従来の画像形成装置においても、操作パネル上に交換部品の寿命情報や消耗品のニアエンド、エンド情報を表示するようになっているが、交換、補充のタイミングの直前になってから、交換、補充を促す表示を行うので、その準備が間に合わない場合があった。
