【発明が解決しようとする課題】
ところでこの従来のものでは、機器の使用状態を監視していて電灯契約を機器自体が勝手に判断するので、実際に使用者が電力会社と交わした電灯契約と一致するとは限らず、又使用者自身が1回でも使用状態を変えれば、自動的に切換られるもので、便利なようであるが、確実性に欠けると言う問題点を有し、更に各電力会社によって安くなる時間帯が相違し、多数のパターンを用意する必要があり、又この中から該当する電灯契約を選定するのは大変難しく、しかも途中で時間や料金が変更されることを考えられ、これには対応出来ないと言う大きな問題点も有するものである。
更に使用者は機器の運転は知ることが出来るが、電灯契約の内容を目で確認することは出来ず、大変不安であると共に、知らずに割高時間帯に運転させてしまう等の使用勝手の悪い点も有するものであった。

【課題を解決するための手段】
この発明はこの点に着目し上記問題点を解決する為、請求項1では、深夜電力制度や時間帯別電灯契約制度等の各種電灯契約を利用して、機器の運転を行うものに於いて、前記各種電灯契約の割安時間帯を予め各電灯契約毎に、複数の時間帯運転パターンとして記憶した記憶手段と、該記憶手段から必要とする時間帯運転パターンを読み出し、機器の運転基準として制御手段に格納する設定手段とを備えたものである。

次にこの発明の一実施形態について図面に基づいて説明する。
1は各電力会社と電灯契約を交わして運転するヒートポンプ式給湯機等の電気機器のリモコンで、複数の操作スイッチから成る操作部2と液晶等の表示部3とで構成されている。
