【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は、多数のモップ糸が植設された払拭体と、払拭体に着脱可能に装着されるモップ柄体とを備えてなるハンディーなモップに関するものである。

【従来の技術】
従来、この種のモップとしては下記の特許文献１（文献中の図１３参照）に記載されたものが知られている。かかる文献記載のモップ５１は、図７に示すように、基布４の下面に多数のモップ糸９，９，９，・・・が植設され基布４の上面に袋開口６を有する袋部５が設けられた払拭体５２と、払拭体５２の袋部５内に挿入される舌片部１５を有するモップ柄体５３とを備えている。基布４の後上面１０には留め紐５４が縫着されている。
このモップ５１では、モップ柄体５３の舌片部１５を袋開口６から袋部５内に挿入したのち、留め紐５４をモップ柄体５３の取手部１４にくくり付けて使用するようになっている。一方、汚れた払拭体５２を交換するときは、留め紐５４をほどきモップ柄体５３を袋部５から抜いて新しいものと交換するようになっている。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
ところで、上記文献記載のモップ５１は、払拭体５２の固定時に留め紐５４の結び作業が必要であるため、払拭体５２の固定に手間と時間がかかる。因みに、業務としての払拭作業に用いる場合は多数の払拭体５２を取り替えて使用しなければならないが、取り替え作業が間に合わないことがあった。また、結んだ留め紐５４が被払拭物に引っ掛かって、結び目がほどけたり、逆に結び輪が無くなってほどけなくなることがあり、留め紐５４の結び目も見た目によくない。

本発明は、上記した従来の問題点に鑑みてなされたものであって、払拭体とモップ柄体の着脱に手間と時間のかからないモップの提供を目的とする。

上記目的を達成するために、本発明に係るモップは、基布の下面に多数のモップ糸が植設されているとともに基布の上面に袋開口を有する袋部が基布上面に沿って設けられている払拭体と、払拭体の袋開口から袋部内に挿入される舌片部を有するモップ柄体とを備えたモップにおいて、袋部の袋開口に臨む基布の上面に面ファスナの鉤体またはループ体を設け、袋部内の所定位置までモップ柄体の舌片部を挿入したときに基布上面の鉤体またはループ体と対面する位置の舌片部下面に、基布上面の鉤体またはループ体と係脱可能に係合する面ファスナのループ体または鉤体を設けた構成にしてある。

【発明の実施の形態】

各図において、この実施形態に係るモップ１は、基布４の下面に多数のモップ糸９，９，９，・・・が植設された払拭体２と、払拭体２に着脱可能に装着されるモップ柄体３とから成っている。

上記のように構成されたモップ１において、新たにまたは交換のために払拭体２をモップ柄体３に装着する場合を示す。まず、基布４の後上面１０を指で図４のように下向き（矢印Ｄ方向）に屈曲させる。この状態で、他方の手に持ったモップ柄体３の舌片部１５を袋開口６から袋部５内に差し込む（矢印Ｆ方向）。そのうち、舌片部１５の先端が袋部５内前端の最奥部に当接して止まる。この場合、ループ側部材１１は袋開口６よりも下方位置にあるため、舌片部１５側の鉤側部材１６はループ側部材１１と接触・干渉せず、舌片部１５の先端は袋部５内の前端まで円滑に導かれる。

上記したように、このモップ１は、モップ柄体３の舌片部１５を払拭体２の袋部５内に差し込むだけで、面ファスナ１９のループ側部材１１と鉤側部材１６が係合してモップ柄体３と払拭体２が固定される。払拭作業にあたっては、被払拭物に押し付けられる払拭体２と、力が加えられるモップ柄体３との間に、係合状態のループ側部材１１および鉤側部材１６が存在しているため、モップ柄体３と払拭体２はしっかりと固定されて離れない。また、係合状態の面ファスナ１９は舌片部１５と基布４の間に隠れて外から見えないので、モップ全体の外観がシンプルで見た目がよく、払拭作業中に被払拭物が面ファスナ１９に触れて支障を生じるといったこともない。

尚、上記の実施形態では、舌片部１５の下面に、別体である鉤側部材１６を取付けたモップ柄体３を例示したが、本発明はそれに限定されるものでなく、例えば図６に示すようなモップ柄体３ａも本発明に含まれる。モップ柄体３ａは合成樹脂製であり、略キノコ形状の鉤体１８ａが舌片部１５と一体に金型で成型されている。また、この鉤体１８ａは既述した鉤側部材１６の取付位置とほぼ同じ位置で舌片部１５下面に設けられている。鉤体１８ａは成型品であることによる強度低下を考慮し、既述した鉤体１８よりも太く形成されている。
このモップ柄体３ａによれば、モップ柄体への鉤体の取付け作業が不要となり、製作にかかる手間とコストを低減化することができる。

【発明の効果】
