TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a method for laying a cable used for communication, electric power, broadcasting, etc. inside an underground pipe, and in particular, an elastic spiral inside the underground pipe where the cable is already laid. The present invention relates to a method for laying a new cable using a body and an elastic spiral body used for the method.
[0002]
[Prior art]
In general, there have been the following two methods for laying a plurality of cables in one underground pipe.
(1) A method of sequentially or simultaneously laying a plurality of cables as they are in an underground pipe (for example, see Patent Documents 1 and 2).
(2) A system in which a rigid and flexible inner pipe for protecting the cable is laid inside the underground pipe where the cable is laid, and a new cable is laid inside the inner pipe (for example, Patent Document 1) And Patent Document 3).

[Patent Document 3]
JP-A-11-113147 ([0001], [0002])
[0004]
However, in the above method (1), a new cable is pulled and laid in the underground pipe for, for example, several tens of meters or about 100 m when it is long, or the existing cable is subsequently removed. 7, when the existing cable 102 and the new cable 103 inside the underground pipe 101 come into direct contact with each other, the cables are rubbed or entangled with each other, resulting in damage to the cable. There was a defect. In addition, the newly installed cable 103 comes into contact with two points 104 on the inner surface of the underground pipe 101 and the outer peripheral surface of the existing cable 102, so that there is a problem that the installation tension is increased.
[0005]
Further, in the method (2), as shown in FIG. 8, in order to prevent the existing cable 102 from being rubbed and damaged when the inner pipe 105 is laid, the inner surface of the inner pipe 105 and the underground pipe 101 and Since a certain gap is required between the existing cable 102 and the diameter of the inner pipe 105, the thickness of the new cable 103 that can be accommodated inside the inner pipe 105 is limited. There was a problem called.
[0006]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
The present invention has been made in view of the above-described problems, and an object of the present invention is to eliminate direct contact between an existing cable and a new cable, reduce the number of contact points of the new cable in an underground pipe, and lay a cable. And a cable laying method that secures a large cable laying accommodation space in the underground pipe and allows a new cable with a larger diameter than the conventional method to be installed alongside the existing cable and laid in the pipeline, and An object of the present invention is to provide an elastic spiral used.
[0007]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, a first aspect of the present invention relates to a cable laying method for laying a new cable inside a buried pipe in which a lifeline cable for communication or the like is already laid. In addition, a space for accommodating a new cable is secured and an elastic spiral body for separating the cable from the existing cable is laid, and the new cable is laid in the elastic spiral body.
[0008]
According to a second aspect of the present invention, in the first aspect, a wire is passed through the inside of the elastic spiral body, and a part of the distal end of the wire is fixed to the distal end of the elastic spiral body. Connecting the portion of the wire extending beyond the distal end of the elastic spiral to another wire of the elastic spiral tow, and towing the elastic spiral tow. Thereby, the elastic spiral body is laid inside the underground pipe in a state where the stretched diameter is reduced while being wound in the direction of the spiral, and a tip end of the elastic spiral body is formed of the underground pipe. At the point when it appears at the exit end, the tip of the elastic spiral is held down by the exit end of the underground pipe, and the elastic spiral is pulled by the elastic spiral tow line. By releasing the laying tension of the body, the existing spiral cable is inserted inside the elastic spiral body. While being separated, a space for accommodating the new cable is secured, and the new cable fixed to the rear end of the wire passing through the inside of the elastic spiral body is pulled by the wire. Thereby, it is characterized by being laid inside the elastic spiral body.
[0009]
Furthermore, the invention according to claim 3 provides an elastic helical body used in the method according to claim 1 or 2 in an ordinary state in which the outer periphery of an existing cable in the underground pipe and the inner surface of the underground pipe. And a long spiral body having a diameter substantially equivalent to the distance between them and having a length substantially equal to the length of the underground pipe.
[0010]
Furthermore, the invention of claim 4 extends the elastic helical body used in the method according to claim 1 or 2 while being entangled in the direction of the helix by the tension at the time of laying in the underground pipe. It is characterized in that the spiral body has a smaller diameter and returns to its original state when the tension is released after the cable is laid in the underground pipe.
[0011]
Further, in the invention according to claim 5, the elastic spiral body according to claim 4 is equivalent to a distance between an outer circumference of an existing cable in the underground pipe and an inner surface of the underground pipe in a normal state. And a long spiral body having a length substantially equal to the length of the underground pipe.
[0012]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, an embodiment of a cable laying method using an elastic spiral body according to the present invention will be described with reference to the related drawings.
[0013]
FIG. 1 shows an underground pipe 3 buried between the handholes 1a and 1b spanning several tens of meters or about 100m when the span is long, and an existing cable 2 is laid inside the pipe. FIG. 2 is a schematic view of a state in which an elastic spiral body 4 according to the present invention is laid, FIG. 2 is an enlarged view of a state in which the elastic spiral body 4 in FIG. 1 is laid, and FIG. 3 is an AA ′ line in FIG. It is sectional drawing in a line.
[0014]
In a normal state, the elastic spiral body 4 has a diameter substantially equal to the distance between the outer peripheral surface of the existing cable 2 in the underground pipe 3 and the inner surface of the underground pipe 3, Due to the tension at the time of laying in the underground pipe 3, it expands while being wound in the direction of the helix, and its diameter becomes small. Returning here, it is assumed that it is a long spiral body laid over substantially the entire length of the underground pipe 3, and is constituted by a flexible spiral body made of a wire or a plate.
[0015]
First, as shown in FIG. 1, an elastic helical body 4 tied on the handhole 1a side to a tow line 5 previously passed through the inside of the underground pipe 3 is attached to a worker on the handhole 1b side. 6 lays inside the underground pipe 3 by towing the tow line 5.
[0016]
As shown in FIG. 2, a wire 7 is passed through the inside of the elastic spiral 4, and a part of the end of the wire 7 is elastically taped by the tape 8 at the tip of the elastic spiral 4. It is fixed to the spiral 4. A wire 7 extending beyond the distal end of the elastic helix 4 is connected to a wire 5 for pulling the elastic helix. Accordingly, the wire 7 and the elastic spiral 4 are towed from the entrance end of the underground pipe 3 to the inside by pulling the elastic spiral tow wire 5 and at the time of this tow. The elastic body 4 is laid inside the underground pipe 3 in a state where the stretched diameter d1 (see FIG. 3) is reduced while being wound in the spiral direction. At this time, since a gap is formed between the peripheral surface of the elastic spiral body 4 and the inner surface of the underground pipe 3 and the outer peripheral surface of the existing cable 2, the elastic spiral body 4 is easily formed by the towing wire 5. Can be towed.
[0017]
When the leading end of the elastic spiral body 4 appears at the outlet end of the underground pipe 3 on the handhole 1b side by pulling the wire 5, the distal end of the elastic spiral body 4 is placed underground. When the laying tension T of the elastic spiral body 4 is released by holding down the exit end of the buried pipe 3 and pulling the wire 5, the elastic spiral body 4 is placed inside the underground pipe 3 as shown in FIG. As described above, the pipe is returned to the original state and laid substantially over the entire length of the underground pipe 3. FIG. 5 is a cross-sectional view taken along line AA ′ of FIG.
[0018]
When the elastic spiral 4 is laid in the underground pipe 3 and the tension of the elastic spiral 4 is released and the spiral is stretched and the spiral is returned to the original state, FIG. As is clear from FIG. 2, the elastic spiral body 4 spreads in the underground pipe 3 between the outer peripheral surface of the existing buried pipe 7 and the inner surface of the underground pipe 3. Therefore, as shown in FIG. 8, a gap between the inner surface of the underground pipe 101 and the outer peripheral surface of the existing cable 102 and the outer peripheral surface of the inner pipe 105, which is required for the installation of the inner pipe 105, becomes unnecessary. Therefore, it is possible to secure a larger cable laying accommodation space than in the conventional method. That is, when the conventional inner pipe 105 is used, since a certain gap is required between the inner pipe 105 and the inner surface of the underground pipe 101 and the existing cable 102, the underground pipe 101 having an inner diameter of 50 mm is required. When the existing cable 102 having an outer diameter of 25 mm is laid, the inner pipe 105 that can be laid is considered to have an outer diameter of up to 20 mm, but when the elastic spiral body 4 according to the present invention is used, When the elastic spiral body 4 is laid inside the underground pipe 3, the diameter of the elastic spiral body 4 is pulled to be about 80% of the diameter before the installation, so that It is possible to lay the elastic spiral body 4 of about 24 mm, and it is possible to secure a cable laying space about 4 mm larger than in the past.
[0019]
FIG. 6 is a schematic diagram of a situation in which a new cable 9 is laid inside the elastic spiral body 4. At the entrance side of the underground pipe 3, the tip of the new cable 9 is connected to the conductor 7 by the fixture 10, so that the conductor 7 is pulled at the outlet side of the underground pipe 3. The new cable 9 is laid in the elastic spiral 4.
[0020]
Since the new cable 9 is laid in the elastic spiral body 4, it is protected from damage to the cable due to rubbing with the existing cable 2. Further, since the elastic spiral 4 has no contact with the new cable 9 in the gap of the spiral pitch P, the contact area with the new cable 9 elastic spiral 4 is smaller than that of the conventional inner pipe method, Since the frictional force generated at the time of the laying of No. 9 is reduced, the cable can be laid with a smaller tension as compared with the laying of the new cable on the conventional inner pipe.
[0021]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the cable laying method using the elastic spiral body according to the present invention, it is possible to secure a cable accommodation space isolated from the existing cable, and to prevent damage to the cable due to rubbing with the existing cable. be able to. Further, a larger cable accommodating space can be secured than in the conventional method, so that a cable having a larger diameter than in the conventional method can be laid.
[0022]
In addition, compared to the conventional inner pipe, the cable laying inside the elastic helical body has less surface where the cable and the elastic helical body come in contact, so it is possible to lay with less tension and remove the existing cable compared to the conventional method. Therefore, the environment for the cable laying operation is poor, and the cable can be laid when the laying tension is limited.
