an opening at the center, a concave portion having a long hole at the bottom into which the microphone support is inserted, A waterproof sheet sandwiched between the bottom surface of the case recess and the outer edge of the first projection of the microphone support, wherein the waterproof sheet is pressed against the outer edge of the second projection of the microphone support. It has an effect that even if water droplets adhere, it is not affected by sound transmission.
[0008]
(Embodiment 1)
A case where the microphone mounting device of the present invention is mounted on an intercom slave unit will be described. FIG. 1 shows a state in which the microphone support 1 according to claim 1 of the present invention is mounted on a main body case 2, wherein (a) is a side sectional view and (b) is a plan view.
[0009]
The microphone 3 is attached to the microphone support 1. A first annular protrusion 1a is provided on the outer periphery of the microphone support 1 on the opposite end surface of the microphone 3 on the opposite side, and a first annular protrusion 1a is provided on the inner periphery of the first annular protrusion 1a, which is higher than the first annular protrusion 1a. Two annular projections 1b are provided. An opening 1c for transmitting sound vibration to the microphone 3 is provided at a central portion inside the second annular projection 1b.
[0010]
An annular projection 2a for inserting the microphone support 1 is provided inside the main body case 2, and an elongated hole 2c for transmitting sound to the microphone 3 is provided in the center of the bottom surface 2b. A concave surface 2d is provided. The waterproof sheet 4 is attached so as to be sandwiched between the first annular protrusion 1a of the microphone support 1 and the bottom surface 2b of the annular protrusion 2a of the main body case 2, and the second annular protrusion of the microphone support 1 is provided. 1b so as to be pushed out.
[0011]
A groove 2e for facilitating the downward flow of water droplets 5 such as rainwater that has entered through the long hole 2c is provided below the long hole 2c of the main body case 2. At this time, water droplets 5 such as rainwater that have entered from the long hole 2c of the main body case 2 adhere to the waterproof sheet 4, the periphery of the concave surface 2d of the main body case 2 and the side wall 2f of the long hole 2c by surface tension. The waterproof sheet 4 is shaped to be pushed forward by the second annular projection 1b of the microphone support 1. Therefore, the range of B of the waterproof sheet 4 located outside the second annular protrusion 1b is inclined, and the attached water droplets 5 are susceptible to the influence of gravity, and move downward before the water droplets 5 accumulate greatly, and move downward. It is led by 2e and runs down.
[0012]
Further, the portion that vibrates to transmit sound to the microphone 3 is in the range of the inside A of the second annular protrusion 1b, and even if the water droplet 5 is minute and remains without flowing downward due to its own weight, the A of the waterproof sheet 4 remains. Is not affected, and a normal communication state can be secured without lowering the microphone sensitivity.
[0013]
Next, a case will be described in which the intercom slave unit is attached to a wall surface with an upward inclination. Water droplets 5 such as rainwater that have entered from the long hole 2c of the main body case adhere to the waterproof sheet 4, the periphery of the concave surface 2d of the main body case 2, the side wall 2f of the long hole 2d and the upper wall 2g of the groove 2e by surface tension. At this time, since the waterproof sheet 4 has a shape extruded by the second annular projection 1b of the microphone support 1 and the range of the outer side B of the second annular projection 1b is inclined, the water droplet 5 It is more susceptible to gravity and flows down.
[0014]
(Embodiment 2)
FIG. 2 shows a state in which the microphone support 1 according to claim 2 of the present invention is mounted on the main body case 2, and the microphone 3 is inserted into the microphone support 1. A projection 1d is provided on the microphone support 1 on the side opposite to the microphone 3, and an opening 1c for transmitting sound vibration to the microphone 3 is provided in the center thereof. An annular projection 2a for inserting the microphone support 1 is provided inside the main body case 2, and an elongated hole 2c for transmitting sound to the microphone 3 is provided in the center of the bottom surface 2b. A concave surface 2d is provided.
[0015]
The waterproof sheet 4 is attached so as to be sandwiched between the bottom outer edge 1 e of the projection 1 d of the microphone support 1 and the bottom 2 b of the annular projection 2 a of the main body case 2, and is pushed out by the projection 1 d of the microphone support 1. It is stretched and attached. A groove 2e for facilitating the downward flow of water droplets 5 such as rainwater that has entered through the long hole 2c is provided below the long hole 2c of the main body case 2. At this time, water droplets 5 such as rainwater that have entered through the long holes 2c of the main body case 2 adhere to the waterproof sheet 4, the periphery of the concave surface 2d of the main body case 2 and the side walls 2f of the long holes 2c by surface tension. The waterproof sheet 4 is shaped to be pushed forward by the convex portion 1d of the microphone support 1. Therefore, the range of B of the waterproof sheet 4 located outside the convex portion 1d is in an inclined state, and the attached water droplet 5 is easily affected by gravity, moves downward before being largely accumulated, and is guided to the groove portion 2e. run down.
[0016]
The portion that vibrates to transmit sound to the microphone 3 is the area A inside the convex portion 1d. Even if the water droplet 5 is minute and remains without flowing downward due to its own weight, the area A of the waterproof sheet 4 is affected. Thus, a normal communication state can be secured without lowering the microphone sensitivity.
[0017]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the present invention, the microphone mounting device in which the microphone is inserted into the microphone support presses the annular protrusion on the inside of the portion sandwiching the waterproof sheet against the waterproof sheet. By pushing out the outside and stretching it without slack, it is possible to completely separate the sandwiched part and the vibrating part.Furthermore, the waterproof sheet is slanted, so that even if water droplets adhere, it flows down into the groove part This structure prevents the influence of slight water droplets on sound transmission, and enables a stable communication state to be obtained even when the intercom slave unit is installed at an angle.
