【0001】

CPU101で実行されるプログラムは、記憶部であるROM(Read Only Memory)102またはHDD(Hard Disk Drive)104に記憶される。
【0077】
1機器の状態情報(16Bとする)を送信する場合に必要となる情報量の具体例として、UDPを用いた通信を行なった場合、IP(Internet Protocol)ヘッダ部に24B、UDPヘッダ部に8B、NW(Network)ヘッダ部に20B、AP(application program)ヘッダ部に12B、FCS(Frame Check Sequence)ヘッダ部に4B要する。
このようなプログラムは、コンピュータに付属するフレキシブルディスク、CD−ROM(Compact Disc−Read OnlyMemory)、ROM(Read Only Memory)、RAM(Random Access Memory)およびメモリカードなどのコンピュータ読取り可能な記録媒体にて記録させて、プログラム製品として提供することもできる。

[0060]
Next, transmission or reception processing of device control information in the remote monitoring and control system will be described in detail.
[0061]
Here, as described above, in the remote monitoring control system according to the present embodiment, information is transmitted via the
[0062]
In such connectionless communication, transmission management for each connection is not required, so that system resources can be suppressed, packet overhead can be reduced, and transmission bandwidth can be reduced. In addition, there is an advantage that the performance of a device constituting the

[0065]
That is, since communication is performed via the two routes, the A route and the B route, the routers belonging to the groups A and B perform route selection within the range of the predetermined router belonging to each group. As described above, it is assumed that the settings of the routing tables to be held are made in advance.

Next, a description will be given of a process at the time of transmitting the device control information in the continuous
[0069]
The continuous
[0070]
The continuous transmission interval of the same packet is preferably set in consideration of the load on the
[0071]
The continuous transmission interval of the same packet is preferably an interval where the maximum size of one packet (eg, 312 bytes) is longer than the transmission time for transmitting without delay at the minimum speed of the digital line (eg, 48 kbps). That is, it is preferable to set the continuous transmission interval Tc as follows.
Continuous transmission interval Tc: 60 ms> Packet transmission time: 8 bits × 312 bytes / 48 kbps = 52 ms
[0072]
Further, it is preferable that the transmission interval between different packets is twice or more the above-mentioned continuous transmission interval. That is, it is preferable to set the transmission interval Ts between different packets as follows.
Packet transmission interval Ts: 120 ms> Tc × 2 = 60 ms × 2
[0073]
By performing such continuous transmission processing in the remote monitoring control system according to the present embodiment, even if information is lost due to a transient transmission failure such as a surge, a request for retransmission of a packet is not made, It is possible to continue transmission.
[0074]
FIG. 7 shows the concept of the transmission of the device control information in the above remote monitoring control system. Referring to FIG. 7, in the transmission of the device control information in the remote monitoring control system, double assignment transmission is performed for all the device control information through a plurality of preset routes of A route and B route. In addition, the same information is transmitted a plurality of times, that is, the first transmission and the second transmission, for each route for all the device control information. That is, the same information is transmitted four times for all information.
[0075]
Referring to FIG. 7, in the remote monitoring control system, transmission of measurement value information and the like (uplink information) from each remote
[0076]
Further, in order to compare the amount of information between the communication using the connectionless protocol employed in the remote monitoring control system according to the present embodiment and the communication using the connection type protocol, the connection And the amount of information when communication using UDP is performed as communication using a connectionless protocol, and the amount of information when communication using TCP (Transmission Control Protocol) is performed as communication using a connection-type protocol. Compare.
[0077]
As a specific example of the amount of information necessary to transmit the status information (assumed to be 16B) of one device, when communication using UDP is performed, 24B is used for an IP (Internet Protocol) header portion, and 8B is used for a UDP header portion. , An NW (Network) header section requires 20B, an AP (application program) header section requires 12B, and an FCS (Frame Check Sequence) header section requires 4B. Therefore, in order to transmit information by performing communication using UDP, it is necessary to add the information amount of the above-described entire header portion and the information amount of the state information body, and further perform continuous transmission processing. , The following information amount is calculated.
[0078]
(Total header 68B + data body 16B) x 2 consecutive transmissions = 168B
On the other hand, when communication using TCP is performed, 24B is required for the TCP header part. Further, in order to establish and terminate a connection, it is necessary to transmit and receive the IP header section and the TCP header section seven times (connection establishment three times, disconnection four times). In order to perform flow control or the like based on the size, it is necessary to transmit the IP header part and the TCP header part n times (n is a natural number). In consideration of such a situation, the following information amount is calculated.
[0079]
As described above, by performing connectionless communication in the remote monitoring control system, the actual amount of transmission information can be reduced, and efficient information transmission, such as reduction of the transmission band, becomes possible.

Next, referring to FIG. 13, when a transient loss of information occurs in both routes and the next packet (information 9) is received before the lost packet (information 8), Then, the received packet (information 9) is discarded. Then, it waits for the prescribed reception waiting time from the time when the packet (information 9) is received so as to receive the packet (information 8) which should be received, but temporary information loss occurs in both routes. Therefore, in the case shown in FIG. 13, the next packet (information 9) is received during that time, and is similarly discarded.
