Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a waterproof sheet 10 for a tile roof for preventing the intrusion of rainwater from a superposed part of the sheets 10 and a driving-in part of a tacker needle 17, and for easily fixing a tile batten 19 to a rafter 18.
SOLUTION: A vertical belt 11 having a flat surface and having a thickness same as the height of a nonslipping fine projection 15 is arranged, and the sheet 10 is fixed by driving the tacker needle 17 in this part. The thickness causes little crack in a driving-in place of the tacker needle 17, even if the foot pressure of a worker is applied or even if expansion/contraction is caused by a temperature difference between day and night. At the superposed part of the sheets 10, since flat side belts 14 are overlapped with each other, the vertical belts 11 are arranged at intervals of the rafters 18, and the superposed part is made to serve as a mark for indicating a position of the rafter 18. Both edges of the vertical belt 11 is formed as a downward divergent inclined face 11a so that the rainwater flows down along the inclined face 11a from the surface of the vertical belt 11.
COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO

Description

【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a waterproof sheet for a tiled roof.
[0002]
[Prior art]
In general, a tiled roof with a tiled roof is fixed with rafters to the ground board with nails, a waterproof sheet is laid on the field board and fixed with a tucker needle, and a tile bar is fixed to the field board with nails from above the waterproof sheet, and the back of the tile The hook provided on the roof tile is hooked on the roof tile, and a nail is driven into the nail hole of the roof tile to fix the roof tile.
As one type of waterproof sheet used for this type of tiled roof, Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open Publication No. 2001-20472 discloses that a large number of minute anti-slip projections are formed on the surface so that a foot can be used for fixing work of tile roof or blowing tile work. A non-slip one is disclosed.
When this waterproof sheet is laid on a field board and the roof tile is fixed from above, a gap is formed between the bottom surface of the roof tile and the waterproof sheet by the minute anti-slip projection. Since the rainwater flows out to the eaves side from this gap, the rainwater accumulates along the roof tiles, which can prevent the roof tiles from being corroded.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
The above-mentioned conventional waterproof sheet for tiled roofs has minute anti-slip projections on the entire surface.Since the sheet without projections is thin, the foot pressure of the worker, Cracks are likely to occur due to expansion and contraction caused by the temperature difference, and rainwater may enter therefrom.
In addition, when a plurality of sheets are laid, a gap is formed by a small anti-slip projection at a portion where adjacent sheets are overlapped with each other, and in a case of strong wind and rain, rainwater enters the back side of the sheet from the gap and causes rain leakage.
Furthermore, when the sheet is fixed by driving the tucker needle into the overlapped portion of the sheet, there is a gap due to the minute anti-slip projection, so that the tucker needle is likely to cut into the sheet and cause a crack, and rainwater may enter from the crack. .
Since the waterproofing sheet is laid on the ground board and the roof tiles are fixed from above, the position of the rafters is difficult to understand, and it takes time and effort to strike nails for fixing the roof tiles into the rafters.
In view of the above problems, an object of the present invention is to provide a waterproofing sheet for a tiled roof that prevents rainwater from entering from a portion where sheets are overlapped or a portion where a tucker needle is driven and that can easily fix a tile bar to a rafter. And
[0004]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides a waterproof sheet for a tiled roof having a large number of anti-slip microprojections formed on the surface, the surface being flat, having a width larger than the width of the tucker needle, and the height being such that The same vertical band as the microprojection for stopping is formed at regular intervals, the front and back sides are flat on the side edges, the height is the same as the vertical band, and the edge band that is the overlapping part of the sheets laid next to each other A part is formed.
Preferably, the vertical strips are arranged at intervals of rafters. Further, both edges of the vertical band portion are formed on inclined surfaces which spread downward. Further, a water return band portion having the same height as the vertical band portion is formed between the vertical band portions and in parallel with the vertical band portion.
[0005]
[Action and Effect of the Invention]
According to the present invention, a vertical band portion having a flat surface and the same thickness as the height of the non-slip microprojections is provided. Even if pressure is applied or expansion and contraction occurs due to the temperature difference between day and night, cracks are unlikely to occur at the place where the tucker needle is driven. In addition, since side bands are provided on both the front and back sides, if adjacent sheets are laid so that the side bands are overlapped, no gap is generated in the overlap portion between the sheets. Therefore, it is possible to prevent rainwater from penetrating from the overlapped portion and to prevent a crack from being generated when the tucker needle is driven into the overlapped portion.
And, by arranging the vertical strips at the intervals of the rafters, it becomes a mark indicating the position of the rafters, so that the work of driving nails into the roof tiles and fixing them to the rafters becomes easier.
In addition, by making both edges of the vertical band part downwardly sloped, rainwater flows down the slope from the surface of the vertical band, so it is difficult for rainwater to collect in the vertical band, It is possible to prevent rainwater from entering the back side of the sheet through the needle hole of the hammered tucker needle.
Further, by providing the water return band portion between the vertical band portions, it is possible to prevent rainwater from entering the overlapping portion of the lateral edges of the adjacent sheets.
[0006]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION Hereinafter, the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 shows a waterproof sheet 10 for a tiled roof according to an embodiment of the present invention. The waterproof sheet 10 is made of a waterproof and durable resin sheet made of synthetic rubber, natural rubber, synthetic resin, or the like. Three vertical band portions 11 are formed on the surface of the waterproof sheet 10 in parallel at regular intervals. A narrow water return band 12 is formed between the vertical band 11 and the vertical band 11 in parallel with the vertical band 11. A rhombus 13 is formed at the lower end of the water return strip 12. A side band 14 extending laterally is formed on the upper edge of the sheet 10. A water return ridge 15 extending laterally is formed slightly on the end side of the intermediate portion of the side band portion 14. The surfaces of the side band 14, the vertical band 11, and the water return band 12 are formed flat. A large number of anti-slip projections 16 are formed on the surface area other than the portion where the side band portion 14, the vertical band portion 11 and the return band portion 12 are formed. On the other hand, the back surface of the waterproof sheet 10 is formed flat.
[0007]
The vertical band portion 11 is formed into an inclined surface 11a having both sides spread downward (see FIG. 3), and the width is set to be larger than the needle width so that the needle does not protrude even when the tucker needle 17 is driven. Further, the interval between the vertical strips 11 is set to be equal to the interval between the rafters 18 on the roof. The size of the rhombus portion 13 is also set so that the tucker needle 17 does not protrude. The thickness of the vertical band portion 11, the water return band portion 12, the rhombus portion 13, and the side band portion 14 is set such that the height is the same as that of the non-slip small projection.
[0008]
The structure of the waterproof sheet for tiled roof 10 according to the present embodiment is as described above, and FIGS. As shown in FIG. 2, the waterproof sheet 10 is laid on the base plate 19 in order from the eaves side to the ridge side. When the eaves sheet 10 is laid, the laying position is adjusted so that the side band portion 14 is located on the ridge side and the vertical band portion 11 is overlapped with the rafter 18. After the sheet 10 at the eaves is laid, the waterproof sheet 10 is fixed to the field board 19 by driving the tucker needle 17 into the vertical band 11 and the rhombus 13. Next, an adjacent sheet 10 is laid. At this time, the edge on the half side band side of the sheet 10 adjacent to the side band 14 of the sheet 10 at the eaves is overlapped, and the vertical band 11 of the sheet 10 at the eaves and the vertical band 11 of the adjacent sheet 10 are aligned. The adjacent sheets 10 are spread as described above and fixed with the tucker needles 17. The tucker needle 17 is also driven into the vertical band portion 11 and the rhombus portion 17 at the overlapping portion of the sheets 10 to fix both sheets 10 to the base plate 19.
[0009]
Next, the tile bars 20 are arranged at predetermined intervals from above the waterproof sheet 10 fixed to the field board 19 with the tucker needle 17 and fixed with the nails 21. As shown in FIG. 3, by driving the nail 21 at the position of the vertical band portion 11, the nail 21 can be driven into the rafter 18 thereunder. Then, as shown in FIG. 4, the claw 22 a of the tile 22 is hooked on the tile bar 20, and the tile 22 is laid.
[0010]
The waterproof sheet 10 for a tiled roof according to the present embodiment is provided with a vertical band portion 11 having a flat surface and the same thickness as the height of the non-slip microprojections 16, so that the sheet 10 is fixed by driving a tucker needle 17 into the vertical band portion 11. If it is thick, cracks are unlikely to occur at the place where the tucker needle 17 is driven even when the foot pressure of the operator is applied or when the tucker needle 17 is expanded or contracted due to the temperature difference between day and night. In addition, since the front and back surfaces are provided with the side band portions 14 which are flat, if the adjacent sheets 10 are laid so that the side band portions 14 are overlapped, the overlapping portion of the sheets 10 is such that the flat side band portions 14 overlap each other. No gaps are formed. In addition, since the water return ridge 15 is provided on the side band portion 14, it is possible to reliably prevent rainwater from entering from the overlapping portion.
[0011]
Since the vertical strips 11 are arranged at the intervals of the rafters 18, they serve as a mark indicating the position of the rafters 18, and can be firmly fixed to the rafters 18 by driving nails 21 into the tile bar 20.
Further, since both edges of the vertical band portion 11 are formed as inclined surfaces 11a which spread downward, rainwater flows down from the surface of the vertical band portion 11 along the inclined surface 11a. Therefore, it is difficult for rainwater to accumulate in the vertical band portion 11, and it is possible to prevent rainwater from entering the back side of the sheet 10 from the needle hole of the tucker needle 17 driven into the vertical band portion 11.
Further, since the water return band portion 12 is provided between the vertical band portions 11 and 11, it is possible to prevent rainwater from entering the overlapped portion of the lateral edges of the adjacent sheets 10.
