Description

【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a purification unit that can be installed in a water flow such as a river and a purification device in a water channel using the same.
[0002]
[Prior art]
BACKGROUND ART Conventionally, a soil-type sewage purification device installed on a riverbed has been known. However, there is a problem that such a purification apparatus requires a considerably wide riverbed and cannot be installed without a riverbed such as a small river.
[0003]
[Problems of the Invention]
Therefore, an object of the present invention is to provide a purification unit and a water purification device that can be installed in a basin without a riverbed.
[0004]
[Means for solving the problem]
In order to solve the above-mentioned problem, in the present invention, a treated unit is filled in a perforated tube having water permeability and capable of preventing runoff of the treated soil, and an end of the perforated tube is sealed to form a purification unit. It was formed. The porous tube is formed of any of a water-permeable concrete tube, a flexible tube formed by stacking porous woven fabrics, and a porous synthetic resin tube.
[0005]
A number of the above-mentioned purification units are tied appropriately and installed in the waterway in a direction crossing the waterway to form an in-waterway purification device. At this time, it is preferable to arrange the plurality of united purification units so as to be gradually lower in the downstream direction. Further, it is preferable to provide a water storage tank at the upstream end of the united purification unit. It is preferable to provide a water hole on the downstream side of the bottom of the water storage tank.
[0006]
Embodiment
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings. As shown in FIG. 1, a purification unit 1 of the present invention is one in which treated soil 3 is filled in a perforated tube 2 and both ends of the perforated tube 2 are sealed with lid plates 4a and 4b. The perforated pipe 2 is provided with a permeation hole which is permeable to water but does not cause the treated soil 3 to be washed away. The perforated pipe 2 is a permeable concrete pipe, a flexible pipe formed by laminating a mesh-like woven fabric, and a porous synthetic pipe. A resin tube or the like is suitable. The treated soil to be filled into the inside is preferably a soil obtained by appropriately mixing a porous material such as masa earth, mulch, activated carbon, coarse-grained coal, and pumice. The cross-sectional shape of the tube 2 can be variously selected, such as an ellipse and an oval, in addition to a circle and a polygon as shown in FIG. The lid plates 4a and 4b for sealing both ends of the tube 2 may or may not have water permeability.
[0007]
FIGS. 3 and 4 show examples of a purifying apparatus using the purifying unit 1 as described above. As shown in FIG. 3, a structure 10 having a substantially flat bottom surface is provided along a water flow in a river. A water tank 11 is provided at an upstream end of the structure 10, and a movable weir 12 a is provided on a downstream side wall 12 of the water tank 11. On the downstream side of the side wall 12, the purification unit 1 is arranged in two stages in parallel as shown in FIG. 3 and bound by a band 13 made of stainless steel, for example. Is fixed so that it does not move with the water-permeable fixing plate 14, and is installed so that the water flow A passes through the purification unit 1 as shown by the arrow and flows down.
[0008]
Further, as shown in FIG. 4, the structure 10 may be provided with two-stage water storage tanks 11a and 11b. Then, the purification units 1 bound in a square shape are arranged so as to gradually lower toward the downstream. It is preferable to provide water holes 12b and 12c on the downstream side of the bottom of each of these water storage tanks 11a and 11b. As shown in FIG. 5 (a), the purifying units 1 are stacked in parallel so that the end faces thereof become an isosceles triangular shape to form a collective purifying unit 20 which is bound by the band 13, and this is shown in FIG. 5 (b). In addition, if they are stacked alternately, collapse can be prevented only by placing the fixing plate 14 at the tip. In this case as well, it is preferable to arrange so that the height gradually decreases toward the downstream.
