→{sato@aaa.bbb.ccc,yama@ddd.eee.fff}」という行は、メッセージの差出人のIDが、saito@aaa.bbb.cccであれば、転送先の候補IDが、sato@aaa.bbb.ccc及びyama@ddd.eee.fffであることを示す。

Another conventional message transmitting / receiving apparatus has a configuration similar to that shown in FIG. 13. When a message is received (step T1) as shown in the sequence diagram of FIG. 16, the message transmitting / receiving apparatus specifies the received message. (Step T2). Then, the message is automatically transferred based on the transfer determination result (step T3). That is, in this message transmitting / receiving apparatus, information on a transfer rule including a condition regarding an attribute of a received message, such as a subject and a sender, and an ID of a transfer destination is stored. When receiving the message, the message transmission / reception device checks whether or not the message matches the transfer rule (ie, determines transfer). If this transfer condition is met, the message is automatically transferred to the corresponding transfer destination.
[0009]
In addition, the operator creates an e-mail, searches the titles of sent / received e-mails sent and received in the past based on the search conditions, and uses the e-mails corresponding to the search conditions as destination e-mail addresses as e-mail destination candidates. Display on the display device. An operator selects a destination from among the displayed destination candidates, sets the selected address as an e-mail destination, and transmits an e-mail by a network communication device. (For example, see Patent Document 1). Further, an electronic mail transfer device capable of transferring electronic mails addressed to a plurality of users to various destinations according to predetermined conditions has been disclosed (for example, see Patent Document 2).
