Abstract
Description
【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a dust collector dust hopper which is installed below an exhaust gas dust collector of an electric furnace used for melting a metal material, refining a molten metal, and storing dust.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, as a dust clogging prevention device for dust collectors and dust collectors for electric furnace exhaust gas, a method of attaching a vibration generator to the side surface of the hopper, vibrating the hopper side surface, and dropping and discharging dust by the vibration is generally used. Was used.
This vibration generator has a small amount of dust falling on the hopper, and is effective in separating dust adhering to the side surface of the hopper when dust is not stored in the hopper.
[0003]
However, in actual operation of the exhaust gas dust collector, the amount of dust that greatly exceeds the discharge speed of the dust discharge device attached to the filter installed at the top of the dust collector falls into the hopper due to pulse jet or backwashing. There is.
In addition, when dust adhering to the inner surface of the exhaust gas duct or the inner surface of the hopper is solidified and the solidified dust is separated due to vibration, thermal expansion, or the like, a large amount of dust is often mixed with the dust stored in the hopper of the dust collector.
The large amount of dust accumulated in the hopper, which significantly exceeds the discharge speed of these dust discharge devices, promotes shelving of the dust in the hopper, which is compacted by the vibrating device, resulting in a large amount of dust clogging.
[0004]
In addition, the large lump mixed into the dust collected in the dust collector hopper promotes the shelving of the dust in the hopper and causes dust clogging.
Further, moisture in the dust also promotes shelving of the hopper by dust in the hopper, causing dust to be clogged.
To solve this problem, Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 5-49969 discloses a dust collector provided with a dust drying plate.
However, this prior art is effective when shelves are hanging due to a large amount of moisture, but when a large amount of dust is dropped by pulse jet or back washing as described above, When large lumps were mixed, dust clogging often occurred.
[0005]
In Japanese Utility Model Laid-Open Publication No. 6-81643, a reverse spiral screw conveyor is disposed below a dust collecting hopper of an electric dust collector, and the screw conveyor is rotated to scrape dust to form an inner wall of the dust collecting hopper. There is disclosed a dust discharging device that separates and breaks down dust that is fixed on a shelf.
However, this prior art is directed to an elongated triangular prism-shaped hopper, not a cone or pyramid-shaped hopper, which is the object of the present invention, and scrapes and discharges dust by a screw conveyor installed at the lower part of the hopper. This was the target device, and the effect of preventing dust hanging by stirring the dust was insufficient.
