本発明は、様式便器で男性が小便する際に、飛散する小便から便器本体の汚染を防止する、取替え式便器カバーに関する。

【従来の技術】
従来、便器には、大便用のものと、男性が立った姿勢で使用する小便用のものとが有ったが、最近、多く普及している、腰掛式の様式便器では、男性が小便をする際、便座を開け立った姿勢で大便用の便器に放尿する。
従来、便座及びフロアなどに使用するカバーや、又飛散防止用のカバーとしては、特願２０００−２６８７３２があった。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかしながら、上記の様な姿勢で男性が放尿した場合、便器開口部から離れているため便器リム部の上面や便座の裏側などが、尿の飛散により汚損し、衛生的に問題があるばかりでなく、他の使用者に対しても不快な感じを与えるものであった。

又従来の便座カバーなどは、便座の上面を覆うもので、男性が小便をする際には、便座を上げた状態で使用するので、小便の飛散防止用としては、用を足さないものであった、更に、フロアカバーは、フロアの汚損防止には、有効であるが便器本体の汚損は、防ぐことが出来なかった。
この様な問題を解決するために考案されたのが特願２０００−２６８７３２であった、これは本体開口部にリム部に沿って側壁を設けるもので、開口部を上げることで小便の飛散を防止するものであった。
しかし上記の側壁だけでは、完全に飛散を防ぐことができないもので、又該側壁自体の汚損の問題もあった。
この様な問題を解決するために本発明は、成された物で、リム部から本体側壁に沿って全体を覆うことで、便器本体自体の汚損を完全に防止するものである。

【課題を解決するための手段】
洋式便器の本体開口部を囲む様に、リム部を覆う部分と、便器側壁を覆う下部延長部と、更に便座裏側の便座取付け部を覆う前面部とを含む便器カバーである。
これは、男性が立った姿勢で小便をする際に、小便の飛散によって汚損の危険の有るところを覆うものである。

前記本体開口部内のリム部内壁にそって、カバー上部を押さえる、内側押さえバンドと、便器側壁にそって、下部延長部を押さえる外側押さえバンドを設けるものである。

【発明の実施の形態】
本発明の実施の形態を実施例にもとづき図面を参照して説明する。
図１において、本発明は、洋式便器（１）の本体開口部（２）を囲む様に、リム部（３）を覆う上部カバー（Ａ）と、便器側壁（５）を覆う下部に延長する下部カバー（Ｂ）と、更に便座裏側（６）の便座取付け部（７）を覆う前面部カバー（Ｃ）と、それぞれのカバーを押さえる内側押さえバンド（Ｄ）と外側押さえバンド（Ｅ）から構成されている。

本発明の便器カバーを使用する場合、前記本体開口部（２）を囲んで、リム部内壁（４）からリム部（３）を覆う様に、上部カバー（Ａ）を設け、該上部カバー（Ａ）を内側押さえバンド（Ｄ）で押さえる。

次に、リム部（３）から便器側壁（５）にそって下部に下部カバー（Ｂ）を、便器側壁（５）を囲む様に設け。該下部カバー（Ｂ）を外側押さえバンド（Ｅ）で押さえる。

【発明の効果】
本発明は上記した構成を成すもので、以下に記載されるような効果を奏する。
