この発明は、断熱性紙コップに関し、詳しくは熱対象物の熱がコップ内に保温され表面に熱が伝わらないようにした断熱性紙コップに関する。

【従来の技術】
最近、ドライブイン、学校、遊園地などあらゆる場所に自動販売機が設置されている。大半は容器に入っているが中にはコーヒーなどは紙コップに注がれる場合もある、また街中の喫茶店やドライブインでは紙コップが多く使われるようになってきた。紙コップにはコーヒーメーカ等の名前が印刷され宣伝に供されている。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかし、従来の紙コップにおいては以下の問題があった。(1)紙コップの紙が薄いために人の手に熱が伝わり易く手で持てなくて落とすこともあった。
また保温が保たれずに熱対象物の味の効果が損なわれることもあった。
(2)紙コップの紙が薄くて軽いために微風でも飛ばされて衣服を汚したり、場合によっては熱い熱対象物で火傷を負うこともあった。
(3)紙コップの表面と裏面を撥水の良い紙や樹脂材で製作した場合は表面に宣伝用の印刷がし難いこともあった。
(4)紙コップは再生紙が一切使われていなかった。
そこで、この発明は熱対象物が手に伝わり難く、微風でも飛ばされなく、表面には宣伝用の印刷が自由にでき、断熱材は再生紙が使用できるようにした断熱性紙コップを提供することを目的とする。

上記目的を達成するため、請求項1の発明は、表面紙と裏面紙の間に断熱材を具備することを特徴とする。
また、請求項2の発明は、請求項1記載の発明において、上記裏面紙は凹凸形状を特徴とする。

【発明の実施形態】
以下、この発明に係わる断熱性紙コップ実施形態を添付図面を参照して詳細に説明する。
図1は、この発明に係わる断熱性紙コップの実施形態を示す斜視図である。
また図2は、図1に示した断熱性紙コップの要部断面図である。
表面紙1と裏面紙2の間に断熱材3を具備するで熱対象物4の熱表面紙を持つ人の手に伝わりにくいように構成される。さらに裏面紙は凹凸形状にすることで熱対象物3の熱の表面紙1に伝わる熱の伝達時間を遅らせる構成である。裏面紙は紙の上部に撥水処理を施した防水性が施されているので、熱対象物4が外部に漏れたりしない構成になっている。表面紙1は印刷ができる印刷液を吸収する紙で成形されているので会社名などの印刷文字6や絵や写真やキャラクターマーク7等が自由に印刷が可能である。断熱材3は再生紙材を使用する。例えば、断熱材3は再生紙材を微小な小球状に固めたもので成形する、断熱材3の小球状は成形加工が容易で、断熱材として使用したとき詰めた隙間5ができるため伝熱効果が一層期待できる。更に小球状はあらゆる古紙の使用が可能である、現在使用されている再生紙はスレッタを通すと繊維素が切れてしまい使用できずに全て焼却されている、この発明に使用する断熱材はスレッタを通した古紙でも使用できる。
上記小球状は同一の大きさの必要もなく、円形が楕円であろうと歪んでいても断熱材3として差し支えはない。

【発明の効果】
以上説明したようにこの発明の断熱性紙コップによれば、表面紙と裏面紙の間に断熱材を具備して構成したので熱が手に伝わり難く、さらに裏面紙は凹凸形状にしたことで伝熱時間を長くし、裏面紙を撥水処理を施したことで水の漏れを無くし、表面紙は印刷ができる紙を使用し、断熱材は古紙を使用し断熱隙間5を持つことで伝熱効果を更に奏する。
