従来、例えば開口部の閉鎖時に開閉体の上昇をこの開閉体の上下方向中間位置(例えば下端から約120cmの高さ位置)で規制する中間規制手段(中間錠)を備えた開閉装置が知られている(例えば、特許文献1参照。)。また、開口部の閉鎖時に開閉体の上昇をこの開閉体の下端側位置で規制する下端規制手段(下端錠)を備えた開閉装置も従来公知である。

そこで、例えば下端規制手段と中間規制手段との両方で開閉体の上昇を規制する開閉装置が考えられる。

しかしながら、下端規制手段と中間規制手段とを互いに別個独立に設けた場合、両方に対して別々に解除操作を行う必要がある。

また、下端規制手段と中間規制手段とを互いに常時連動するように設けた場合、下端規制手段が不本意に規制解除されたときに中間規制手段も規制解除されてしまう。

【課題を解決するための手段】
請求項1記載の開閉装置は、開口部に沿って昇降してこの開口部を開閉する開閉体と、前記開口部の閉鎖時に前記開閉体の上昇をこの開閉体の下端側位置で規制する下端規制手段と、前記開口部の閉鎖時に前記開閉体の上昇をこの開閉体の上下方向中間位置で規制する中間規制手段と、前記中間規制手段の規制解除に応じて前記下端規制手段を規制解除し、前記下端規制手段の規制解除に応じて前記中間規制手段を規制解除しない連動手段とを備えたものである。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、本発明の開閉装置の一実施の形態の構成を図1ないし図9を参照して説明する。

図中の1は開閉装置で、この開閉装置1は、例えば建物2に形成された開口部3を開閉する手動式の窓シャッタ装置等である。なお、この開口部3より室内側の部分は例えばサッシ窓装置4にて開閉されるようになっている(図6参照)。

この開閉装置1は、開口部3に沿って昇降してこの開口部3を開閉するシャッタカーテン等の開閉体6と、この開閉体6を巻取りおよび巻戻し可能な左右方向の巻軸等の巻体7とを備えている。

この開閉体6は、巻体7による巻戻しにより開口部3に沿って下降して略矩形の平板状の閉鎖状態となって開口部3を閉鎖し、巻体7による巻取りにより開口部3に沿って上昇して略円筒状の開口状態となって開口部3を開口させるものである。なお、開閉体6は、巻体7による巻取りにより収容ケース5内に収容される。

そして、この開閉体6は、互いに上下方向に連結された同一形状をなす複数のスラット等の開閉体構成部材8と、下端の開閉体構成部材8に連結された左右方向に長手中空状の幅木等の開閉体構成下端部材9とを有している。

各開閉体構成部材8は、例えば金属等にて左右方向に細長い略矩形板状に一体に形成されたものである。また、各開閉体構成部材8の断面形状は室外側に向って凸の略円弧状で、各開閉体構成部材8には室内側に向って開放した収容部10が形成されている。

そして、これら複数の開閉体構成部材8のうち開口部3の閉鎖時に閉鎖状態の開閉体6の上下方向中間部(例えば上下方向略中央部)に位置する一の開閉体構成部材8の内面側(室内側の面側)には、左右両側に突出状の係合部11を有する中間操作レバー等の操作体12が、その一の開閉体構成部材8の略全長(開閉体6の略全幅)に亘って位置するように上端部を中心として上下回動可能に取付ベース13を介して設けられている。なお、この操作体12は一の開閉体構成部材8の内面側に配置されているため室外から見えない。

この取付ベース13は、左右方向に細長い略矩形板状に形成されたもので、一の開閉体構成部材8の内面(室内側の面)にこの内面に沿って固着されている。この取付ベース13の上端部には、断面略C字状の軸受部14が形成されている。また、この取付ベース13の長手方向端部には、ばね用孔15が形成されている。

そして、操作体12を上方回動方向に付勢する付勢体である線状のばね16が、ばね用孔15に挿通されることにより取付ベース13に取り付けられている。このばね16には、取付ベース13の内面(室内側の面)から室内側に向って突出した突出状の作用部17が折曲げにより一体形成されている。

また、操作体12は、上端部を中心とした回動により収容状態と規制状態と規制解除状態とに変化するもので、左右方向に細長い略矩形板状の操作体本体部21を有している。この操作体本体部21の上端部には、取付ベース13の軸受部14に回動可能に嵌合された略円柱状の支軸部22が設けられている。また、この操作体本体部21の長手方向両端部には、この操作体本体部21の端面から側方に突出した突出板状の係合部11が操作体本体部21と一体となって上下回動するように一体的に設けられている。

また一方、図9に示されるように、開口部3の閉鎖時に閉鎖状態の開閉体6の下端部に位置する開閉体構成下端部材9の長手方向略中央部には、略円板状の回動体31が室内外方向である前後方向の中心軸32を中心として回動可能に設けられている。この回動体31の外周部には、互いに離間対向した2つの突部33が設けられている。

また、開閉体構成下端部材9には、左右方向に細長状をなす左右一対の可動体34が左右方向に移動可能に設けられている。各可動体34は、回動体31の回動に基づく移動により規制状態と規制解除状態とに変化するものである。

そして、各可動体34の内端部には長孔或いは円形孔等の孔部35が形成され、この孔部35には回動体31の突部33が挿入され、回動体31と両可動体34とが互いに連動するようになっている。また、各可動体34の外端部には、可動体34の移動に応じて開閉体構成下端部材9に対して進退する下端係合部36が形成されている。

一方、開閉装置1は、開口部3を介して互いに離間対向した状態に配置され、開閉体6の昇降時にこの開閉体6を案内する左右一対のガイドレール等の案内体41を備えている。各案内体41には、開閉体6の側端部が挿入される上下方向に長手状で断面略コ字状のガイド溝部42が形成されている。

一方、図4の2点鎖線で示すように、手掛け部となっている操作体12に手を掛け、この操作体12を室内側から上方回動操作(解除操作)すれば、連動手段63(可撓性部材65)にて中間規制手段61および下端規制手段62がともに規制解除されるため、そのまま開閉体6を上昇させることができ、よって、操作体12および可動体34の規制状態から規制解除状態への変更と開閉体6の上昇とを、立ったままの自然体によるワンアクションで行うことができる。
