Description

【0001】

[0002]
[Prior art]
2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, shoes suitable for rehabilitation have generally used shoes that have a wide mouth opening so that a foot can be easily inserted and are tightened using a hook-and-loop fastener. Further, shoes have been proposed in which a tightening member using a hook-and-loop fastener is separately manufactured, the foot is put in the shoe, and then tightened by the tightening member. (For example, see Patent Document 1)
[0003]
[Patent Document 1]
JP-A-2002-191407
By the way, it is common that the Achilles tendon is hurt as a foot disorder, and in the case of a mild disorder, it is not necessary to harden with a cast or a bandage, so that it is often possible to put on shoes. In such a case, the heel cap should be raised up so that the Achilles tendon can be protected until the disorder is completely cured. However, such shoes are worn due to design problems after the Achilles tendon is completely cured. It is difficult.
[0005]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION It is an object of the present invention to provide a shoe which can be detachably provided with a protection part for protecting the Achilles tendon above the wearer's mouth, and has a good design even after the protection part is removed.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
A shoe provided with an Achilles tendon protection part according to the first aspect of the present invention is a shoe which protects an Achilles tendon by attaching a protection part, wherein the protection part comprises an attachment part and a protection part, and the attachment part is a male hook-and-loop fastener. The shoe body is provided with a female hook-and-loop fastener on the heel portion, or at least the heel portion is formed of a material having a female hook-and-loop fastener function. The protection part is engaged with the mounting part in a state where the protection part protrudes from a shoe opening of the shoe body.
In the shoe according to the first aspect of the present invention, the injured Achilles tendon can be protected by surrounding the Achilles tendon with the protection part only by attaching the protection part to the heel. In addition, even when a situation such as abruptly moving an ankle (for example, extending a toe) in a mounted state occurs, the hook-and-loop fastener is partially released, and the Achilles tendon is not easily damaged.
If the heel cap is made of a material that has a female hook-and-loop fastener function, there is no need for special attachment / detachment means on the shoe body, so it is excellent in design and height can be adjusted by changing the mounting position of protective parts It becomes.
[0007]
The invention according to claim 2 is characterized in that the protection part of the protection part is provided with an elastic body.
According to the second aspect of the present invention, the elastic body exerts cushioning properties and can more reliably protect the Achilles tendon, and the elastic body also has a so-called shape-preserving effect of preventing the protective parts from being deformed.
[0008]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. As shown in FIG. 1, the shoe of the present invention has a structure in which an Achilles tendon protection part is detachably provided on a heel cap.
[0009]
The protective parts are preferably made of a flexible material. For example, sheets such as leather, artificial leather, cloth (brushed material, knit, etc.), synthetic rubber, fiber entangled body, foam, etc. are used alone or in combination. It is used. It may be a molded product made of rubber or synthetic resin. The protection part includes a male hook-and-loop fastener having a locking surface where hooks are densely formed at a location where the protection part is to be attached.
When a protective part is manufactured using a sheet-like material, the sheet-like material is cut into a desired shape, and a male hook-and-loop fastener is attached to a portion serving as an attachment portion of the protective part by bonding or sewing. At this time, the male hook-and-loop fastener is not limited to a single piece, and a plurality of pieces may be attached to an appropriate location, and the area has a sufficient locking force.
Although the shape of the protective part is not particularly limited, it is preferable that the shape of the lower part is made larger, that is, a mountain shape as shown in FIG. 2 in order to obtain a locking force by the hook-and-loop fastener with the shoe body.
[0010]
Further, it is preferable that the protective part is provided with an elastic body at a position that supports the Achilles tendon, and has a protruding portion that protrudes inward as shown in the sectional view (FIG. 2). As the material for forming the elastic body, a triaxial woven fabric (double Russell), a fiber entangled body, a foam, a fiber or a small piece of a foam packed in a bag, or the like is used.
Furthermore, as shown in FIG. 2, it is preferable that the elastic bodies are arranged in two rows (longitudinal direction), and the two rows support both sides of the Achilles tendon. The two rows of elastic bodies may be formed by pressing the center of one elastic body by pressure molding or the like to form two rows of elastic bodies on both sides, or may be formed by using two elastic bodies. good.
If two rows of elastic bodies are used, the Achilles tendon can be more reliably protected, and there is also an effect of further suppressing deformation of the protective parts due to wearing. In addition, since the protruding portion functions to lightly press the Achilles tendon, the heat retention effect by the close contact is enhanced.
The elastic body may be sandwiched between two sheets, or may be attached to one surface of the sheet by bonding, sewing, or the like.
[0011]
The shoe main body is provided with a female hook-and-loop fastener at the heel thereof, or a material having a female hook-and-loop fastener function is used to form a heel cover of the shoe main body. When using a female hook-and-loop fastener, it is sewn or adhered to an appropriate portion of the heel cover, preferably to a wearing mouth.
As the female surface fastener or the material having the female surface fastener function, a pile material having a loop, a J-hook type pile material, a male and female mixed type surface fastener, a mesh double raschel, a mesh material, and the like can be used. .
When the shell is formed of a material having a female hook-and-loop fastener function, not only the heel but also the entire toe including the toe may be formed of the above-described material.
[0012]
【Example】
A urethane foam / nylon knitted fabric was laminated on a pile ground (Kuraray's Velcro B1000) to produce a three-layer shell material. This shell material was cut into a predetermined shape to form a heel shell and sewn to a separately prepared toe shell and bottom shell to form a shoe shell. The shoe cap was suspended in a last mold, and a separately formed shoe sole was adhered to the shoe cap to produce a shoe body.
[0013]
After sandwiching two urethane foams having a semicircular cross section (diameter 30 mm x length 5 cm) between the two parts of the protective part between the two knitted fabrics having the predetermined shape, and sewing the knitted fabric, A male hook-and-loop fastener (Bellokuro A0380 manufactured by Kuraray; height 3 cm × width 12 cm) was sewn to a portion to be an attachment portion, thereby producing a mountain-shaped protection part (height 10 × width 12 cm) as shown in FIG.
As shown in FIG. 1, this protective part was attached to the obtained shoe body so that its mounting part was locked to the heel part of the shoe body and the protective part was worn so that it could be worn along the upper Achilles tendon from the mouth. Following the movement of the ankle, it was confirmed that it functions as Achilles tendon protection shoes.
[0014]
【The invention's effect】
The shoe provided with the Achilles tendon protection part of the present invention can protect and heat the Achilles tendon by the protection part when the protection part is mounted, and can be used as a shoe for normal use by removing the protection part, thereby increasing the utility value of the shoe. It was something that could be done.
[Brief description of the drawings]
