Description

【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a CAD that outputs a three-dimensional model of a product according to the shape and posture of an individual by developing and assembling a developed model.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, a human body shape has many complicated curved surfaces, and a plaster was cast and plaster was further poured into the plaster. In particular, lasts are wooden, plastic, and metal. The three-dimensional cutting time is very time-consuming and costly, and there were methods of stereolithography and lamination, but it required a storage place, and it was difficult to dispose of the waste, cutting dust, and unnecessary bodies. 0003
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
The problem to be solved is to replace the model type of the product solid based on the human body shape covered by a complex curved surface with a simple curved surface and a plane model type, and to expand and assemble model type that can process plate materials, When the necessary parameters of the target product are input, the developed view is output instantaneously, and the developed and assembled human body model model suitable for the body shape can be created.
[0004]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
According to the present invention, first, a feature point (1) of a body shape and a feature point (2) of a product are associated with each other by taking into account room and elongation of material, and the shape can be controlled by a controllable curve connecting the feature points. The basic model type (FIG. 5) is prepared. A model-type surface is a polygon that shares the division points on the surface and the curve on the surface and alternately connects the feature points, the division points between the feature points and the curve (6), and the division points that connect the opposite feature points. (7). As a result, even if the surface is developed, there is no gap and it is assembled in a three-dimensional manner. Triangular polygons can determine the length of each side and their respective angles from the coordinate values of vertices and have coordinate values as two-dimensional triangles. Vertices that are shared by adjacent three-dimensional polygons of the same set can be sequentially moved and connected to vertices that are shared in common on a plane to generate a polygon group development surface (FIG. 3). The plane development plane block is assembled as an entire development view so as not to overlap or have a defect, and coordinates are moved for each block while connecting selected common vertices to create a basic development view. Glue margins and insertions are provided to enable the actual mold to be processed with paper or the like to make it usable, and the developed and assembled human body model model is developed (FIG. 5). When a polygon having the same basic model shape as that of the completed state is deformed according to the individual's body, the developed view changes at the same time, so that a developed and assembled human body shape model type adapted to the individual's body can be obtained instantaneously.
[0005]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
If it is a model type related to human body shape, various types such as dress mannequin, fixed type of fractured part, orthosis type, gloves, hat etc. can be developed and assembled human type model type, but it is said that it can not be done most with paperboard I tried to do it for the last I had. Prepare a three-dimensional basic model (Fig. 6) consisting of curved surfaces (3) and planes that can be developed for shoes, group triangular polygons for each curved surface (Fig. 4), and easily assemble each planar development block. The bottom part (7) and the upper part (8) are connected separately, and the fold line (14), glue allowance (9), insertion velvet (10), and insertion hole (11) required for assembling the last. In addition, necessary functions as a last, such as an insole mounting hole (12), are added to make a developed and assembled last figure.
[0006]
【Example】
FIG. 6 is a view of a basic model last when a deployable assembled last is assembled, and FIG. 5 is a developed view of the deployable last that is developed according to the shape.
[0007]
【The invention's effect】
You do not need to know the development plan, you can select the type of product, enter the measurement result of the foot, the height of the heel, etc., even if it is a fully tailor-made shoe, You can instantly obtain a development drawing of the material, so you can cut and assemble board materials such as paperboard and fill it with fillings if necessary at the time of bottoming, making it possible to make shoe lasts at low cost Was. Originally, it is an unfolded last, so it is easy to draw out a development plan of the upper based on it, and the design can be directly written on it and cut out to become the upper design of the shoe, so it can be used for mock-up. If it is paper, it does not take up space for storage. Disposal is easy.
