Description

【0001】
その結果、採取記録の保管、昆虫種の特定を行うための昆虫同定検査、外部専門家への輸送等が簡便になり、HACCP(Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point:総合衛生管理製造過程)やIPM(Integrated Pest Management:総合防虫管理手法)等の工場の衛生管理手順を効率化することが可能となった。
【0002】
しかし昨今、HACCP(Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point:総合衛生管理製造過程)やIPM(Integrated Pest Management:総合防虫管理手法)等の衛生管理手順を採用する工場が増え始めるとともに、捕獲後の昆虫の死骸を破棄せず、記録として保存したり、外部専門家に調査を依頼するなど二次利用の必要が生じてきた。

【0022】
さらにカートリッジの形状と捕虫粘着部の面積を一定化することで、科学的かつ継続的な衛生検査の客観性を提供し、HACCP(Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point:総合衛生管理製造過程)やIPM(Integrated Pest Management:総合防虫管理手法)等のより高度な工場衛生管理手法の基礎データとなる昆虫のサンプリング作業を簡易に行うことができるようになった。

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
TECHNICAL FIELD The present invention relates to an insect trap and a cartridge thereof that utilize an insect attracting effect of an ultraviolet fluorescent lamp in order to prevent insects from being mixed into products in a food factory, a precision machine factory, and the like. In the present invention, the cartridge is card-shaped so that not only insects can be captured but also the dead insects after capture can be reused as specimens. As a result, storage of collection records, insect identification inspection for identifying insect species, transportation to external specialists, and the like are simplified, and HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point: integrated hygiene management manufacturing process) and IPM (Integrated). It has become possible to improve the efficiency of factory hygiene management procedures, such as "Pest Management" (a comprehensive insect control method).
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, insect traps have been designed for the purpose of catching insects, and thus the design of the instruments has been made in consideration of the fact that dead insects after the trapping are destroyed. Recently, however, factories that adopt hygiene management procedures such as HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point: integrated hygiene management manufacturing process) and IPM (Integrated Peest Management) have begun to increase, and the corpses of insects that have been captured have been reduced. Instead of discarding them, they have to be kept as records or have a request for an external expert to conduct a survey. However, experts have found that conventional insect traps require time and effort to recover the adhesive part with the dead body, and lack of objectivity as an inspection record because the recovery state of the adhesive part is not fixed by the person in charge of collection. It was pointed out.
[0003]
Although several specialized instruments have already been invented on the premise of inspection (see, for example, Patent Document 1), the commercialization of the invention requires sophisticated mechanical devices, and is expensive and complicated to use. In addition, the shape of the insect-adhesive part was unsuitable for storage, inspection, and transportation, and it was troublesome and costly.
[Patent Document 1] JP-A-2001-37394 Pest-capturing device cartridge, pest-capturing device and pest-capturing method
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
According to the present invention, storage and transportation can be handled as easily as ordinary documents by first converting the insect trapping adhesive portion into a card-like cartridge. Further, by making a part of the cartridge into a transparent film window shape, the dead insects adhered to the insect trapping adhesive part were protected from damage, and were observed through the transparent film.
[0005]
Regarding the method of mounting the cartridge on the insect trap, the insertion and removal of the cartridge by simply inserting and removing the cover is realized by attaching the insertion port to the cover. As a result, the trouble of removing the cover of the insect trap at the time of attaching / detaching work or disassembling some parts using a tool could be saved. Furthermore, by providing the cover insertion port symmetrically, even if the horizontal part of the instrument must be in contact with obstacles such as walls or equipment in the factory, it can be easily inserted from the opposite port. Removable cartridges.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
According to the first aspect of the present invention, an inspection transparent film window (15) and an insect trapping adhesive portion (16) protected in advance by a release paper (17) are provided on a two-fold cartridge mount (14) made of cardboard. A cut-out portion (18) for mounting sheet folding is provided in a shape leaving a hinge section (19) for mounting sheet folding at both ends of the mounting sheet fold, and a finger-holding section (20) for mounting sheet folding is provided at four symmetrical positions of the mounting sheet [FIG. ].
[0007]
FIG. 2
[0008]
According to a second aspect of the present invention, an ultraviolet fluorescent lamp (1), a glow lamp (6), a ballast (7), and a power cord (8) are arranged and connected to a main body base (2). Furthermore, in order to fix the cover (9) to the main body base (2), the cover cutout window (10) is hooked on the main body base hook (3) from above. When the instrument is used by mounting it on a wall, it is screwed and fixed to the wall using the screw holes (4) for fixing the main body base. When this device is used as a self-supporting insect trap without being mounted on a wall, the cover (9) and the main body base (2) are fixed using the main body base / cover fixing bracket (5).
[0009]
A cartridge holding guide (11) is provided at the bottom inside the cover (9), and insertion ports (12) for inserting the cartridge (13) are provided at both left and right sides of the bottom. The insertion port (12) has a two-stage shape (FIG. 3) to prevent the insect trapping adhesive portion (16) from contacting the cross section of the insertion port (12) when the cartridge (13) is inserted. Further, in order to prevent the attached cartridge (13) from dropping out from the insertion port (12) opposite to the insertion port (12) into which the cartridge is inserted, the inside of the insertion port (12) is formed into a wall-shaped stop shape. FIG.
[0010]
FIG. 3
[0011]
FIG. 4
[0012]
【Example】
First, the practitioner of the present invention investigates an appropriate position and height for capturing the insects in the room, and determines the installation location of the device. There are two ways to use this device: mounting it on a wall and using it independently at any location. The operator selects one of them and installs the instrument.
[0013]
When used on a wall, the practitioner first fixes the main body base (2) at a predetermined position on the wall through a main body base fixing screw hole (4) with screws or the like. Thereafter, in order to fix the cover (9) to the main body base (2), the upper portion of the cover cutout window (10) is hooked on the main body base hook (3).
[0014]
When used independently, the practitioner uses the body base / cover fixing bracket (5) to secure the body base (2) and the cover (9) using the cover cutout window (10) upper part and the body base. Fix the fixing screw hole (4) and place it in a predetermined place.
[0015]
The cartridge (13) has the insect catching adhesive portion (16) on which the release paper (17) is pasted up, and the inspection transparent film window (15) with the mount folding back hinge (19) as the axis. It is temporarily fastened to the side, that is, the back surface of the cartridge mount (14) on which the insect catching adhesive portion (16) is applied, in a shape to be folded in two.
[0016]
The practitioner peels off the release paper (17) and exposes the insect catching adhesive portion (16), with the insect catching adhesive portion (16) facing upward and the cover (9) from either the left or right insertion opening (12). Insert inside. The cartridge (13) inserted from the insertion port (12) reaches the stop shape of the opposite insertion port (12) while being guided and pressed against the bottom of the cover (9) according to the cartridge holding guide (11). Then, the insertion is stopped while a part of the cartridge (13) is protruding from the insertion port (12) on the insertion side (FIG. 4).
[0017]
FIG. 4
[0018]
When the practitioner switches on the power cord (8) and turns on the power, the ultraviolet fluorescent lamp (1) emits light and starts to attract insects. The invited insects gather for the ultraviolet fluorescent lamp (1), fly around, and are caught as they come in contact with the insect catching adhesive part (16).
[0019]
After capturing for a certain period of time, the practitioner grasps a part of the cartridge (13) that has protruded from the insertion port (12) at the time of mounting, and removes the cartridge (13) from the cover (9) by pulling it out. With the removed cartridge (13), the operator puts his / her finger on the backing-folding finger-holding section (20), and the temporary-fixed transparent film window for inspection (15) is pivoted on the backing-backing hinge section (19). Then, the insect trapping adhesive part (16) is protected by rotating about 360 degrees in the opposite direction.
[0020]
The practitioner can store the used cartridge (13) in which the insect trapping part (16) is protected in the same manner as a general document, and can put the insect trapping part through the inspection transparent film window (15). It is also possible to observe the insects adhering to (16), and when sending it to an external expert, it is also possible to send it by means of transportation such as mail, for example.
[0021]
【The invention's effect】
According to the first and second aspects of the present invention, since the adhesive portion for catching insects is a card type cartridge, the work time required for detaching and replacing the adhesive portion of the conventional insect trap is greatly improved, and the work procedure is improved. Simplification could be provided. Furthermore, the card shape with the integrated transparent film for inspection allows the cartridge after capture to be stored and managed as a sample as simple as a document, to observe dead insects attached to the adhesive part, and to provide advice to external experts. Simplification of transportation could be provided.
[0022]
In addition, by stabilizing the shape of the cartridge and the area of the insect-adhering part, the objective of scientific and continuous hygiene inspection is provided, and HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point: integrated hygiene management manufacturing process) and IPM (Integrated) Insect sampling, which is basic data for more advanced factory hygiene management techniques, such as "Pest Management", can be easily performed.
