Abstract

Two kinds of means are fundamentally provided. The first means is that the stiffness in the vicinity of the screw holes is changed by fixing a spacer through which a height adjustment bolt is inserted by a nut from below on the bottom of the washer where the bolts for adjusting height of fixing legs are screwed into mounting screw holes. 洗濯機を大量生産する為に、加工し易い様に薄い鋼材を使用している従来型洗濯機の典型的な構造は図−1である。また図−1のd)はその底部を示している。従来型洗濯機の底部にある固定脚と高さ調整ボルトは公開実用新案公報の昭56−99190の第1図に示されている。図2で示す様に家庭用ドラム式洗濯機(以後「家庭用ドラム式洗濯機」を「洗濯機」と呼ぶ)の底部に付いている固定脚(9)の周辺構造は、水平バランスをとる事を目的として、フレームの底部(8)に、又は実開昭64−008391に示されているようにフレームの底部の幅が狭い為、その底部を補強している座押し部を設けた支持板(14)に、高さ調整ボルト(11)(以後「高さ調整ボルト」を「調整ボルト」と呼ぶ)を通すネジ孔(15)を設け、調整ボルト(11)が組み込まれ、其れを該底部に固定する為にセットされているナット(10)等で構成されている。この種の洗濯機に洗濯物を入れて高速脱水する時、回転ドラムの偏芯状態は回転ドラムを強制振動源に変え、振動は、ダンパー(2)と吊りスプリング(1)を経てフレーム(3)に伝わる。

洗濯機の振動を少なくする為、例えば回転ドラム(6)の外槽(4)を吊りスプリング(1)を工夫し、または外槽(4)を支えるダンパー(2)を改良し、または振動を検知して電子回路を使い駆動モーター(7)の回転の制御を考え、また特許番号2911234、特開平09−155097の様に洗濯機の振動吸収の為に固定脚(9)の一部に振動吸収を目的とするゴム構造、スプリング構造などを付帯させる工夫が凝らされているが、掛かる費用が大きな割に、振動軽減には満足した結果が出ていない。

最新の洗濯機には特許番号3103250の様に回転ドラム(6)に流体バランス装置を付加している。しかし、完全なバランス平衡状態を設定する事は不可能に近く揺れている。しかも工夫の内容が複雑で製造コストが高い。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
本発明は従来型の洗濯機を、簡易な技術で、しかも少ない費用で脱水時の振動を軽減する。

【課題を解決するための手段】
洗濯機振動の要因のひとつは、固定脚(9)の調整ボルト取付けのネジ孔周辺構造にある。振動現象はネジ孔(15)を中心に起こり、その振動波は同心円状で、該底部の表面を拡散する。ネジ孔周辺の構造は固有の振動周波数を持っており、この振動周波数と強制振動源の周波数と共振しない方法を解決するための手段とする。以下の構造にすると、該底部のネジ孔周辺の剛性が変化し、調整ボルト(11)がネジ孔(15)に組み込まれた従来の固有の振動周波数帯が低い領域に移動する事になり、回転ドラム(6)が偏芯で起こす洗濯時の振動周波数帯はこの周波数帯と重ならなくなり、ネジ孔周辺との共振が無くなる。

課題を解決する構造に3種類がある。第1種は洗濯機の底部構造である図3及び図4の様に、調整ボルト(11)が取付けられているネジ孔(15)があるフレームの底部(8)又は支持板(14)のある該底部の、ネジ孔周辺の剛性を強くする為に、調整ボルト(11)にセットされているナット(10)を使い、該底部とナット(10)の間に、各洗濯機の仕様に応じ振動周波数帯が共振しなくなる寸法の金属板,又は合成樹脂板(以後「金属板」と「合成樹脂板」を「スペーサー」と呼ぶ)を、下から圧着して該底部の外側に取付ける。スペーサー(13)を溶接で該底部に取付ける場合もある。この構造によりネジ孔周辺の剛性は強くなる。スペーサー(13)の材質の条件は洗濯機の振動で“ひずまない縦、横、高さの各寸法”を持つ事が必要である。しかし洗濯機の底部全体の剛性を変える必要はなく、ネジ孔周辺で十分である。

また第2種は洗濯機の底部構造である図5及び図6の様に、ネジ孔(15)が設けてあるフレーム底部(8)に又は支持板(14)のある該底部の、ネジ孔周辺の剛性を強くする為、ネジ孔周辺の一部に数個の山を座押し部の加工を施す。振動はネジ孔(15)を中心に同心円状で拡散するので、各洗濯機の仕様に応じて振動周波数帯が共振しなくなる形状の座押し部(12)を設ける際は、その座押し部(12)の長軸方向はネジ孔(15)の同心円の接線を横切る方向にする。理想的には接線に直角に成ることが望ましい。この数個の座押し部によりネジ孔周辺の剛性は強くなる。

また第3種は図7の様に第1と第2を合わせた構造で、より効果的な対策に成り、第1及び第2を単独で使用するよりも軽減させる事が出来る。

第1の場合、スペーサー(13)の使用の振動軽減効果はスペーサー(13)の面積に比例する。また第2の場合、振動軽減効果は座押し部(12)の長軸の長さとその数に比例するので洗濯機の仕様に合わせて決める。調整ボルトにゴム、スプリングなどの弾性体部品は、振動を複雑にするので避けた方が条件を設定し易い。

【発明の実施の形態】
現在普及している洗濯時の総重量が90−135kg程度を想像出来る。4本の固定脚(9)で支える場合、1本の調整ボルト(11)に静止荷重量で約20−35kg掛かる。前に記載した様に洗濯機の振動を減らす為、振動軽減の基本的な対策として、該底部に取付けられているネジ孔周辺が振動状態にならない様にする事が必要である。

実施例として図3の様に、洗濯機の自重約80kgで鉄製板のフレーム(3)の厚さ1mmの洗濯機で、ネジ孔(15)が設けてあるその底部の鉄製支持板の厚さは、1.5mmで、4箇所に幅50x70mmで厚さ4mmの金属板をスペーサー(13)として取付けてナット(10)で上に締め付ける。また矩形のスペーサー(13)が振動した時に、振動波は同心円状で拡散しないので、円形より振動軽減効果がある。

【発明の効果】
1)本発明により、洗濯機本体の飛び上がり、移動する異常振動はなくなる。

2)第2の構造の座押し部加工には、従来の製造技術が使える。

3)第1の取付け作業では、固定脚取付け工程で同時に行われ作業時間は変わらない。

One of the causes of the vibration of the washing machine is in the structure around the screw holes for mounting the adjustment bolts of the fixed leg (9). The vibration phenomenon occurs around the screw hole (15), and the vibration wave is concentric and diffuses on the bottom surface. The structure around the screw hole has an inherent vibration frequency, and is used as means for solving a method in which the vibration frequency does not resonate with the frequency of the forced vibration source.
