Description

【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a flood hose for a washing machine.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, a flood hose has a flat hose having a predetermined width outside a bellows-shaped bent portion described in Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 7-7901 in order to reduce the impact sound of unpleasant water. .
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, since the flood hose is formed outside the bellows-like bent portion because it is a flat portion, if it is bent with a small radius of curvature, there is a problem that it buckles inward of the bent portion. Further, the flat portion has only a predetermined width of the bent portion, and since there is unevenness due to the bellows around the bent portion, there is a problem that dust is easily accumulated in the uneven portion and the hose is clogged.
[0004]
The present invention has been made in view of the above problems, and an object of the present invention is to provide a water overflow hose in which the hose does not buckle and dust does not accumulate in the bent portion.
[0005]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The present invention provides a resin hose in which a bellows portion is formed at least in a part of the longitudinal direction, and the bellows portion is piped as a bent portion. In the circumferential direction, the depth of the folds is different from each other in a bellows shape in which the fold deep portion and the fold shallow portion are integrally formed, and the fold deep portion is arranged on the inner peripheral side of the bent portion and contracted, while the shallow fold portion is formed in the bent portion. By arranging the folds on the outer peripheral side to expand the folds, the inner peripheral surface is made substantially smooth.
[0006]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, an embodiment of a flood hose according to the present invention will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings.
[0007]
FIG. 1 is an overall view, partially in longitudinal section, showing an embodiment of a flood hose according to the present invention. In the overflow hose 1, a straight pipe portion 2a, a bellows portion 3, and a straight pipe portion 2b are formed of a polyolefin resin along the longitudinal direction. It is integrally formed continuously by blow molding with a synthetic resin or the like. A non-slip slit 4 is formed on the outer peripheral surface of the straight pipe portion 2a of the overflow hose 1. A connection part 5a having a large inner diameter is formed at one end of the overflow hose 1, and a bent connection part 5b is formed at the other end.
[0008]
FIG. 2 is a partially enlarged cross-sectional view of FIG. 1, and a fold deep portion 31 in which a height difference between a peak portion 31 a and a valley portion 31 b is increased in substantially half of the circumferential direction of the bellows portion 3 having annular irregularities, A fold shallow portion 32 in which the height difference between the peak portion 32a and the valley portion 32b is reduced in approximately the other half of the circumferential direction.
[0009]
FIG. 3 is a cross-sectional view taken along the line XX in FIG. 2, and the bellows portion 3 includes a fold deep portion 31 formed by a peak portion 31a and a valley portion 31b, and a fold shallow portion 32 formed by a peak portion 32a and a valley portion 32b. Are formed continuously along the circumferential direction.
[0010]

The drainage device 7 is provided with the overflow hose 1 and the drainage hose 71.
[0011]
FIG. 5 is a partial cross-sectional overall view of the overflow hose in a bent state in FIG. 4, and the overflow hose 1 has a bellows portion 3 bent at a substantially right angle. This piping is performed by arranging the deep fold portion 31 inside the bent portion and the shallow fold portion 32 outside the bent portion. A connecting portion 5a formed at one end of the overflow hose 1 and having a large inner peripheral diameter is connected to the overflow hole 67, and a connecting portion 5b formed at the other end is connected to the drainage device 7. The fold deep portion 31 contracts and bends inside the bent portion, and the fold shallow portion 32 expands outside the bent portion, and the inner and outer peripheral surfaces thereof are deformed almost smoothly.
[0012]
FIG. 6 is a partially enlarged vertical cross-sectional view showing another embodiment of the overflow hose according to the present invention, in which the height difference between the peak 31a and the valley 31b is increased in substantially half of the bellows 3 in the circumferential direction. In the other half of the circumferential direction, the width w of the peak 32a is gradually reduced, and the shallow fold 32 is formed in which the valley 32b is wide and almost flat.
[0013]
FIG. 7 is a cross-sectional view showing the bent state of FIG. 6, in which the bellows part 3 is bent at substantially a right angle. In this bent state, the deep fold 31 is inside the bend and the shallow fold 32 is the bent part. It is located outside. The deep fold portion 31 contracts and bends inside the bent portion, and the shallow fold portion 32 expands outside the bent portion, and the inner and outer peripheral surfaces thereof are deformed almost smoothly.
