【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は、ペットボトル内の飲料飲用時、ペットボトル本体より離脱するキャップの一時保持場所を確保するための、ペットボトルキャップ保持具に関するものである。

【従来の技術】
従来より、ペットボトル内の飲料飲用時のキャップは、室内においては机や床の上に、屋外においてはベンチや地面の上に直接置かれたり、歩きながらペットボトル内の飲料飲用時は掌に握り、衣類ポケットの中に確保するなど、何れの場合もペットボトル本体より離れた地点に確保されている。
このような状況を改善するためのアイデアとして、種々のものが市販されあるいは出願されているが、一例をあげればペットボトルの首部に係着可能なリングをプラスチック板などにより形成し、その先には棒状板並びにその先端にシール部材を表面に形成してなる円形プレートをもって構成されたペットボトル用キャップ保持具が知られている。この技術にあっては最先端部のシール部材の剥離紙を剥がしてシールを露呈した上で、閉じたキャップ上面に貼着することで棒状板が支えとなってキャップをはずした際も紛失しないものとなっている。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかしながら、これには次のような欠点があった。
棒状板が弾性を有しているため、ペットボトル内の飲料飲用時、棒状板先端の円形プレートにシールにて貼着されたキャップが上下左右に揺れ安定せず、煩わしさがある。
また、シール部材の剥離紙を使用しているため、他のペットボトルに使用しようとする時、剥離紙を新しいものと交換するか、個別に使い捨てとするのでないかぎり再利用ができない。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明は、前記の如き課題を解決するため、ペットボトル首部（１）に係着固定するためのアーム部（２）を設け、キャップ（３）を一時保持するためのキャップ挟込み部（４）を形成したものである。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、本発明の実施の形態を図面を基に説明する。
本発明は細長い舌片状で、ペットボトルの首部から胴体部にかけての曲線に沿わせることが可能な、柔軟素材により形成した保持具の上端より、ペットボトル首部（１）に係着可能なＵ字型の挟持片をアーム部（２）として延設形成し、かつ、該本体の舌片状の表面にあたる部位に、キャップ（３）をその円周の上下端において挟持可能なキャップ挟込み部（４）を形成したものである。
また、本発明においては、販売促進用品としても利用できるように、キャップ挟込み部（４）の下端方向へ広告スペース（６）を延設している。
本発明の装着及び使用方法について、図２を参照しつつ説明すれば、ペットボトル首部（１）に本発明のアーム部（２）を指にて押し込み係着し、キャップ挟込み部（４）にキャップ（３）を挟込み固定し、ペットボトル内の飲料物を飲用する。
本発明のキャップ挟込み部（４）の実施例にあっては、図１、図２に示すように、キャップ（３）の円周上下端が挟持可能形態としたが、キャップ挟込み部（４）を上部一箇所のみとしても同じ効果が得られる。
またさらなる他の実施例として、図３に示すようにキャップ挟込み部（４）を凹状に形成してもよい。さらに応用として図４に示すように、キャップ（３）の係着部を凸状円形とし、キャップ（３）の内径を前記係着部凸状円形の外径に嵌め込み可能なように形成しても同様の効果が得られる。
あるいは、本発明の挟込み部という概念に捕われることなく、図５に示すように当該構成部分に、キャップに▲るい▼合可能なネジ山の嵌合口（８）を形成するような構成を採ることも可能である（請求項２記載）。

【発明の効果】
本発明によれば、ペットボトル内の飲料飲用中のキャップ（３）はペットボトル本体（５）と一体化された状態にあり、キャップ（３）の置き場所に困ったり紛失することもなくなり、また、衛生面でも有効である。
キャップ保持具がペットボトル本体に固定されているため揺れず、煩わしさが軽減され、また、他のペットボトルにも再利用ができ経済的である。
