この発明は、断熱性紙コップに関し、詳しくは熱対象物の熱がコップ内に保温され表面に熱が伝わらないようにした断熱性紙コップに関する。

【従来の技術】
最近、ドライブイン、学校、遊園地などあらゆる場所に自動販売機が設置されている。大半は容器に入っているが中にはコーヒーなどは紙コップに注がれる場合もある、また街中の喫茶店やドライブインでは紙コップが多く使われるようになってきた。紙コップにはコーヒーメーカ等の名前が印刷され宣伝に供されている。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかし、従来の紙コップにおいては以下の問題があった。（１）紙コップの紙が薄いために人の手に熱が伝わり易く手で持てなくて落とすこともあった。
また保温が保たれずに熱対象物の味の効果が損なわれることもあった。
（２）紙コップの紙が薄くて軽いために微風でも飛ばされて衣服を汚したり、場合によっては熱い熱対象物で火傷を負うこともあった。
（３）紙コップの表面と裏面を撥水の良い紙や樹脂材で製作した場合は表面に宣伝用の印刷がし難いこともあった。
（４）紙コップは再生紙が一切使われていなかった。
そこで、この発明は熱対象物が手に伝わり難く、微風でも飛ばされなく、表面には宣伝用の印刷が自由にでき、断熱材は再生紙が使用できるようにした断熱性紙コップを提供することを目的とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上記目的を達成するため、請求項１の発明は、表面紙と裏面紙の間に断熱材を具備することを特徴とする。
また、請求項２の発明は、請求項１記載の発明において、上記裏面紙は凹凸形状を特徴とする。
また、請求項３の発明は、請求項１記載の発明において、上記裏面紙は撥水処理を施した紙からなることを特徴とする。
また、請求項４の発明は、請求項１記載の発明において、上記表面紙は印刷ができる紙からなることを特徴とする。
また、請求項５の発明は、請求項１記載の発明において、上記断熱材は間隙を有することを特徴とする。

【発明の実施形態】
以下、この発明に係わる断熱性紙コップ実施形態を添付図面を参照して詳細に説明する。
図１は、この発明に係わる断熱性紙コップの実施形態を示す斜視図である。
また図２は、図１に示した断熱性紙コップの要部断面図である。
表面紙１と裏面紙２の間に断熱材３を具備するで熱対象物４の熱表面紙を持つ人の手に伝わりにくいように構成される。さらに裏面紙は凹凸形状にすることで熱対象物３の熱の表面紙１に伝わる熱の伝達時間を遅らせる構成である。裏面紙は紙の上部に撥水処理を施した防水性が施されているので、熱対象物４が外部に漏れたりしない構成になっている。表面紙１は印刷ができる印刷液を吸収する紙で成形されているので会社名などの印刷文字６や絵や写真やキャラクターマーク７等が自由に印刷が可能である。断熱材３は再生紙材を使用する。例えば、断熱材３は再生紙材を微小な小球状に固めたもので成形する、断熱材３の小球状は成形加工が容易で、断熱材として使用したとき詰めた隙間５ができるため伝熱効果が一層期待できる。更に小球状はあらゆる古紙の使用が可能である、現在使用されている再生紙はスレッタを通すと繊維素が切れてしまい使用できずに全て焼却されている、この発明に使用する断熱材はスレッタを通した古紙でも使用できる。
上記小球状は同一の大きさの必要もなく、円形が楕円であろうと歪んでいても断熱材３として差し支えはない。

【発明の効果】
以上説明したようにこの発明の断熱性紙コップによれば、表面紙と裏面紙の間に断熱材を具備して構成したので熱が手に伝わり難く、さらに裏面紙は凹凸形状にしたことで伝熱時間を長くし、裏面紙を撥水処理を施したことで水の漏れを無くし、表面紙は印刷ができる紙を使用し、断熱材は古紙を使用し断熱隙間５を持つことで伝熱効果を更に奏する。

However, the conventional paper cup has the following problems. (1) Because the paper in the paper cup is thin, heat is easily transmitted to human hands, and it may be dropped because it cannot be held by hand.
In addition, the effect of the taste of the heated object may be impaired without keeping the heat retention.
(2) Since the paper in the paper cup is thin and light, it may be blown off even by a breeze to stain clothes, and in some cases, may be burned by a hot object.
(3) When the front and back surfaces of the paper cup are made of a paper or resin material having good water repellency, it may be difficult to print advertisements on the front surface.
(4) No recycled paper was used in the paper cup.
Therefore, the present invention provides a heat-insulating paper cup in which a heat object is hardly transmitted to a hand, does not fly even in a breeze, can be freely printed for advertising on the surface, and can use recycled paper as a heat insulating material. The purpose is to:

Since the heat insulating material 3 is provided between the front paper 1 and the back paper 2, the heat object 4 is hardly transmitted to the hand of the person holding the hot surface paper. Further, the back paper has an irregular shape, so that the heat transfer time of the heat of the heat object 3 to be transmitted to the front paper 1 is delayed.
