Description

【0001】

BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings, taking a case where the present invention is applied to a mobile phone as an example.
[0025]
First, FIGS. 1A to 1C are external configuration diagrams of a portable terminal with a close-up function according to an embodiment of the present invention. FIG. 1A is a rear view of the portable terminal, and FIG. 2B is a side view of the portable terminal, and FIG. 2C is a front view of the portable terminal.
[0026]
As shown in the figure, a portable terminal (telephone) α with a close-up function according to the present embodiment includes a terminal body 1 and a body cover 3 pivotally supported by a pivoting rotary cylinder 2 at one end of the terminal body 1. It is configured with. Here, the pivotable rotary cylinder 2 functions to directly receive the rotational force obtained at the pivotal end 3 a of the main body cover 3.
[0027]
In the terminal main body 1, a camera 5 and a lamp 6 for illuminating a subject are arranged on a camera mounting surface 4 formed on the back surface thereof, and a monitor screen 7 and a dial button 8 are arranged on the front (terminal operation surface) thereof. The basic configuration as a normal camera-equipped mobile terminal α is obtained by the above components.
[0028]
An opening window 9 is provided on the main surface of the main body cover 3 so that the camera 5 and the lamp 6 can be exposed to the outside when the main body cover 3 is not in use. An opening stopper 10 is provided to limit the opening angle of the main body cover 3 to the surface 4 to a maximum of about 45 °. Furthermore, when the door opening angle of the main body cover 3 reaches the maximum value of about 45 °, the shaft support end 3a of the main body cover 3 and the opposing regions of the door opening stopper 10 are electrically contacted with each other. First and second electrical contacts 11 and 12 are provided.
[0029]
Next, FIGS. 2A and 2B are configuration diagrams of the pivoting rotary cylinder 2 and the camera 5 and their peripheral components shown in FIG. 1, and FIG. FIG. 3B is a functional explanatory view when the main body cover 3 is in an open state. FIG.
[0030]
As shown in the figure, a first electrical contact 11 provided on the pivot support end 3a of the main body cover 3 and a second electrical contact 12 provided on the door opening stopper 10 of the terminal main body 1 are provided with a required subject illumination. Both are connected to a lamp lighting circuit 13 that supplies an appropriate current to the lamp 6 in accordance with the contact of the first and second electric contacts 11 and 12 so that a mechanism is obtained. Further, the camera 5 is provided with a camera rotating disk 14, and a mechanism for transmitting the rotational force obtained from the rotating shaft 2 to the camera 5 between the rotating shaft 2 and the rotating disk 14. The differential connection belt 15 for obtaining the above is crossed and stretched.
[0031]
Here, when the state of the main body cover 3 is changed from the closed state shown in FIG. 5A to the open state shown in FIG. By the action of 15, the light is differentially transmitted (in the reverse rotation direction) to the camera rotating disk 14 of the camera 5.
[0032]
At this time, if the diameters of both the pivoting rotary cylinder 2 and the camera rotating disk 14 are set to the same value, the turning angle of the camera 5 with respect to the other end of the terminal main body 1 is linked to the opening angle of the main body cover 3. It is possible to change it. That is, the maximum opening angle of the main body cover 3 is set to about 45 ° by the action of the door opening stopper 10, so that the maximum turning angle of the camera 5 is also set to about 45 °. These numerical elements provide a mechanism for directing the camera 5 to a subject (not shown) mounted on an arbitrary flat surface (not shown) (details will be described later).
[0033]
Next, FIGS. 3A and 3B are configuration diagrams for explaining the turning mechanism of the camera 5 shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, and FIG. 3A is a side view of the camera 5, FIG. 2B is a partial vertical cross-sectional view of the camera 5 taken along a plane BB shown in FIG.
[0034]
As shown in the figure, in order to obtain a required turning mechanism, the camera 5 has an outer cylinder 17 holding a lens 16 and two opposite side surfaces of the outer cylinder 17 in the optical axis direction of the lens 16. The two sliding slits 18 respectively penetrated along the inner cylinder 19, the inner cylinder 19 inscribing the outer cylinder 17, and the corresponding two slits in the inner cylinder 19 so as to pass through the two sliding slits 18 on the outer cylinder 17, respectively. Two camera rotation shafts 20 protruding from the outer surface of the position and held in the terminal body 1 in the axial direction for turning the optical axis of the lens 16 toward the other end of the terminal body 1; The rotation force is provided around the two camera rotation shafts 20, and receives the rotation force obtained at the shaft support end 3 a of the main body cover 3 through the differential connection belt 15, and receives the rotation force through the two camera rotation shafts 20. Two turtles transmitting to tube 19 A rotary disk 14, and comprises a adjustment protrusion 21 which protrudes toward the axis direction of the camera rotation shaft 20 on the outer surface of the outer cylinder 17.
[0035]
Here, in order to make the required camera turning mechanism robust, the adjustment projection 21 is integrally formed with the outer cylinder 17, and the two camera rotating disks 14 and the two camera rotating shafts 20 are formed together with the inner cylinder 19. It is preferable to form them integrally.
[0036]
In this example, two camera rotating disks 14 are employed, but it is sufficient that the camera rotating disk 14 is provided around at least one of the two camera rotating shafts 20. However, two camera rotating disks 14 are employed as in this example, and these two camera rotating disks 14 and the pivoting rotary cylinder 2 are connected to each other by using two corresponding differential connection belts 15. This makes the required camera turning mechanism more robust.
[0037]
Next, FIGS. 4A and 4B are configuration diagrams for explaining the protruding mechanism of the camera 5 shown in FIGS. 1 to 3, and FIG. FIG. 3B is a functional explanatory diagram when the camera 5 is in a protruding state. FIG.
[0038]
As shown in the figure, in order to obtain a required projection mechanism, the camera 5 has an outer cylinder 17 fixed inside the terminal main body 1 and having a rotational force transmitted to the inner cylinder 19 circumscribing the inner cylinder 19. When the rotation is transmitted to the outer cylinder 17, the rotation of the adjustment projection 21 on the outer cylinder 17 about the camera rotation axis 20 is suppressed, and the outer cylinder 17 is moved to the two camera rotation axes in the two sliding slits 18. A first protrusion suppressing plate 22 that slides outward along 20 is provided.
[0039]
Also, if necessary, when a reverse rotational force opposite to the rotational force transmitted to the inner cylinder 19 is transmitted to the outer cylinder 17 circumscribing the inner cylinder 19, the camera The outer cylinder 17 is slid inward along the two camera rotation axes 20 in the two sliding slits 18 while suppressing the orbiting movement of the adjustment projection 21 on the outer cylinder 17 about the rotation axis 20. A second projection suppressing plate 23 may be provided.
[0040]
Next, FIGS. 5A and 5B are views showing a usage pattern of the portable terminal α with the close-up function obtained by the configuration shown in FIGS. 1 to 4, and FIG. Is a functional explanatory diagram when the main body cover 3 is in an open state. FIG.
[0041]
As shown in the drawing, the state of the main body cover 3 of the portable terminal α with the close-up function is changed to the closed state in FIG. When the optical axis is shifted from the state perpendicular to the camera mounting surface 4 to the open state in FIG. 4B when the portable terminal α with the close-up function is held at an inclination, the camera 5 on the camera mounting surface 4 The turning projection mechanism described with reference to FIGS. 3 and 4 performs the turning projection operation on the other end side of the terminal body 1 to adjust the shooting area and the focus, and at the same time, the lamp 6 on the camera mounting surface 4 It is turned on by the subject illumination mechanism described with reference to FIG. 2 to illuminate a subject 25 placed on an arbitrary flat surface 24 such as a desk.
[0042]
Here, the main body tilt holding mechanism obtained by the portable terminal α with the close-up function is realized by setting the open end 3b of the main body cover 3 and the other end (lower end) of the terminal main body 1 as installation points on the flat surface 24. You. At this time, in order for the camera 5 to face the subject 25 on the flat surface 24 (to make the optical axis of the camera 5 perpendicular to the subject 25), as described above, the opening angle of the main body cover 3 must be opened. Since the turning angle of the camera 5 is set to about 45 ° by the stopper 10 and the turning angle of the camera 5 is also set to about 45 °, the camera mounting surface 4 of the terminal main body 1 is approximately 45 ° with the flat surface 24 (subject 25). It is necessary to hold the terminal main body 1 at an angle so as to achieve the following.
[0043]
In order to realize this, the length of the main body cover 3 in the longitudinal direction is adjusted so that the camera mounting surface 4 and the flat surface when the terminal main body 1 is tilted and held in the state where the door opening angle reaches the maximum value of about 45 °. The main body cover 3 is set to a length when the angle between the main body cover 24 and the mobile terminal α is about 45 °, and the main body cover 3 stands upright with respect to the flat surface 24 (subject 25) when the portable terminal α with the close-up function is held in an inclined state. It is good to do.
[0044]
As described above, the embodiment of the present invention has been described by exemplifying a case where the present invention is applied to a mobile phone. However, the present invention is not necessarily limited to the above-described means. It can be appropriately changed and implemented within a range having the effects described below, such as application of.
[0045]
【The invention's effect】
