Abstract

<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an upper wear not giving incompatibility to a wearer, having no need for the wearer to handle a pulling member, or the like, every time for operation so designed as to prevent a front body part from becoming loose and protruding toward the front face, having such excellent functionality as not to become obstructive during playing sports, difficult to cause wrinkles along the waist line on the surface fabric of the upper wear, excellent in fashionability, having few attachments and an uncomplicated structure, easily producible, and manifesting wind-breaking effect by eliminating spaces between the body and the lining at the waist part, or manifesting ventilation effect by giving a space between the body and the lining. <P>SOLUTION: This upper wear 10 comprises an outer fabric 1 and a lining fabric 2 not sewn up to the outer fabric 1 at least at the backside thereof. A belt-like stretchable member 11 is sewn up to almost the whole periphery of the lining fabric 2 at a position corresponding nearly to the waist part of the wearer so that the stretchable member 11 fits the wearer's body. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO

【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は、紳士服、婦人服及び子供服の裏地に機能性を与えた上衣に係り、特にゴルフ、ジョギング、トレーニング、スキー、スノーボードなどの運動において着用するスポーツウエアとして用いるのに好適な上衣に関するものである。

【従来の技術】
これら運動に着用する上衣は、シャツのように身体をぴったりと覆うことなく、一般にかなりのゆとりを持たせてあるため、着用して前傾したりかがむと、上衣の前身頃が弛んで前面に膨出してしまう場合がある。特にゴルフの際に着用した場合には、足元の視界が妨げられてスイングやパットの邪魔になってプレーに支障をきたすとともに、外観的にも好ましくないという問題がある。

また、釣り用衣服としては、裾がウエスト部に位置する上衣において、上衣の裾に調整紐を通してウエスト部の絞り具合を調節するものが提案されている（特許文献１参照）。そこで、前身頃の膨出を防止するために、調整紐を引っ張ってウエスト部の絞り具合を調節することも考えられるが、このように表地とともに胴部全周を調整紐で絞ると、上衣の表地に胴回りに沿って皺が生じてしまう。

この点を解消するため、例えば、前身頃と後身頃とを側方で縫合してなる上衣において、左右の各縫合部に一端を縫着し他端を遊離せしめた伸縮帯を設け、一方の伸縮帯の先端には絡着雄片を、他方の伸縮帯の先端には絡着雌片を取付けてなる上衣が提案されている（特許文献２参照）。

さらに、背裏布を備えているスポーツウエアが提案されている。これは、背中から腰にわたる縦長形状の下方部に左右に貫通する袋洞を設けた背裏布と、上衣の両脇下方部内側のそれぞれに一端を縫着し他端を遊離した伸縮自在の締着帯とを備えており、前記背裏布は、その上方部のみが後身頃の上方部に縫着されてその下方部が前記後身頃から遊離した状態とされており、前記締着帯は、前記袋洞を通して連結されるスポーツウエアである（特許文献３参照）。

上記のように後身頃全体を絞るのではなく、前身頃の一部を、胴回りにフィットさせる引っ張り部材を備えた衣服が提案されている。この衣服は、胴回りに沿って衣服内部に配設された帯状の脇ゴムと、この脇ゴムの両端に取付けられたひも状の引きゴムと、この引きゴムに取付けられたストッパーとを備えているものである（特許文献４参照）。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかしながら、特許文献２の上衣は、側方に取付けられた後方のみに存するベルト状の伸縮帯を用いて前身頃を側方から後身頃方向へ引き寄せるので、腰部がその後方から締付けられており、着衣者に違和感を与えてしまう。特に、着衣者が前傾の姿勢となった場合には、伸縮帯が伸びて腰を強く圧迫することもあり苦しかったり痛い場合も考えられる。また、上記のようにして、着衣者の腹周り又は腰回りの前後に存するゆとり分を後方にのみ存するようにするため、ゆとり分が多くとってある上衣の場合には、そのシルエット上、上衣のみが極端な前傾姿勢となり、外観的にも好ましくない。さらに、スキーやスノーボード等の運動においては、防寒をする必要があるところ、伸縮帯は、ベルト状であり上衣との間に隙間が生じるから、そこに空気の移動が生じ、腰部の冷えを感じ防風効果が全くないことも問題となる。

特許文献３のスポーツウエアも、締着帯がベルト状であること、その取付位置、及び締付け方法等は変わるところがなく同様の問題点があった。もっとも表地と裏地との間に背裏布を設けられているが、この背裏布は上衣の上方部分のみで固着されており、腰部の空気の移動防止には何ら役に立たず防風効果はないと考えられる。

特許文献４の衣服は、脇ゴムを、後身頃の裏側に設けられた吊り布で部分的に保持し、かつ裏地から衣服の表側まで引きゴムを引き出すようにしているため、部品点数が増え、構造が複雑になり、製造にも時間がかかる。さらに、前身頃の膨出を防止するためにウエスト部の絞り具合を調整しなければならず、このために、引きゴムをいちいち操作してその絞り具合を調整しなければならず、煩雑であった。

そこで、本発明は以上のような問題点に鑑みてなされたものであり、その目的は、着衣者に違和感を与えることなく、また着衣者が引っ張り部材等をいちいち操作することなく、前身頃が弛んで前面に膨出することを防止でき、スポーツの際にも障害とならない優れた機能性を有するとともに、上衣の表地に胴回りに沿って皺が生じにくくファッション性にも優れた上衣を提供することである。
さらに、本発明の目的は、部品点数が少なく、構造も複雑でなく、製造容易である上衣を提供することである。
そして、腰部における身体と裏地との隙間をなくして防風効果を奏する上衣又は身体と裏地との隙間を存して通風効果を奏する上衣を提供することである。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上記課題を解決するため、本願請求項１記載の発明に係る上衣は、図面に使用する符号を付して説明すると、「表地１と、少なくとも背面部においてその表地１と互いに縫着されていない裏地２とからなる上衣１０であって、帯状の伸縮部材１１を、着衣者の略腰部に相当する位置で前記裏地２の略全周に縫付け、前記伸縮部材１１が身体に沿うようにした」ところに特徴を有するものである。

すなわち、帯状の伸縮部材１１を、着衣者の略腰部に相当する位置で裏地２の略全周に縫付けたことにより、着衣時に、その張力により、前身頃においては、前身頃の一部（略腹部）が胴回りに沿って左右両側へ引っ張られ、後身頃においても、この後身頃のみが絞られることなく引っ張られる。このため、前身頃では裏地２とともに表地１が前方への膨出を防止され、後身頃では裏地２のみが引っ張られて伸縮部材１１が身体に沿うようになる。このように、伸縮部材１１の張力によって、伸縮部材１１が身体に沿うようになるため、腰部の後方のみを絞ることもなく、着用者に違和感を与えることがない。また、伸縮部材１１の張力によって身体に沿うようになるので、従来は必要であった引っ張り部材を操作するという煩雑さもない。そして、表地１と裏地２は、少なくとも背面部において互いに縫着されておらず遊離状態となっているので、裏地２が伸縮部材１１によって皺が生じても、表地１に胴回りに沿って皺が生じることがない。

また、上記課題を解決するために、請求項２記載の発明に係る上衣は、「表地１と、少なくとも背面部においてその表地１と互いに縫着されていないメッシュ状の裏地３とからなる上衣１０であって、帯状の伸縮部材１１を、着衣者の略腰部に相当する位置で前記裏地３の略全周に縫付け、前記伸縮部材１１が身体に沿うようにした」ところに特徴を有するものである。

すなわち、請求項１の上衣において、メッシュ状の裏地３を備えていることにより、図８に示すように、矢印方向に空気が通り、その通気性が良くなり、例えば運動中の裏地３が背面部において着衣者の背部に密着しても、通気性が悪くならず、汗等の水分による蒸れもなく、窮屈な感じも与えない。

また、上記課題を解決するために、請求項３記載の発明に係る上衣は、「表地１と、少なくとも背面部においてその表地１と互いに縫着されていない裏地２とからなる上衣１０であって、着衣者の略腰部に相当する位置に帯状の伸縮部材１１を配置し、その帯状の伸縮部材１１の一側縁部１１ａのみを前記裏地２の略全周に取付け、かつ、前記伸縮部材１１の他の側縁部１１ｂが身体に沿うようにした」ところに特徴を有するものである。

すなわち、これによれば、その帯状の伸縮部材１１の一側縁部１１ａのみを裏地２の略全周に取付け、かつ、伸縮部材１１の他の側縁部１１ｂが身体に沿うようにしたことにより、伸縮部材１１の張力により、一側縁部１１ａにおける腰部周り長さより他の側縁部１１ｂにおける腰部周り長さの方が短くなり、着衣の際に、伸縮部材１１の側縁部１１ｂが、着衣者の略腰部周りでより身体側に位置し当接し易くなる。このように伸縮部材１１が身体に当接した場合には、部分的に絞る場合と異なりソフトな感触を与えて違和感を与えないし、図３に示すように、着衣者の背面における腰部においては、伸縮部材１１と裏地２によって風を遮断することや、雪の侵入を防止でき、防風又は防寒効果がある。勿論、伸縮部材が身体に当接していなくても、帯状の伸縮部材１１を、着衣者の略腰部に相当する位置で裏地２の略全周に配置したことにより、従来は必要であった引っ張り部材を操作することなく、前身頃が弛んで前面に膨出することを防止できる。また、表地１に胴回りに沿って皺が生じることがない。

また、上記課題を解決するために、請求項４記載の発明に係る上衣は、「表地１と、少なくとも背面部においてその表地１と互いに縫着されていないメッシュ状の裏地３とからなる上衣１０であって、着衣者の略腰部に相当する位置に帯状の伸縮部材１１を配置し、その帯状の伸縮部材１１の一側縁部１１ａのみを前記裏地３の略全周に取付け、かつ、前記伸縮部材１１の他の側縁部１１ｂが身体に沿うようにした」ところに特徴を有するものである。

すなわち、請求項３の上衣において、メッシュ状の裏地３を備えていることにより、その通気性が良くなり、例えば運動中の裏地３が背面部において着衣者の背部に密着しても、通気性が悪くならず、蒸れもなく、窮屈な感じも与えない。

また、上記課題を解決するために、請求項５記載の発明に係る上衣は、「表地１と、少なくとも背面部においてその表地１と互いに縫着されていない裏地２とからなる上衣１０であって、前記表地１の下端部と前記裏地２の下端部は、互いに連結されており、着衣者の略腰部に相当する位置に帯状の伸縮部材１１を配置し、その帯状の伸縮部材１１の一側縁部１１ａのみを前記裏地２の略全周に取付け、かつ、前記伸縮部材１１の他の側縁部１１ｂが身体に沿うようにした」ところに特徴を有するものである。

すなわち、表地１の下端部と裏地２の下端部とを互いに連結したことにより、着衣の際に、伸縮部材１１が身体に沿うようになることに伴って裏地２がその張力によって身体側へ引っ張られ、表地１と裏地２との間に中空部を形成して保温性が良くなる。その他請求項３記載の上衣と同様に、帯状の伸縮部材１１を、着衣者の略腰部に相当する位置で裏地２の略全周に配置したことにより、着用者に違和感を与えることがないし、従来必要であった引っ張り部材を操作しなくても、前身頃が弛んで前面に膨出することを防止できる。また、表地１に胴回りに沿って皺が生じることがない。そして、その帯状の伸縮部材１１の一側縁部１１ａのみを裏地２の略全周に取付け、かつ、伸縮部材１１の他の側縁部１１ｂが身体に沿うようにしたことにより、伸縮部材１１の側縁部１１ｂがより身体側へ沿い易くなり、身体に当接した場合には、着用者に圧迫感や違和感を与えることなく、伸縮部材１１と身体との間からの風等の侵入を防いで防風効果がある。

さらに、上記課題を解決するために、請求項６記載の発明に係る上衣は、請求項１〜５の何れかに記載の上衣１０において、「前記帯状の伸縮部材１１は、筒状に形成されており、その筒状の内部にさらに平ゴム１２、ゴム紐又は非伸縮性の紐が挿通配置されており、前記伸縮部材１１による張力を調節可能とされている」ところに特徴を有するものである。

上記課題を解決するために、請求項７記載の発明に係る上衣は、請求項６記載の上衣１０において、「前記平ゴム１２、ゴム紐又は非伸縮性の紐の端部には、前記伸縮部材１１による張力の調整後の長さを維持できるようにその平ゴム１２、ゴム紐又は非伸縮性の紐の端部位置を変更し、かつ、その変更後の状態を維持するための長さ調整手段１３を備えている」ところに特徴を有するものである。

上記課題を解決するために、請求項８記載の発明に係る上衣は、請求項３〜７の何れかに記載の上衣１０において、「前記帯状の伸縮部材１１は、上衣１０の裏地２，３に対する取付位置が当該上衣１０のサイズ及びその着衣者の寸法に応じて適宜変更可能である」ところに特徴を有するものである。

上記課題を解決するために、請求項９記載の発明に係る上衣は、請求項８記載の上衣１０において、「前記帯状の伸縮部材１１の裏地２，３に対する取付位置の変更は、面ファスナー、スライドファスナー又はボタンなどを用いて行われる」ところに特徴を有するものである。

上記課題を解決するために、請求項１０記載の発明に係る上衣は、請求項１〜９の何れかに記載の上衣１０において、「前記上衣１０の裏地２，３に対する前記帯状の伸縮部材１１の取付位置は、着衣者の腰部付近の好ましくはベルトの若干下側位置となるように、男性用ＬＬサイズの上衣の場合、上衣のバックネックから下方約５０ｃｍから約５４ｃｍの範囲から選択され、男性用Ｌサイズの上衣の場合は、上衣のバックネックから下方約４８ｃｍから約５２ｃｍの範囲から選択され、男性用Ｍサイズの上衣の場合は、上衣のバックネックから下方約４６ｃｍから約５０ｃｍの範囲から選択され、前記上衣１０の裏地１２，１４に対する前記帯状の伸縮部材１１の取付位置は、女性用Ｌサイズの上衣の場合は、上衣のバックネックから下方約３８ｃｍから約４４ｃｍの範囲から選択され、女性用Ｍサイズの上衣の場合は、上衣のバックネックから下方約３６ｃｍから約４０ｃｍの範囲から選択され、女性用Ｓサイズの上衣の場合は、上衣のバックネックから下方約３４ｃｍから約３８ｃｍの範囲から選択されている」ところに特徴を有するものである。ここで、バックネックとは、着衣者の首の背面における付け根部分に相当する位置であって、上衣１０の首周りの背面における付け根部分をいうものとする。ただし、上衣１０における首周り部分と後身頃部分の縫着位置に限定されない。

上記課題を解決するために、請求項１１記載の発明に係る上衣は、請求項１〜１０の何れかに記載の上衣１０において、「前記上衣１０の裏地２，３に取付けられている前記帯状の伸縮部材１１の幅は、約２ｃｍ以上にされ、前記帯状の伸縮部材１１の長さは、上衣１０の腰回りの少なくとも７０％以上となるように、見返し部４を含んだ伸縮部材の長さが当該伸縮部材の取付け位置の内寸法より２０ｃｍ以上短くされている」ところに特徴を有するものである。ここで、見返し部とは、前身頃の裏側における表地１の裏地２に対する縁の始末部分をいうものとする。

【発明の実施の形態】
本発明の実施の形態を実施例に基づき説明する。本発明に係る上衣は、表地と、少なくとも背面部において表地と互いに縫着されていない裏地とからなる上衣であって、帯状の伸縮部材を、着衣者の略腰部に相当する位置で裏地の略全周に縫付け又は配置し、伸縮部材が身体に沿うようにしたものである。

上衣は、例えば、ベスト（ノースリーブ）、レインコート、トレンチコート、オーバーコート、ダッフルコート、七分コート、スキーウエア、スノーボードウエア、スポーツウエア、ウインドブレーカー、パーカ、ブルゾン、羊革ジャケット、ダブルジャケット、シングルジャケット、背広服、ブレザー、セーター、ピーコート、カー・コート、ラグランコート、ケープコート、オーバーコート、シェイプコート、ジャケット、スーツ、ポンチョ、サファリジャケット、ブレザー、ボレロ、スペンサージャケット、ジャンプスーツが挙げられ、表地と、少なくとも背面部においてその表地と互いに縫着されていない裏地とからなるものであれば、いかなるものであっても良い。

表地及び裏地は、公知の技術であって、いかなる素材又は形状からなるものであっても良い。

請求項２又は４のごとく、裏地をメッシュ状とすれば、身体と裏地との間において空気又は水分の通りが良くなり、蒸れがなく通気性又は通風性の面で効果的である。請求項５のごとく、表地の下端部と裏地の下端部とを縫付けて連結した場合には、表地と裏地との間に中空部を形成して風が通りにくくなり保温性が良くなり、さらに裏地を透湿防水性素材にすれば雪や汗等の水分の通りを防いで、より保温性が良くなる。勿論、表地１と裏地２との間に綿等を充填しても良い。

伸縮部材は、帯状の伸縮性を有するものであれば良く、例えば、ゴム編み状の柔らかい素材からなるもの、平ゴム、これら伸縮性を有するゴム部分と伸縮性を有しない紐部分とを交互に配置したベルト状のものが挙げられる。さらに、その張力を調整可能とするために、伸縮部材を筒状に形成し、その中に平ゴム、ゴム紐又は非伸縮性の紐を挿通配置しても良い。

（実施例１）
実施例１を図１を参照して説明する。図１は、本発明を袖無しのジャケットに適用した例であり、本発明の上衣１０は、表地１と、裏地２と、伸縮部材１１とを備えている。なお、表地１と、裏地２とは、公知の布地又は皮革などの素材から構成される。

伸縮部材１１は、ゴム編み状の柔らかい素材からなり、帯状に形成してあり、伸縮部材１１の幅は４ｃｍに形成してあり、伸縮部材１１の縮小した状態の長さは、上衣１０の腰回りの約７７％に相当する。この実施例における伸縮部材１１の取付けは、図２に示すように、伸縮部材１１の両端部を前身頃の左右の見返し部４にそれぞれ縫付け、着衣者の略腰部に相当する位置に裏地２の略全周に縫付けてある。なお、縮小した状態における伸縮部材１１の長さは、上衣１０の腰回りの少なくとも７０％以上であることが好ましい。

このように、上衣１０によれば、伸縮部材１１を、着衣者の略腰部に相当する位置で、少なくとも背面部においてその表地１と互いに縫着されていない裏地２の略全周に縫付けたことにより、その張力により、着衣の際に、伸縮部材１１が身体に沿うようになり、上衣１０の前面において、表地１の前方への膨出を防止することができる。また、身体の略全周に張力が働き腰部の後方のみを絞ることがないので、着用者に違和感を与えることがない。そして、従来技術のように引っ張り部材を操作しなくても良く、その煩雑さもない。したがって、上衣１０がこのような優れた機能性を有することにより、例えば、上衣１０を仕事遂行の際に着用した場合には、前傾しても足元の視界が妨げられることがないし、また日常家事の際に着用した場合には、腹周りの操作が妨げられることがない。特に、スポーツの際に着用した場合には、ゴルフのパット等の障害にならないし、圧迫感や締付け感もなく運動性を阻害することがなく、好適である。

また、伸縮部材１１は、上衣１０の背面において表地１と縫合されていないため、伸縮部材１１によって裏地２のみが引っ張られて表地１は引っ張られることがないから表地１の胴回りに皺が生じることが防止され、表地の外観を損ねることがなく、優れたファッション性を有する。

さらに、上衣１０は、表地１と、裏地２と、伸縮部材１１とからなり、部品点数が少なく、構造も複雑でないし、伸縮部材１１の保持は、裏地２の略全周に縫付ければ良いので、製造容易である。

上述した格別な作用効果は、伸縮部材１１が身体に完全に当接しなくても得られ、この場合には、伸縮部材１１と身体の隙間から空気、風、水分等が通り、通風性が良い。これに対して、伸縮部材１１が身体に当接する場合には、着衣者の身体と伸縮部材１１との間からの空気の出入りを抑制して防風できる。勿論、その際には、伸縮部材１１が伸張して身体に沿うから、紐のように圧迫感はないし、運動性が良い。

さらに、請求項３のごとく、帯状の伸縮部材１１の一側縁部１１ａのみを裏地２の略全周に取付け、かつ、伸縮部材１１の他の側縁部１１ｂが身体に沿うようにしてあると、着衣者の略腰部を締付けることなくソフトに、かつ、より身体に沿わせやすくなる。なぜなら、伸縮部材１１の長さは、上衣１０の腰回り長さより短めに形成してあるので、表地１と同等か、ゆとりが持たせてある裏地２のそれよりも短い。伸縮部材１１の一側縁部１１ａのみを裏地２に取付けると、伸縮部材１１がそれ自体の長さになるように働く張力により、一側縁部１１ａにおける腰部周り長さより他の側縁部１１ｂにおけるそれの方が短くなり、着衣の際には、図３に示すように、側縁部１１ｂがより身体側に沿うことになるからである。

さらに、請求項５記載のごとく、表地１の下端部と裏地２の下端部を互いに連結してあると、運動の際に、表地１のみが裏地２とは関係なくパタついたり、ひっくり返ったりせず、見た目が良い。勿論、表地１と裏地２との間から風や雪の侵入を防止できることはいうまでもなく、裏地２を透湿防水性素材とすれば防水性及び保温性が良い。

上衣１０の裏地２に対する伸縮部材１１の取付位置は、請求項１０のごとく、バックネックからの長さＡを以下の範囲から選択してあると、着衣者の腰部付近の好ましくはベルトの若干下側位置となり好ましい（図３参照）。すなわち、このようにすれば、上衣１０の丈寸法如何によらず、伸縮部材１１が上衣１０における着衣者のベルトの若干下側に相当する位置となり、着衣者の身体に合わせて厳格に形成したり、着衣時に調整しなくても良い。

上衣１０の男女別各サイズに対応する伸縮部材１１の取付位置は、図４に示すように、
（１）男性用ＬＬサイズの上衣１０の場合、上衣１０のバックネックから下方約５０ｃｍから約５４ｃｍの範囲、
（２）男性用Ｌサイズの上衣１０の場合は、上衣１０のバックネックから下方約４８ｃｍから約５２ｃｍの範囲、
（３）男性用Ｍサイズの上衣１０の場合は、上衣１０のバックネックから下方約４６ｃｍから約５０ｃｍの範囲、
また、
（４）女性用Ｌサイズの上衣１０の場合は、上衣１０のバックネックから下方約３８ｃｍから約４４ｃｍの範囲、
（５）女性用Ｍサイズの上衣１０の場合は、上衣１０のバックネックから下方約３６ｃｍから約４０ｃｍの範囲、
（６）女性用Ｓサイズの上衣１０の場合は、上衣１０のバックネックから下方約３４ｃｍから約３８ｃｍの範囲である。
