【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a method of transporting chairs by transporting trucks by storing unpacked chairs above and below a plurality of mounting tables, and a mounting table used in the transport method. Note that the chair in the unpacked state according to the present invention includes a thin plastic bag for dust evasion, and an object in which cushioning cardboard or the like is sandwiched between adjacent chairs.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, when transporting a chair by truck, for example, the chair is packed in a packing box having a buffer function (see Patent Documents 1 and 2) and transported in a plurality of stages. However, in recent years, the packing box is regarded as a bulky dust body after use, and is not preferable from the viewpoint of environmental problems. In addition, time and labor are required for packing, and the packing creates a wasteful space, resulting in poor transport efficiency. In recent years, a special transport packaging container has been developed in which the amount of disposal of the packaging material is reduced by transporting the package as barely as possible without packaging (see Patent Document 3).

[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, the one described in Patent Document 3 is close to bare conveyance, but does not completely eliminate the waste package, and is not suitable for stack conveyance in which the stack is conveyed for space utilization.
[0005]
The present invention has been made in view of such a situation, and provides a method of transporting a chair that can avoid the use of a package and can increase the load by stacking and transporting, and a mounting table used in the transport method. It is intended to do so.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to solve the above problems, a method for transporting a chair according to the present invention is a method for transporting a chair by transporting a truck by storing unpacked chairs above and below a plurality of mounting tables, wherein the chair is transported from the back side of a truck bed. A plurality of chairs are placed on a mounting table having legs, and a plurality of chairs are stacked in a state where a plurality of chairs are stored in a lower part, and a plurality of chairs are similarly loaded on the upper and lower sides of the mounting table adjacent to the loading table. The chairs are stacked and transported repeatedly.
According to this feature, the chairs in the unpacked state can be sequentially loaded in the upper and lower two stages, so that the loading efficiency is good and the weight of the upper chair is supported by the mounting table, so that the lower chair acts directly as a load. Nothing.
[0007]
In the method of transporting a chair according to the present invention, it is preferable that the support legs of the chair are covered with a soft sheet and stored above and below the mounting table.
In this way, even if the support legs have casters or the like, rotation is restricted, and even if the support legs come into contact with other chairs during loading, they are alleviated by the soft seat.
[0008]
The mounting table of the present invention is a mounting table used for a method of transporting chairs for transporting unpacked chairs by a truck, wherein the mounting table has a mounting plate on which a chair can be mounted, and the mounting plate. And a leg having a height capable of accommodating a chair on a lower surface of the mounting plate, wherein the leg is folded or detachably provided on the lower surface of the mounting plate.
According to this feature, the weight of the chair above is supported by the mounting table, and the chair can be stored below the mounting table, so that efficient loading is possible, and the mounting table is folded or removed by folding the legs. Since the table can be formed in a flat shape, the mounting table can be stored compactly when no chair is loaded.
[0009]
In the mounting table of the present invention, it is preferable that the mounting plate is formed of a grid-like horizontal frame and a soft body stretched on the horizontal frame.
According to this configuration, the chair is placed on the soft material, and the soft material is slightly bent, so that the movement of the chair on the loading plate can be restrained.
[0010]
In the mounting table of the present invention, it is preferable that the legs of the mounting table include main legs provided at four corners of the mounting plate and auxiliary legs other than the four corners.
With this configuration, when the weight of the chair placed on the mounting table increases, the mounting table can be stabilized by additionally using the auxiliary legs.
[0011]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
[0012]
1 to 3 show an embodiment of the present invention. FIG. 1 is a front view showing a state in which a plurality of unpacked chairs are stored and placed on a truck bed, and FIG. A front view showing a state in which unpacked chairs are stored above and below the mounting table on the back side of the truck bed, (b) is a cross-sectional view taken along the line AA of (a), and (a) of FIG. FIG. 7B is an explanatory diagram of a procedure for accommodating a chair on the loaded mounting table, and FIG. 9B is an explanatory diagram illustrating an arrangement of the mounting table accommodating the chair.
[0013]
First, an embodiment according to the chair transport method of the present invention will be described. Reference numeral 2 shown in FIG. 1 denotes a box-shaped carrier of a large truck 1 of, for example, an 11 ton product. The carrier 2 has opening and closing doors 4a and 4b which can be opened and closed greatly up and down from about middle divisions on both longitudinal sides. 5a and 5b (see FIG. 2b).
[0014]
These open / close doors include upper doors 4a and 5a that can be opened upward on both left and right sides via hinge bodies H at the middle of the divided roof in the width direction, and lower doors 4b that can open downward at both ends in the width direction of the bed floor. , 5b, and the box-shaped carrier 2 is hermetically closed by closing the doors 4a, 4b and 5a, 5b.
[0015]
Therefore, when storing a large number of unpacked chairs 10 inside the loading platform 2, as shown in FIGS. 2A and 2B, the loading platform 12 having the main legs 13 at the four corners is used. Is loaded at the back of
[0016]
The mounting table 12 used in the present embodiment has a total length substantially equal to the internal width of the loading platform 2 of the truck 1, and a lattice-shaped horizontal frame described later has a predetermined height at the upper ends of the plurality of main legs 13. It is provided so that it becomes.
[0017]
These main legs 13 are configured to have a height capable of accommodating the chair 10 on the lower surface of the lattice-shaped horizontal frame 16, and have a longitudinal dimension of four chairs 10 as shown in FIG. It is configured with a length that can accommodate. If the four main legs 13 are not sufficient to support the load, an auxiliary leg 18 may be further detachably provided substantially at the center in the longitudinal direction as shown in FIG.
[0018]
Here, the chair 10 accommodated in the mounting table 12 is, for example, a swivel chair having a structure in which a plurality of casters are provided on supporting legs below the chair 10, and the mounting table 12 has a maximum width of the chair 10. The width is longer than the armrest width, and the longitudinal dimension is configured to be able to accommodate four chairs side by side. However, it is needless to say that it is appropriately changed in consideration of the size of the chair and the size of the bed of the truck. Absent.
[0019]
Therefore, when the plurality of chairs 10 are transported by truck, if the upper doors 4a, 5a on one side are greatly opened, as shown in FIGS. The four chairs 10 are sequentially stored on the lower surface of the mounting table 12 in a state of being mounted on the floor F from the back side (driver's seat side), and stretched on the upper surface of the grid-like horizontal frame 16 of the mounting table 12. The four chairs 10 are also sequentially placed on a seat 24 (see FIG. 5) as a placement plate made of the soft material.
[0020]
Since these chairs 10 are temporarily stored in a relay warehouse or a collection and distribution place in the process of reaching a final user when transporting a truck, the chairs 10 are formed of a soft sheet such as a thin plastic bag to prevent dirt and damage. Cover 15 is put on. Preferably, when the cover 15 is covered so as to cover the casters of the support legs, the rotation of the support legs with casters and the like is limited, and the support legs are connected to other chairs during loading. Even if they come into contact, they are alleviated by the cover 15.
[0021]
In this manner, when the four chairs 10 are sequentially stored on the lower surface and the upper surface of the lattice-shaped horizontal frame 16 of the loading table 12 loaded earlier, the lattice-shaped horizontal frame 16 of the next mounting table 12 is moved first. The loaded mounting tables 12 are arranged adjacent to each other so as to contact the grid-like horizontal frame 16.
[0022]
The chairs are sequentially stored and stacked on the lower surface and the upper surface of the mounting table 12 arranged adjacent to each other as before, and by repeating these operations, as shown in FIG. 10 is housed in the entire interior of the truck bed 2.
[0023]
When a plurality of chairs 10 are stored side by side, between the chairs 10 adjacent to each other in the front-rear direction or the lateral direction, a soft foam for preventing abrasion due to mutual contact between the chairs 10 during transportation, or A protection plate 14b (see FIG. 2b) such as an air bag or a cardboard is interposed. Similarly, protection plates 14a (see FIG. 2a) and 14c (see FIG. 2b) are also interposed on four surfaces around the inner wall of the box-shaped carrier 2. Is done.
[0024]
Therefore, according to the chair transport method described above, the plurality of chairs 10 are in an unpacked state, and the upper surface of the grid-like horizontal frame 16 of the mounting table 12 having the main leg 13 from the back side of the loading platform 2 of the truck 1, and The stacking is carried out in a state where the chairs are stored on the lower surface of the lattice-shaped horizontal frame 16, and then the chairs 10 are stacked and transported by repeatedly storing and loading a large number of chairs 10 above and below the mounting table 12 with the loading table adjacent thereto. Thereby, the loading efficiency can be improved. Further, since the weight of the upper chair 10 is supported by the grid-like horizontal frame 16 of the mounting table 12, it does not directly act on the lower chair 10 as a load.
[0025]
Next, the mounting table of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS.
[0026]
FIG. 4 is a perspective view of a main part of the mounting table, FIG. 5 is an explanatory view showing a state where a sheet made of a soft material is mounted on the grid horizontal frame of the mounting table, and FIG. 6 is stretched on the grid horizontal frame. It is an explanatory view showing the state where the caster of the chair was supported on the seat which was done.
[0027]
The outline of the configuration of the mounting table 12 is as described above. More specifically, a pair of left and right main legs is provided at the front and rear ends of a grid horizontal frame 16 configured by the grid horizontal frame of the mounting table 12. The legs 13a and 13b are provided so as to be foldable inward via hinges 20.
[0028]
A pair of mounting tools 22 each having a downwardly projecting fitting portion 22a (only one is shown) is attached to the left and right sides in the width direction substantially at the center in the longitudinal direction of the lattice-shaped horizontal frame 16.
