【0037】
引裂き帯体4は、実質的に図1におけるラインL1(上部切り取りラインL1)およびラインL2(下部切り取りラインL2)の部位により形成されており、引裂き帯体5は、図1におけるラインL3(上部切り取りラインL3)およびラインL4(下部切り取りラインL4)の部位により形成されている。
【0038】

Packaging of a container product in a so-called wrap-around type packaging box is generally performed in the following manner. That is, generally, after a container product is housed in a band-shaped body portion formed by connecting four side plates in a wrapping manner, both ends of the body portion that is kept open are respectively a pair of inner flap and outer flap. , The packaging box in which the container product is stored is completed.
[0004]
In the wrap-around type packaging box formed in this way, when the contents of the container are displayed at a store, the wrap-around type packaging box is torn along a cutting line (perforated zipper) formed in advance in the packaging box. There is a type in which a paper box is divided into upper and lower parts by tearing a band, a top cover is removed, and the remaining lower box remaining at the lower part can be used as a paper tray for directly placing products.
[0005]
FIG. 9 shows a form of this type of packaging box which has been generally used in the past.

[0007]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, the so-called zipper of such a conventional wrap-around carton case, when displayed at a storefront, the carton part which is torn while being formed in a band shape is cut off during the tearing, or the band width gradually decreases. In some cases, the tray may not be stably and reliably formed due to incomplete tearing due to convergence.
[0008]
If the box opening operation is interrupted in such a state, it is necessary to newly continue the operation of manufacturing the zipper tray by using some method. As described above, the operation after the band is once broken is extremely complicated, and the contents inside the box may be damaged depending on the operation method. The appearance of the tear surface is also poor. Furthermore, the scattered amount of generated garbage increases, and the subsequent clearing and disposal requires a great deal of labor. Also, upon opening, the trapping allowance of the trapezoidal tear-starting pieces adjacent to each other in contact with each other cannot be said to be sufficient, and it is generally difficult to firmly grip the tear-off starting pieces. Therefore, it can be said that the labor required for tearing and opening the so-called zipper (tearing strip) is enormous, and the physical load is large.
[0009]
The present invention has been devised based on such a situation, and an object of the present invention is to solve the above-described problems and to easily and reliably perform a box cutting operation (a tearing operation of a band) for forming a tray. It is to provide a packaging box that can be used. More specifically, it is an object of the present invention to provide a packaging box which can easily perform a work of tearing a tear strip, and furthermore, the tear strip does not break off during tearing, thereby reducing the amount of garbage generated. It is in.
[0010]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to solve the above problems, the wrap-around packaging box of the present invention includes a top-shaped plate, a bottom plate, and a band-shaped body formed having side plates connecting these, and an inner flap and an outer flap. A pair of tear-starting pieces formed at regular intervals in the center of the side plate are formed at regular intervals, and opposing ends of the pair of tear-starting pieces are spaced apart from each other by the predetermined distance. Are substantially connected by a linear cut start line formed therein, and cut off the linear cut start line. Thereafter, the pair of tear start pieces are respectively directed from the center of the side plate to both ends. By tearing, the tear strip connected to the tear start piece is removed, and the upper and lower sides of the box are cut off accordingly.
[0011]
As a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the opposite ends of the pair of tear-starting pieces are provided with a curved portion that is close to the opposite side, and the curved portions are connected by a linear cutting start line. Is done.
[0012]
As a preferred aspect of the present invention, when the height of the tearing start piece at the opposing portion is Hw, the linear cutting start line is connected to a position of not less than 1 / 5Hw and not more than 3 / 5Hw from below the curved portion. It is configured as follows.
[0013]
As a preferred aspect of the present invention, after the linear cut start line is cut off, the cut start line is provided as a lower end portion, and a part of the side plate located above the cut start line is gripped to grip the pair of tear start pieces. It is configured so that space can be secured.
[0014]
As a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the length of the linear cutting start line corresponding to the predetermined distance is 60 to 100 mm.
[0015]
As a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the pair of tear-starting pieces are configured to be connected to the cut-out strips formed on the side face portions and the connected inner flaps, respectively, so that the upper and lower portions of the box body are separated from each other. .
[0016]
As a preferred embodiment of the present invention, a linear cut start line corresponding to the predetermined distance is formed at a substantially central portion of the side plate, and a maximum depth gap of the filling in the packaging box exists at the substantially central portion. It is configured to be.
[0017]
At a substantially central portion of the side plate of the packaging box of the present invention, a pair of tear start pieces formed at intervals of a predetermined distance are formed, and opposing ends of the pair of tear start pieces are the aforementioned It is substantially connected by a linear cut start line formed within a certain interval, cuts off the linear cut start line, and then, the pair of tear start pieces, respectively, from the center of the side plate By pulling toward both ends, the tear strip connected to the tear start piece is removed, and the upper and lower sides of the box are cut off accordingly. First, the linear cutting start line is cut off and the side plate located above it is turned up, so that a sufficient space for gripping the pair of tearing start pieces can be secured, and the opening work can be easily performed. I do. The presence of the linear cut start line serves to shorten the length of the strip for opening and to reduce the possibility of cutting during the course.

BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, an example of a specific embodiment of the packaging box of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS.
[0019]
FIG. 1 shows an example of an exploded view of the packaging box 1 of the present invention, and FIG. 2 is a perspective view in which the exploded box original paper shown in FIG. 1 is assembled. FIGS. 3 to 7 respectively divide the paper box up and down by tearing the tear strip through the tear start piece formed on the side surface of the packaging box (product shipping box) assembled as shown in FIG. FIG. 4 is a schematic perspective view for explaining a state of forming a tray over time. FIG. 8 is a partially enlarged view in which the relevant portion is enlarged to explain a configuration near a pair of tear start pieces. The assembled perspective views in FIGS. 2 to 7 are simplified as rectangular boxes in order to easily explain only the main parts of the invention as will be described later.

If this value exceeds 100 mm, problems tend to occur from the viewpoint of box strength. On the other hand, if it is less than 60 mm, it tends to be difficult to turn up the side plate located above the line after cutting off the line. In addition, due to the presence of such a linear cutting start line, the length of the strip that is actually torn for opening can be shortened, and the risk of breakage during opening can be reduced.

【The invention's effect】
As described above, the present invention relates to a wrap-around packaging box including a band-shaped body formed having a top plate, a bottom plate, and side plates connecting these, and an inner flap and an outer flap. In a substantially central portion of the side plate, a pair of tear start pieces formed at a constant distance are formed, and opposing ends of the pair of tear start pieces are fixed at the predetermined distance. Are substantially connected by a linear cut start line formed therein, and cut off the linear cut start line. Thereafter, the pair of tear start pieces are respectively directed from the center of the side plate to both ends. As a result, the upper and lower sides of the box are separated from each other, and the box separating operation for forming the tray (pulling the band) is performed. Can work) there is an effect that can be performed easily and reliably.
