Description

【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to an improvement of a comb scissors which is a kind of barber scissors.
[0002]
[Prior art]
As shown in FIG. 9, a comb scissors 100, which is a kind of barber scissors, has a typical configuration in which a comb blade 110 and a bar blade 120 are pivotally connected. Comb teeth 111 having different shapes are continuously provided. This makes it possible to comb the hair, that is, to cut the hair in a thinning manner. Hair not cut by the comb teeth 111 accumulates in the comb groove 112 between the comb teeth. For example, if the hair is combed with combing scissors 100 having a typical shape as shown in FIG. 9, one to two hairs can be cut out of ten hairs.
[0003]
However, the amount of hair to be combed is gusset depending on the taste, and there are various cases such as a case where the user wants to comb a lot and a case where the user wants to comb a little. For this reason, various types of comb scissors have been provided by making the blade width of the tip of the comb teeth various widths / narrowings.
[0004]
On the other hand, barber shops and hairdressers, who are users of card scissors, are also industries that require fashion, and for that purpose, they devise store decorations. Such demands also tend to be demanded for tools used for barbers, and various devices have been devised to be fashionable tools and props.
[0005]
Cutting scissors and comb scissors are also the targets of such innovations, and various design innovations are being made. For example, the comb scissors which have been conventionally seen have a comb shape that is linear as shown in FIG. 3, and therefore the comb groove is naturally also linear. However, for example, by forming the comb groove in a water drop shape as shown in FIG. 10 or by making the shape of the groove various shapes as shown in FIG. 11, it is not only a barber tool but also excellent in design. (Patent Documents 1 and 2).

A design gazette of similar design No. 1 of design registration No. 1101878
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
In this way, the comb scissors also have an excellent design by designing the comb teeth and comb grooves in various shapes. Therefore, the tip width of the comb teeth is determined by the design requirement. Come. In other words, although the width of the tip of the comb teeth affects the amount of hair combed by the comb scissors, the tip width determined by the design requirement and the tip width determined by the amount of hair to be combed by the scissors are: Generally, they do not match.
[0008]
In this way, we want to determine the design purely based on design considerations, while we want to determine the amount of hair to be combed out as a basic specification of combing scissors regardless of the design. In other words, we want to design the design and the functional characteristics of the card scissors without interfering with each other, but such a thing has not been achieved at present.
[0009]
Therefore, it is an object of the present invention that the comb scissors, while freely designing the shape and size of comb teeth and comb grooves, the amount of combing the hair of the comb scissors is affected by this design. An object of the present invention is to provide a comb scissors that can be freely designed without any need.
[0010]
Means for Solving the Problems and Effects of the Invention
In order to solve the above-mentioned problem, the invention according to claim 1 of the present application is a comb scissors having comb teeth connected in series, wherein the tip width of the comb teeth is the same as that of the blade provided on the scissor tip side of the tip width. A blade width adjusting portion provided on the base end side of the scissors having the distal end width and formed so as not to cut hair, wherein the blade width adjusting portion is formed so as to occupy a predetermined width ratio with respect to the distal end width. And a blade width adjusting unit for adjusting the blade width of the blade.
[0011]
Thus, as long as the blade width that affects the amount of hair cut by the comb scissors is within the range of the tip width of the comb tooth determined by the design requirement, the comb teeth can be freely designed regardless of the tip width. In other words, no matter what the shape of the comb teeth and the comb groove, the comb scissors will affect the basic performance of the comb scissors, the amount of hair combed, regardless of the width of the tip of the comb teeth. It can be decided without being done. In general, when cutting hair with scissors, the hair is cut while sliding over the blade of the scissors to the tip of the scissors. However, in the present invention, since a blade is provided at the tip of the scissors for each comb tooth, a part of the hair is cut. Can be slid toward the tip of the scissors without being cut and fall into the comb groove. That is, in the related art, the amount of hair to be combed is determined to some extent depending on the width of the tip of the comb tooth, but it is possible to reduce the amount of hair combed for the width of the tip.
[0012]
Although the comb scissors generally have a rod blade and a comb blade pivotally connected, the comb blades may have a comb blade that is pivotally connected to each other. In this case, the adjustment of the blade width to the comb teeth may be performed on only one of the comb blades, or may be performed on both. Further, although a large number of comb teeth are connected to one comb blade, the blade width adjusting portion may be provided for all of the comb teeth, or may be provided for only some of the comb teeth.
[0013]
The invention according to claim 2 is characterized in that the blade width adjusting portion is formed as a protruding portion that protrudes from the blade and can divide the hair into right and left. "Separate into left and right" does not mean that hair must be separated into both left and right sides, and it is of course good to let hair into either side.
This allows the blade width adjustment unit to separate the hair into left and right sides when cutting the hair with comb scissors, so that even if the hair is released to the side of the blade, the hair is only the width of the blade with the blade. When cut, the other hair slides on the blade and falls into the comb groove, where it collects, that is, only the amount of hair corresponding to the width of the blade is combed.
[0014]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
Next, combing scissors according to an embodiment of the present invention will be described.
As shown in FIG. 1, a comb scissors 1A is a comb scissors 1 in which a comb blade 10 and a bar blade 20 are pivotally connected. Comb teeth 11 are connected to the comb blade 10, and a comb groove 12 formed between the comb teeth 11 is formed in a water droplet shape. Therefore, the portion of the comb teeth 11 close to the root has a constricted shape, and the width increases toward the tip of the comb teeth 11.
[0015]
As shown in FIG. 2, the distal end of the comb tooth 11 has a distal end width W provided on the scissor distal end side A having the distal end width W and a scissor proximal end side B having the distal end width W. And a blade width adjusting section 14.
[0016]
The blade width adjusting portion 14 is formed as a protruding portion 15 that protrudes from the blade 13 and has a substantially semicircular apex. The shape of the protruding portion on the blade side (the left side of the protruding portion in FIG. 2) has a gentle angle. Of the skirt 16. Further, the blade width adjusting portion 14 is not provided with a blade at any portion along its shape line. Therefore, even when the hair is sandwiched and closed with the comb scissors 1, the blade width adjusting portion 14 and the bar blade 20 are not used. The hair that is sandwiched between the two is divided into a right and left half-circle without being cut. The hair divided on the right side in FIG. 2 falls into the comb groove 12 as it is, but the hair divided on the left side slides on the hem portion 16 and falls on the blade, and although part of the hair is cut, the blade as a whole is The amount of hair corresponding to the width W is cut, and the rest slides down into the comb groove 12 on the left side.
[0017]
The blade width adjusting portion 14 is formed so as to occupy a predetermined width ratio (W: Y) with respect to the tip width W of the comb teeth 1 when designing and manufacturing comb scissors. Thus, the blade width adjusting unit 14 can adjust the blade width X of the blade 13 to be smaller than the tip width W, and as a result, can determine the blade width X without being restricted by the design.
[0018]
Even with the same design of comb scissors, the blade width X (= c) shown in FIG. 2 can be variously changed to a, b, d, etc., so that even with the same design, the amount of combing the hair varies. It can be changed to
[0019]
The comb scissors 1B shown in FIG. 3 is also the comb scissors 1 in which the comb blade 10 and the bar blade 20 are pivotally connected. Compared to the comb scissors 1A of FIG. 1, there is not much difference except for the width of the comb teeth, and the tip width W of the comb teeth 11 is provided on the scissor tip side A of the tip width W as shown in FIG. The blade 13 is divided into a blade 13 and a blade width adjusting portion 14 provided on the base end side B of the scissors with the distal end width W. The blade 13 may be provided with a concave portion 17 for preventing the hair from slipping as shown in FIG.
Alternatively, like the comb scissors 1C shown in FIGS. 6 and 7, the width of the comb teeth may be formed to be equal. Further, a non-slip recess 17 similar to that shown in FIG.
[0020]
Further, in FIG. 5, one recess 17 is provided from the scissor tip side A of the blade width of the blade 13, and in FIG. . Even in the case where the blade width adjusting unit 14 is provided to reduce the amount of combing the hair, if the hair slides on the blade 13 and cannot be combed off at all, it may be slightly inconvenient. Such a contrivance may be made, for example, when the amount of combing is desired.
In addition, the present invention may be embodied in any form within the scope of the present invention.
