【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a sound absorbing structure for a wall surface, and more particularly to a sound absorbing structure for a wall surface in which a panel is attached to a wall surface at a predetermined interval so as to exhibit a sound absorbing effect by vibration of the panel itself.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, as shown in FIG. 10, this type of soundproofing structure for a wall has a panel 2 arranged in parallel with the wall 1 at a predetermined interval from the wall 1, and the panel 2 is mounted on a support portion a fixed to the wall 1. It was fixed. When a sound hits the panel 2 having the air layer 3 behind, the panel 2 vibrates. At this time, the panel 2 hits the panel 2 to maintain the vibration against the internal friction of the panel 2 and the loss at the support portion a. A part of the energy of sound is consumed and exhibits a sound absorbing effect (for example, see Non-Patent Document 1).
[0003]
[Non-patent document 1]
"Handbook for Noise and Vibration Countermeasures" edited by The Japan Society of Acoustic Materials, Gihodo Publishing, published May 20, 1982, pages 258 to 259.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, in the above conventional example, since the panel 1 is rigidly supported by the support portion a, the vibration of the panel 1 is restricted by the support by the support portion a, so that the panel itself does not easily vibrate, and the sound absorbing effect is low. There was a problem.
[0005]
The present invention has been made in view of the above description, and it is an object of the present invention to provide a sound absorbing structure on a wall surface which can support a panel itself so as to easily vibrate and has a high sound absorbing effect.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to solve the above-mentioned problem, the sound absorbing structure for a wall according to the present invention has a panel 2 arranged in parallel with the wall 1 at a predetermined interval from the wall 1, and an upper fixing bracket 4 on an upper end surface of the panel 2. The upper fixture 4 is fixed to the wall surface 1 along with the lower fixture 5 is fixed to the wall 1 along the lower end surface of the panel 2, and the upper fitting provided on the upper end surface of the panel 2 The upper fitting 4a of the upper fixture 4 is loosely fitted in the hole 6, and the lower fitting 5a of the lower fixture 5 is loosely fitted in the lower fitting hole 7 provided on the lower end surface of the panel 2, so that the upper fitting is performed. A gap S is formed between the hole 6 and the upper fitting piece 4a and between the lower fitting hole 7 and the lower fitting piece 5a so that the panel 2 can move in the thickness direction of the panel 2. It is characterized by. By attaching the panel 2 as described above, the panel 2 arranged at an interval with respect to the wall surface 1 can be supported and attached by the upper fixture 4 and the lower fixture 5, and of course, the upper and lower sides of the panel 2 can be attached. Is supported by the upper fixture 4 and the lower fixture 5, the upper fitting piece 4 a and the upper fitting hole 6, and the lower fitting piece 5 a and the lower fitting hole 7 loosely fit through the gap S. Therefore, the panel 2 is mounted so that the panel 2 can move in the thickness direction of the panel 2, and the panel 2 itself can be supported so as to be easily vibrated, so that the sound absorbing effect is enhanced.
[0007]
Also, the steady rest 8 is fixed to the wall surface 1 along the left and right sides of the panel 2, respectively, and the steady rest 8 is provided in the side fitting holes 9 provided on the left and right sides of the panel 2. A gap S is formed between the side fitting hole 9 and the side fitting piece 8a so that the panel 2 can move in the thickness direction of the panel 2 between the side fitting hole 9 and the side fitting piece 8a. Is also preferred. As described above, in addition to fixing the upper fixture 4 and the lower fixture 5, the panel 2 can be fixed by the steady rest 8 so as not to move left and right, and the panel 2 can be attached stably. Even when the panel 2 is attached with the steady rest 8 in this manner, the side fitting piece 8a and the side fitting hole 9 are loosely fitted via the gap S, so that the thickness of the panel 2 is reduced. The panel 2 is mounted so as to be able to move in the direction, and the panel 2 itself can be supported so as to be easily vibrated, and the sound absorbing effect is enhanced.
[0008]
Further, a buffer for damping the inner surface of the upper fitting hole 6, the lower fitting hole 7, and the side fitting hole 9 so that sound is not produced even when the upper fixing metal 4, the lower fixing metal 5, and the anti-sway metal 8 come into contact. It is also preferable that the member 10 is mounted. When the panel 2 vibrates greatly, the upper fitting 4, the lower fitting 5, and the steady rest 8 may hit the inner surfaces of the upper fitting hole 6, the lower fitting hole 7, and the side fitting holes 9. Also, by hitting the buffer member 10, the sound is not generated by being buffered.
[0009]
It is also preferable that the panel 2 itself is provided with a sound absorbing material 11 so that the panel 2 itself has a sound absorbing function. In this case, the sound is absorbed by the sound absorbing material 11 of the panel 2 itself, so that the sound is absorbed and the sound absorbing effect is further enhanced.
[0010]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
According to the present invention, a sound absorbing structure is provided by attaching a panel 2 parallel to the wall 1 at an interval that becomes the air layer 3 with respect to the wall 1, and the panel 2 of the present embodiment also has a sound absorbing function. As shown in FIG. 5, it is formed of a decorative plate 12, a middle plate 13, a frame 14, a sound absorbing material 11, and the like, and is integrally assembled.
[0011]
The decorative plate 12 is a rectangular plate, and has at least a decorative surface. The middle plate 13 is also a rectangular plate, and a back groove 16 that is long in the width direction orthogonal to the longitudinal direction of the middle plate 13 is formed on the back surface side of the middle plate 13 so as to extend in the width direction. The back grooves 16 are provided at equal intervals in the longitudinal direction at portions other than both ends in the longitudinal direction of the middle plate 13. The length of the intermediate plate 13 in the longitudinal direction is the same as the length of the decorative plate 12 in the longitudinal direction, but the width of the intermediate plate 13 is smaller than the width of the decorative plate 12.
[0012]
The decorative panel 12 is attached and attached to the front side of the middle panel 13. At this time, for example, the decorative panel 12 may be placed on the back side of the decorative panel 12 with the surface of the decorative panel 12 facing down. The middle plate 13 is mounted on the rim. The middle plate auxiliary member 17 has the same length as the middle plate 13, and the thickness of the middle plate auxiliary member 17 is the same as the thickness of the middle plate 13. The middle plate auxiliary members 17 are arranged on both sides of the middle plate 13 and attached to the decorative plate 12 by being attached thereto. With the intermediate plate 13 and the decorative plate 12 bonded together, the intermediate plate 13 is turned downward as shown in FIG. 19 is drilled. The pattern groove 19 is formed in a direction crossing the back groove 16 at right angles to the back groove 16, and is formed in the longitudinal direction of the decorative board 12. When the pattern groove 19 is formed, the pattern groove 19 is formed to a depth reaching the back groove 16 so that the pattern groove 19 communicates with the back groove 16.
[0013]
The frame body 14 is formed by framing a pair of horizontal frame members 14a and a pair of vertical frame members 14b into a rectangular shape, and further has a partition frame member 14c provided between the vertical frame members 14b. The frame member 14 is disposed on the back side of the middle plate 13 and the middle plate auxiliary member 17 and is attached to these. The sound absorbing material 11 is formed in a rectangular plate shape, and the sound absorbing material 11 is loaded into a frame 14 and integrated. In the case of this example, such a sound absorbing material 11 is formed of a soft fiber board (density of less than 0.35 g / cm 3 ) called an insulation board. When the sound-absorbing material 11 is formed of such a soft fiber board, the sound-absorbing material 11 has a moisture absorbing property in addition to the sound absorbing property. Further, the surface of the panel 2 is formed of a decorative plate 12, and since the decorative groove 12 is provided with a pattern groove 19, the appearance can be improved even when the panel 2 is mounted along the wall surface 1 in the room. Further, since the panel 2 has a sound absorbing material 11 loaded therein and has a sound absorbing function in the panel 2 itself, the sound is absorbed by the sound absorbing material 11 from the pattern groove 19 through the back groove 16. Since the sound absorbing material 11 of the panel 2 can also absorb sound, the sound absorbing effect can be further improved.
[0020]
In the above example, the sound absorbing material 11 is loaded inside, and the panel 2 itself has sound absorbing performance. However, a simple board having no sound absorbing function in the panel 2 itself may be used, or a simple insulation board may be used. It may be a plate having a good sound absorbing property.
[0021]
Further, as described above, the panel 2 in which the sound absorbing material 11 is loaded and the decorative panel 12 is stuck on the surface and the pattern groove 19 is formed in the decorative panel 12 itself has a sound absorbing property. By arranging them side by side, there may be a case where construction is performed in which sound is absorbed only by the sound absorbing property of the panel 2 itself. In this case, as shown in FIG. 8, a female nut 22 is provided on one side of the panel 2 and a male nut 23 capable of fitting the female nut 22 is provided on the other side of the panel 2, and the plurality of panels 2 The panels 2 adjacent to each other are attached to each other by fitting the female fruit 22 and the male fruit 23 to each other.
[0022]
As described above, the panel 2 provided with the female nuts 22 and the male nuts 23 is used alone, and the panel 2 is separated from the wall surface 1 by the upper fixing bracket 4, the lower fixing bracket 5, and the anti-sway bracket as described above. In the case of mounting at 8, the frame 24 having a substantially L-shaped cross section is mounted along the periphery of the panel 2 as shown in FIG. At this time, the holding edge 25 of the frame 24 is put on the hiring nut 26 attached to the male fruit 22 or the female fruit 23 and the notch 27 at the upper and lower ends. As described above, when the panel 2 is used to separate from the wall surface 1 and attach with the upper fixture 4, the lower fixture 5, or the steady rest 8, the upper fitting hole 6 is formed in the frame 24 attached as described above. And a lower fitting hole 7 and a side fitting hole 9 are provided.
[0023]
【The invention's effect】
According to the first aspect of the present invention, the panel is disposed parallel to the wall surface at a predetermined interval from the wall surface, and the upper fixing bracket is fixed to the wall surface along the upper end surface of the panel. At the same time, the lower fixing bracket is fixed to the wall surface along the lower end face of the panel, so the panel arranged at a distance from the wall is supported and mounted by the upper fixing bracket and the lower fixing bracket. Of course, the upper fitting piece of the upper fixture is loosely fitted in the upper fitting hole provided in the upper end face of the panel, and the lower fitting fitting is fitted in the lower fitting hole provided in the lower face of the panel. The mating piece is loosely fitted, and a gap is formed between the upper fitting hole and the upper fitting piece and between the lower fitting hole and the lower fitting piece so that the panel can move in the thickness direction of the panel. Because the panel is formed, even if the top and bottom of the panel are supported by the upper and lower fixtures, the panel moves in the thickness direction of the panel. Panel is attached to so that, in which the sound absorbing effect is increased the panel itself is able to support for easy vibrations.
[0024]
According to a second aspect of the present invention, in the first aspect, the steady rest is fixed to a wall surface along the left and right side surfaces of the panel, and the side portions provided on the left and right side surfaces of the panel. The side fitting piece of the steady rest is loosely fitted in the fitting hole, and a gap is formed between the side fitting hole and the side fitting piece so that the panel can move in the thickness direction of the panel. Because it was formed, in addition to fixing the upper fixture and the lower fixture, the panel can be fixed so that the panel does not move to the left and right with the steady rest, and the panel can be attached stably. Even if the panel is attached with the stopper, the panel is mounted so that the panel can move in the thickness direction of the panel because the side fitting piece and the side fitting hole are loosely fitted through the gap, A panel that can support the panel itself so that it can be easily vibrated, and enhances the sound absorption effect A.
[0025]
According to a third aspect of the present invention, in the first or second aspect, the upper fitting, the lower fitting, and the anti-sway fitting are provided on the inner surfaces of the upper fitting hole, the lower fitting hole, and the side fitting hole. Since a shock absorbing member is installed so that sound is not output even if it touches, the panel vibrates greatly and the upper and lower fixing brackets are mounted on the inner surface of the upper fitting hole, lower fitting hole and side fitting hole. Even if the anti-vibration fitting hits, it does not generate a sound by being hit by the shock absorbing member.
[0026]
According to a fourth aspect of the present invention, in any one of the first to third aspects, the sound absorbing material is provided on the panel itself so that the panel itself has a sound absorbing function. By doing so, the sound is absorbed and the sound absorbing effect is further enhanced.
