Description

【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
TECHNICAL FIELD The present invention relates to a rotary brush for an electric floor polisher used for floor cleaning of a building or the like.
[0002]
[Prior art]
The rotating brush used for the conventional electric floor polisher has a large number of bristle brushes made of fine filaments such as nylon containing a great number of abrasive grains on the bottom surface of a single disk-shaped brush flocking table. Things are often used.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
The rotating brush that rotates and cleans the floor by rotating horizontally on the floor like a record board has the effect of absorbing the rotational shaking of the implanted brush bristle material itself. When worn and the bristle feet become short, rotational sway occurs and uneven polishing occurs on the floor, so that it was necessary to repeatedly perform the operation over time.
The large rotation sway also contributed to the increase in worker fatigue. SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION Accordingly, an object of the present invention is to solve the problem of uneven polishing and to reduce the fatigue of an operator by suppressing the rotational vibration and shaking of the rotating brush.
Further, when the brush bristle material is worn by dividing the brush flocking table into a base and a flocking plate vertically, the brush flocking table can be disassembled and reused, thereby saving costs and resources. .
[0004]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The invention according to claim 1 of the present invention divides the brush flocking table 2 into upper and lower parts into a base 3 and a flocking plate 4, and uses a fine gap existing in a joint surface between the two and a difference in vertical hardness between the synthetic resins constituting the two. In this way, the rotational fluctuation is attenuated.
A circular base 7 having a circular projection 5 at the center of the upper surface is provided near the outer periphery or along the outer peripheral end, and the annular rib 7 is turned around. A plurality of detergent drop holes 9 through which the aqueous detergent flows out are provided.
A central hole 6 penetrating vertically is provided at the center of the circular protrusion 5, and the lower rotating body of the electric floor grinder is directly connected to the central hole 6 via a plate for use.
[0005]
Separately, a circular recess 4a in which the lower portion of the base 3 just fits is provided on the upper surface, and when the base 3 is mounted, the positions of the detergent drop holes 9 provided in the base 3 are all the same. Is provided with a disk-shaped flocking plate 4 having.
The base 3 is fitted and fixed to the concave portion 4a of the flocking plate 4. The fixing may be performed by using an adhesive, or by tightening with a wire or a string. It is efficient to fix using.
A tank for storing an aqueous detergent (hereinafter referred to as a detergent) is attached below the electric floor polishing machine, and an arbitrary amount of detergent flows on the upper surface of the brush flocking table 2 by pulling a lever provided on a handle, Furthermore, the structure is such that it flows along the brush bristle material 15 from the detergent dropping hole 9 and flows to the floor surface. Although the detergent dropping hole 9 is a triangular square, a semicircle, or a round shape such as a perfect circle, the shape, the installation position, and the number are not limited as long as the detergent can be dropped.
[0006]
Then, the bristle material 15 is implanted from the bottom of the implanted plate 4 to constitute the rotating brush 1 of the present invention. For the flocking, the central portion of a small bundle of brush bristle material 15 cut to a certain size is folded in two, and a soft wire such as stainless steel of about 0.5 mm is passed through the folded portion. There are two methods: a hand-planting method of pulling into a flocking hole having a diameter of about 7 to 8 mm, and a mechanical flocking method in which a procedure of automatically driving a U-shaped nail into a flocking hole while sandwiching the folded portion of the brush bristle material 15 is automatically performed. Are all universally used methods.
The brush flocking table 2 which is divided into upper and lower parts by the base 3 and the flocking plate 4 can be reused by removing the brush bristle material 15 which has become worn and old.
[0007]
The invention according to claim 2 of the present invention is characterized in that the fixing means has an annular groove 10 provided inside the circular projection 5 provided on the base 3, while the center of the concave portion 4 a provided on the upper surface of the flocking plate 4. Near the hole 6, an annular protrusion 12 having a shape just fitting into the annular groove 10 is provided. When the lower part of the base 3 is correctly fitted into the concave portion 4a of the flocking plate 4, the positions of the annular groove 10 and the annular protrusion 12 necessarily coincide.
In the present invention, the lower portion of the base 3 is simply fitted into the concave portion 4a of the flocking plate 4 without providing the annular groove 10 and the annular protrusion 12 at all. It works even if you just screw it in place.
However, by fitting the annular projection 12 into the annular groove 10, a so-called concave portion 4a and a double guard are formed, so that the screwing points are at least two points facing each other at equal intervals with the central hole 6 interposed therebetween. In addition, there is an advantage that it is not damaged even if it is accidentally dropped from the stairs.
[0008]
The annular groove 10 and the annular projection 12 are not limited to a continuous annular shape, but may be an interrupted annular shape. For example, a plurality of cylindrical grooves are provided under the circular protrusion 5 of the base 3 in a well-balanced manner, while a circular protrusion is provided near the center of the concave portion 4a so as to fit into the cylindrical groove. It is also possible. Their shape and number are arbitrary.
[0009]
According to a third aspect of the present invention, the plurality of plate-like ribs 8 extending from the outer peripheral side surface of the circular projection 5 provided on the base 3 toward the annular rib 7 are formed along the circumferential direction of the outer side surface of the base 3. Although provided at intervals, the plate-like rib 8 is not limited to a linear shape but may be a curved shape including a spiral shape.
The plate-like ribs 8 are provided so that the base 3 is not deformed by the rotational pressure. When the base 3 is further thickened or when a high-strength synthetic resin material is used, it can be completely eliminated.
However, it is preferable to provide the plate-shaped ribs 8 in order to reduce the weight of the base 3 or to manufacture it at low cost.
[0010]
The invention according to claim 4 of the present invention is a method of interposing the cushioning material 16 on the upper and lower joining surfaces of the base 3 and the flocking board 4.
It is preferable to use a low repulsion material for the cushioning material 16 because the use of a strong repulsion material amplifies the rotational swing instead of using a strong repulsion material. Depending on the material used, a rubber plate or sponge plate having a thickness of about 0.5 to 3 mm, or a coarse mesh Use non-woven fabric, cork or styrofoam board.
The above-mentioned cushioning material 16 may be laid on the upper surface of the concave portion 4a of the flocking plate 4 or the annular protrusion 12, or may be adhered on one side using an adhesive, or may be used entirely or partially.
When partially used, no adhesive may be used, and the lower portion may be slightly buried to prevent displacement, and in any case, it does not interfere with the detergent dropping hole 9.
In addition, a fine material such as sawdust or rubber is adhered with an adhesive, or a mixture of a viscous filler that does not solidify for a long time and a proper amount is mixed in a well-balanced manner as a buffer material 16 on the upper surface of the concave portion 4 a or the annular protrusion 12. Application is also conceivable. The object is to absorb the rotational fluctuation of the rotating brush 1 by the deformation of the cushioning material 16.
[0011]
In the rotary brush 1, the portion of the bristle material 15 where the degree of wear of the brush bristle material 15 is high is near the outer periphery, but the portion that directly receives the heavy pressure of the electric floor polisher is mainly directly below the base 3, and that portion is flocking. A flocking hole is provided in the plate 4, the brush bristle material 15 is always present in the flocking hole, and the flocking nail is driven into the base 3. The bottom portion of the flocking hole is slightly penetrated into the base 3 portion, and the base 3 can be removed, and the brush bristle material 15 can be pulled out from the flocking hole of the flocking plate 4 toward the base 3 side.
The flocking nails in the base 3 do not move slightly, but the brush bristle 15 that is folded in small bundles and drawn into the flocking holes is not closely fixed to each other for each adjacent filament. It has many partial gaps.
In response to the waves of the rotating brushes 1, they move delicately, and together with the fine movement of the gap existing at the joint surface between the base 3 and the flocking plate 4, a synergistic effect of absorbing the energy of shaking is exerted.
When the thickness of the concave portion 4a of the flocking plate 4 is 16 mm or more, it is not necessary to drive a flocking nail into the base 3 portion, and the flocking can be completed only by the flocking plate 4 portion, so that the effect of absorbing the energy of the rotational shaking can be obtained. Is further improved.
[0012]
Next, the synthetic resin constituting the base 3 and the flocking board 4 will be described. For example, the flocked plate 4 is made of a foamed material of polypropylene mixed with a rubber material, and the base 3 is preferably made of a synthetic resin which is harder in material than the flocked plate 4. Has an effect of absorbing the energy of the rotational sway.
Furthermore, a large number of fine gaps and spaces are generated in a well-balanced manner due to a so-called sink mark (strain) phenomenon that occurs around the back surface of the plate-like rib 8, the annular rib 7, and the detergent drop hole 9. In some cases, fine projections having a height of about 2 mm and a diameter of about 1 to 2 mm may be intentionally formed on the upper surface of the concave portion 4a.
By repeatedly contacting and separating from each other through the gap between the base 3 and the flocking plate 4, an effect of canceling the energy of the rotational swing is produced.
[0013]
When the cushioning member 16 is interposed, an air vent hole may be required, and the detergent dropping hole 9 plays a role. It is also conceivable to provide an optional air vent hole.
[0014]
As a means for fixing the base 3 and the flocking plate 4, a plurality of screws reaching the upper surface of the circular protrusion 5 of the base 3 are passed at equal intervals from the vicinity of the central hole 6 on the bottom of the flocking plate 4 and fixed with a nut. There is a way to do that. The screw holes of the flocking plate 4 have some play.
Conversely, a screw may be inserted from the circular projection 5 of the base 3 toward the flocking board 4. Further, for example, when using a wood screw reaching the circular protrusion 5 of the base 3 from the bottom surface of the flocked plate 4, it is assumed that a portion where the screw spiral portion under the neck is not provided has a substantial thickness of 10 mm of the flocked plate 4. It is preferable that the diameter of the hole 13 mm is larger than that, and the hole in the portion where the 13 mm is present is made larger by about 0.5 to 1.0 mm as a whole to have play.

BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
Next, an embodiment of a rotary brush for an electric floor polisher of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings.
Example 1
1 is a perspective view of a rotating brush, FIG. 2 is an exploded perspective view of a brush flocking table portion, FIG. 3 is a plan view of the brush flocking table, FIG. 4 is a sectional view taken along line AA of FIG. FIG. 6 is a front view, FIG. 6 is a bottom view, and FIG. 7 is a sectional view taken along the line BB of FIG.
Reference numeral 1 denotes a rotating brush, and a large number of brush bristle materials 15 are planted on the bottom surface of a brush flocking table 2 configured by vertically combining a base 3 and a flocking plate 4.
The disk-shaped base 3 has a circular protrusion 5 at the center of the upper surface, and further has a circular center hole 6 penetrating vertically at the center. On the outer peripheral end of the base 3, an annular rib 7 continuous along the outer periphery is wrapped around. The annular rib 7 is provided so that the detergent dropped on the upper surface of the base 3 from the electric floor polishing machine does not scatter around during rotation and flows into the detergent dropping hole 9 and has a height of about 15 mm to 25 mm.
[0016]
Eight plate ribs 8 radially extending from the outer surface of the circular protrusion 5 toward the annular rib 7 are provided at equal intervals along the circumferential direction of the outer surface of the base 3.
Eight triangular detergent dropping holes are provided near the position where the annular rib 7 and the plate-shaped rib 8 are in contact with each other.
[0017]
Similarly, the flocking plate 4 having a disc shape is larger than the diameter of the base 3. If the diameter of the base 3 is set to 330 mm, the diameter of the flocking plate 4 is preferably about 380 mm. The size refers to the standard size of the rotating brush 1 that is currently most frequently used, and will be described below with reference to this size. However, the size of the rotating brush 1 considerably changes the ratio of each part size.
A central hole 6 having a diameter of about 152 mm is provided at a position overlapping with the central hole 6 provided in the base 3 at the center of the flocking plate 4, and a recess having a diameter of slightly more than 330 mm and a depth of 10 mm centering on the circular central hole 6. 4a is provided. Since the lower part (base part) of the base 3 is also 10 mm thick, when the lower part of the base 3 is overlapped with the concave part 4 a of the flocking board 4, it is dimensioned to fit into a uniform surface, and provided on the base 3. Eight detergent drop holes 9 are provided at positions exactly overlapping with the detergent drop holes 9.
[0018]
As shown in FIG. 4, an annular groove 10 in which an annular projection 12 provided on a flocked plate 4 described later can be fitted is formed directly below the position where the circular projection is present and upward from the bottom surface of the base 3. It is provided around the ring.
Since the width of the annular groove 10 formed inside the center and below the circular protrusion 5 having a width of about 35 mm is set to about 19 to 20 mm, the annular groove side wall 11 near the center hole 9 forming the annular groove 10 is formed. Is set to about 8 mm.
On the other hand, at a position near the central hole 6 of the concave portion 4 a provided on the flocking plate 4, an annular protrusion 12 having a width just fitting in the annular groove 10 is provided.
When the annular projection 12 is fitted into the annular groove 10 of the base 3, a notch 13 having a width of slightly more than 10 mm is provided to cross a part of the annular projection 12 to prevent the idle rotation. Is provided at a position corresponding to the notch 13 with a protrusion that fits into the notch 13, but is provided with a protrusion provided for the purpose of fitting into the notch 13 and the notch 13. (Omitted) is not always necessary since screws 14 are usually screwed at a plurality of positions between the base 3 and the flocking plate 4.
[0019]
After the lower portion of the base 3 is fitted into the concave portion 4a of the flocking plate 4 in this manner, the screws 14 reaching the circular protrusion 5 of the base 3 with good balance from four locations near the central hole 6 on the bottom surface of the flocking plate 4 are attached. Fixed.
A large number of brush bristle materials 15 are planted on the bottom surface of the brush flocking table 2 composed of the base 3 and the flocking plate 4, that is, the lower surface of the flocking plate 4, to constitute the rotating brush 1 of the present invention.
[0020]
Example 2
FIG. 8 showing this embodiment is an enlarged longitudinal sectional view showing the rotary brush 1 in which the brush bristle material 16 is planted on the brush flocking table 2 of FIG.
At the joint surface between the base 3 and the flocking plate 4, the following cushioning material 16 is attached to the upper surface of the concave portion 4 a and the annular projection 12.
A filler that does not solidify for a long period of time is prepared, a suitable amount of coarse sawdust is mixed therein, and a material having an average thickness of about 2 to 3 mm is applied as a buffer material 16.
Since the energy of the rotational sway is absorbed by the fine deformation of the cushioning member 16, the effect of preventing the rotational sway is further improved.
[0021]
When a plate material such as a cork plate or a rubber plate is used as the cushioning material 16, it is desirable to use a plurality of plate materials thinned to about 0.5 to 1.0 mm.
In the present invention, the flocked plate 4 is provided with a concave portion 4a, and the lower portion of the base 3 is fitted therein to lower the center of gravity so as to obtain stable maneuverability.
[0022]
The flocked plate 4 is formed of a viscous synthetic resin material. In the case of the 380 mm diameter, the number of flocked holes distributed over the entire bottom surface usually ranges from about 550 to 600. It is conceivable that the concave portion 4a may slightly bend during rotation, but the problem was solved by mounting the rigid base 3 on the upper surface.
The outer peripheral portion of the flocking plate 4 forming the concave portion 4a has a large thickness. The lower portion of the base 3 is completely wrapped, and a drop impact that may occur during transportation such as loading on a car, and furthermore, a fixture or wall during operation. It plays a role in preventing damage to each other due to contact with baseboards.
[0023]
[Effects of the present invention]
The rotating brush 1 according to the present invention does not integrate the flocking table 2 but divides the base 3 and the flocking board 4 into upper and lower parts. In particular, a recess 4a is provided in the flocking board 4, and the lower part of the base 3 is fitted therein. Since the method is adopted, there is no danger that the set screw 14 will be loosened and separated during use, and there will be no risk of disassembly even if the rotating brush 1 is dropped from the stairs by mistake.
Regarding the reduction or elimination of the rotational sway of the rotary brush 1 which has been a concern for many years in the cleaning work, the energy of the rotational sway is finely contacted and separated from each other on the upper and lower joint surfaces of the base 3 and the flocking plate 4. Is absorbed by repeating the above.
When the cushioning material 16 is interposed between the joining surfaces, the deformation of the cushioning material 16 absorbs the rotational vibration.
In addition, since the flocking plate 4 has softness and viscosity compared to the hardness of the base 3, the difference in hardness at the joint surface between the two greatly contributes to the reduction of the energy of rotational vibration.
The concave portion 4a is provided on the upper surface of the flocking plate 4, and the lower portion of the base 3 is fitted therein to lower the center of gravity, which also contributes to the improvement of the operability of the rotating brush 1.
