この発明は、キッチンカウンターに取り付けることのできるキッチンカウンター衝立に関する。

【従来の技術】
従来、キッチンカウンターは壁に向けて設けていたが、最近では、調理している主婦がダインニングや居室等に居る人と会話しながら調理し易いように、キッチンカウンターをダイニングや居室に向けて設けることが多くなっている。
かかる場合に、ダイニングや居室に居る人に対する目隠し機能とキッチンカウンターに設けられている流し台やガステーブルに載せた鍋等から発生する水滴や油滴がキッチンカウンター側からダイニングや居室等の対面側に飛び散ることを防止するために、キッチンカウンターの前面に衝立を設けることが多い。

かかる衝立としては、従来、キッチンカウンターより若干高い腰壁や上端にテーブルを設けた腰壁等の壁を衝立にした固定形のキッチンカウンター衝立や、特許文献１に記載されているように、ビスでキッチンカウンターに取り付けたキッチンカウンター衝立が使用されていた。

この特許文献１について説明すると、この特許文献１には、キッチン側カウンター体とダイニング側カウンター体とからなり、このダイニング側カウンターの上面に衝立を取り付けたキッチンカウンターが記載されていて、この特許文献１の中に記載されているキッチンカウンター衝立は、衝立本体と、この衝立本体の周囲に設けられた枠体とからなり、この枠体の左右下端部に一対の固定具が取り付けられていて、この枠体の下端部に設けた固定具に通孔を設け、この通孔を通したビスをダイニング側カウンターの表面に設けたネジ孔に螺入して固定したものである。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかしながら、キッチンカウンターの表面は汚れたり不潔になり易いので、度々拭いて清潔にする必要があるが、衝立があると、このキッチンカウンターの表面と衝立とで形成される隅部を拭き難く、ここにゴミが溜まり易く不潔になり易いという問題がある。
また、大勢来客したときに、キッチンカウンターを挟んで両側から調理すると便利であるが、かかる場合には、キッチンカウンター衝立が邪魔になるという問題がある。

特許文献１に記載されているようなビスでキッチンカウンター衝立をキッチンカウンターに取り付けた取付機構では、キッチンカウンターの表面を拭くときや、キッチンカウンター衝立が邪魔になるときに、ビスを螺出してキッチンカウンター衝立を取り外すことができるが、ビスを螺出して取り外す作業が困難であるし、ビスを螺出させて衝立を取り外したときに、ビスを螺入していたビス孔が顕れて、見苦しく、しかも、このビス孔にゴミ入ったときには、このゴミを取り除き難いという問題がある。

そこで、この発明の目的は、簡単に取り付けたり取り外すことができ、しかも、取り外したときに、キッチンカウンターの表面にビス孔等の取付孔の顕れないキッチンカウンター衝立を提供することである。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上記課題を解決するために、請求項１に記載の発明は、表面に取付孔を設けなくともキッチンカウンターに着脱自在に取付可能な取付機構が備えられているものである。

この請求項１記載の発明では、キッチンカウンターに着脱自在に取付可能な取付構造が備えられているが、かかる取付機構には種々ある。例えば、クリップ等のようにバネの力を利用して着脱自在に取付可能にした取付機構であってもよいし、請求項２記載のように、ボルトを螺入出させて着脱自在に取付可能にした取付機構であってもよい。特に、後者が、キッチンカウンターに強固に固定できるし、簡単に着脱できるので好ましい。この際、このボルトはキッチンカウンターの表面側に設けてもよいし、裏面側に設けてもよいが、裏面側に設ける方がボルトが見えなく美麗で好ましい。

請求項２記載の発明は、キッチンカウンターの縁部を挿入することのできる開口を有するコ字形状の取付金具と、この取付金具のコ字形状のウエッブに取り付けられた板状の衝立本体とからなり、この取付金具のコ字形状の下側フランジにネジ孔が設けられ、このネジ孔には、螺入出するボルトが設けられているものである。

この請求項２記載の発明では、取付金具のコ字形状のウエッブに衝立本体が取り付けられているが、このように衝立本体を取り付ける取付構造としては、種々ある。例えば、取付金具のウエッブにビス等の連結具や接着剤等で取り付けてもよいし、押さえ板で衝立本体を取付金具に押しつけて取り付けてもよい。又、衝立本体や取付金具のウエッブに嵌合片を設けて、嵌合させてもよい。

また、この請求項２記載の発明における取付金具の下側フランジにはネジ孔が設けられているが、このネジ孔とは、内周面に雌ネジを有する孔のことであって、下側フランジに通孔を設け、この通孔の内周面に雌ネジを設けてもよいし、下側フランジに通孔を設け、この通孔の周囲にナット等の雌ネジを有する部材を溶接等で取り付けてもよい。

また、この請求項２記載の発明に使用するボルトは、通常使用する頭が六角形のボルトでもよいし、頭がハンドル状の蝶ボルトでもよい。特に、蝶ボルトが螺入出し易い好ましい。

請求項１記載の発明では、表面に取付孔を設けなくともキッチンカウンターに着脱自在に取付可能な取付機構が備えられているので、キッチンカウンター表面に取付孔を設けることなく、この着脱自在に取付可能な取付機構でキッチンカウンター衝立をキッチンカウンターに取り付けることができる。
このようにしてキッチンカウンター衝立をキッチンカウンターに取り付けると、このキッチンカウンター衝立がダイニングや居室に居る人等に対する目隠しになるし、このキッチンカウンター衝立でキッチンカウンター側からダイニングや居室等の対面側へ飛び散る流し台やガステーブルに載せた鍋等から発生する水滴や油滴等を防止することができる。

また、着脱自在に取付可能な取付機構でキッチンカウンター衝立を取り外して、キッチンカウンターの表面を拭いて清潔したり、キッチンカウンターの両側から調理することができる。
また、キッチンカウンター衝立を取り外しても、表面に取付孔がないので、取付孔が顕れず美麗であるし、この取付孔の中にゴミ等が入ることがない。

請求項２記載の発明では、キッチンカウンターの縁部を挿入することのできる開口を有するコ字形状の取付金具と、この取付金具のコ字形状のウエッブに取り付けられた板状の衝立本体とからなり、この取付金具のコ字形状の下側フランジにネジ孔が設けられ、このネジ孔には、螺入出するボルトが設けられているので、取付金具のコ字形状の開口の中にキッチンカウンターのダイニングや居室等の対面側の縁部を挿入し、下側フランジのネジ孔にボルトを螺入して、この螺入したボルトの先端がキッチンカウンターの縁部を上側フランジに押し付ける。すると、キッチンカウンター衝立をキッチンカウンターに強固に取り付けることができる。

また、このキッチンカウンター衝立をキッチンカウンターから取り外すときには、取付金具のコ字形の下側フランジのネジ孔に螺入しているボルトを螺出させると、簡単に、キッチンカウンター衝立を取り外すことができる。
この際、下側フランジに螺入しているボルトを若干螺出させるだけで、キッチンカウンターの縁部を上側フランジに押し付けていた力が緩み、キッチンカウンター衝立をキッチンカウンターから取り外すことができる。従って、従来のビスでチッチンカウンター衝立をキッチンカウンターの表面に取り付けたときのように、ビスを略完全に螺出させてキッチンカウンター衝立を取り外すより簡単にキッチンカウンター衝立を取り外すことができる。

このように、請求項２記載のキッチンカウンター衝立は、キッチンカウンターの表面に取付孔を設けなくとも、着脱自在に取付可能になっている。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、本発明の実施の形態を実施例で説明する。
（実施例１）
図１〜図５は本発明の一実施例を示すもので、図１（イ）は、キッチンカウンター衝立の正面図、（ロ）は（イ）のＡ−Ａ線における断面図、図２（イ）は取付金具の正面図、（ロ）は（イ）の側面図、（ハ）は（イ）の底面図、図３（イ）は押さえ金具の正面図、（ロ）は（イ）の側面図、図４はキッチンカウンター衝立を取り付けたキッチンをダイニング側から見た斜視図、図５は図４のＢ−Ｂ線における断面図である。

図１〜図５において、１はキッチンカウンター衝立であり、このキッチンカウンター衝立１は、図１に示すように、衝立本体２と、この衝立本体の４箇所に取り付けられた取付金具３と押さえ金具４とからなる。
衝立本体２は、縦が略２８０ｍｍ、横が略１７００ｍｍ、厚みが略４ｍｍの無色半透明のポリスチレン板の下側縁部の４箇所に２個宛対になった合計８個の通孔２１が設けられたものである。

取付金具３は、厚みが略２ｍｍ、幅が略２５ｍｍのステンレス板をコ字形状に折曲して、長さが略３０ｍｍの上側フランジ３１と、長さが略５５ｍｍのウエッブ３２と、長さが略３３ｍｍの下側フランジ３３と、長さが略１０ｍｍの補強フランジ３４とからなる図２に示す形状に形成した本体と、上側フランジ３１の内側面に接着された厚み１．５ｍｍの合成ゴム製のパッキン３５と、ボルト３６とからなる。

そして、ウエッブ３２には、径が略４．２ｍｍで、内側の開口部分が径８．２ｍｍのＭ４の皿ボルトの頭が入る大きさに広げられた２個の通孔３２１、３２２が設けられ、下側フランジ３３には、ネジ孔３３１が設けられている。そして、このネジ孔３３１には、前記ボルト３６が螺入されている。
押さえ金具４は、図３に示すように、縦が略５９ｍｍ、横が略２５ｍｍ、厚みが略４ｍｍのステンレス板４１の２箇所にＭ４のナット４２を溶接して取り付たものである。尚、このナット４２が設けられたステンレス板４１には通孔が設けられてなく、ナット４２のネジ孔はステンレス板４１の反対側に貫通してない。

そして、キッチンカウンター衝立１は、衝立本体２の２個宛対になった通孔２１の両側に、それぞれ、取付金具３と押さえ金具４を当接させ、図１（ロ）に示すように、取付金具３のウエッブ３２に設けられた通孔３２１、３２２から、衝立本体２の通孔２１を経て、押さえ金具４のナット４２、４２に、Ｍ４の皿ボルト４５を螺入して取り付けたものである。
この際、ウエッブ３２に設けられた通孔３２１、３２２の入口は、Ｍ４の皿ボルトの頭が入る大きさに拡げられているので、押さえ金具４のナット４２に螺入した皿ビス４５の表面はウエッブ３２の内側面と面一になっている。

５はキッチンカウンターであり、このキッチンカウンター５は、図５に一部示されているように、木製の枠５１の一面に天板５２が取り付けられ、周囲の端面と表面にはそれぞれポリアクリル製の人造大理石板５３、５４が取り付けられたものであり、このキッチンカウンター５の厚みは略４５ｍｍとなっている。従って、大きさが略５１ｍｍの取付金具３のコ字形の開口３７（上側フランジ３１と下側フランジ３３の間）の中にキッチンカウンター５の縁部を入れることができるようになっている。

そして、このキッキンカウンター５は、図４に示すように、キッチン６とダイニング７との境界に、ダイニング７に向けて取り付けられていて、このキッチンカウンター５の下側には、図示しない台所用品を収納する収納庫が設けられている。そして、ダイニング側に扉５９が、又、キッチン側に図示しない扉が、それぞれ取り付けられて、この収納庫に収納されている台所用品を取り出すことができるようになっている。

また、このキッチンカウンター５の上には、図示しないがガステーブルやシンクや水栓等の調理用器具が設けられ、ガステーブルの上にはフード６５と換気扇が取り付けられて、調理するときに発生する煙等を屋外に排出できるようになっている。
また、キッチン６のキッチンカウンター５の反対側には、戸棚６６や冷蔵庫６７が設けられている。
そして、このキッチンカウンター５には、キッチンカウンター衝立１が取り付けられている。

次に、このキッチンカウンター衝立１の取付方法及び作用について説明する。図５に示すように、取付金具３のコ字形状の開口３７の中にキッチンカウンター５のダイニング７側の縁部を挿入する。
このように、取付金具３のコ字形状の開口３７の中にキッチンカウンター５の縁部を挿入すると、皿ビス４５の表面がウエッブ３２の内側面と面一になっているので、取付金具３のウエッブ３２はキッチンカウンター５の縁部に密着する。

また、キッチンカウンター衝立１を取り外しても、従来のように、キッチンカウンター５の表面に取付孔がないので、取付孔が顕れず美麗であるし、この取付孔の中にゴミ等が入ることがない。
