この種の取付具としては、出願人が所有している実用新案登録第２１１４０５７号に開示したものが知られている。
この取付具は、ゴミ袋収納部とその上方に配置した筒状のゴミ袋支持体とからなるゴミ袋の取付具において、ゴミ袋収納部の開口部に一端を枢着させた開閉蓋を取り付け、ゴミ袋支持体を昇降可能に取り付けると共に、ゴミ袋支持体の上昇時に支持体下端部と収納部との間隔を開閉蓋の奥行より大きくするよう構成したものである。
一般にゴミ等の容器（ゴミ箱）への袋の装着は、当該容器の上部開口部より底部に向けてなされている。
しかし、当該取付具は、袋収納部とその上方に配置した筒状のゴミ袋支持体とからなっており、袋を袋収納部に収納しておき、袋収納部から一旦、袋を袋収納部の外へ取り出して、袋支持体の上部開口部から底部に向けて取り付けるのでなく、袋収納部から直接に袋支持体に袋を取り入れて、袋を袋支持体に取り付ける事を特色としている。
この事を実現するために、右手にて袋支持体を上昇させ、左手にて袋収納部の開口部に設けた開閉蓋を袋支持体を昇降させる棒体の所まで、開き切り、その開閉蓋を下降する袋支持体のストッパーとして機能させて、袋支持体の底部と袋収納部とを離開状態にして空間を作り、維持する。この事により両手を使って、即ち一方の手で袋収納部の中の袋を袋支持体の底部からその内部に持ち込み、もう一方の手を袋支持体の開口部から入れて、その袋を引き上げ、開口部の開口縁に広げて折りまげ、袋支持体に袋をとりつける。こうして当該取付具の特色とする効率的な取り付け作業が可能となる。
ところが開閉蓋を手であけると、必ずしも上述のように袋支持体の底部と袋収納部との間を離開状態として空間を作成維持しないで、冒頭に述べた一般の袋の装着の習慣もあって、袋支持体を少し上げ、袋収納部の開閉蓋を開けて、一旦袋を収納部の外へ取り出し、袋支持体の開口部の上部から取り付け、必ずしも当該袋の取付具の特色とする効率的な取り付けがなされない不都合があった。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
本発明はゴミ袋収納部２とその上方に配置した筒状のゴミ袋支持体１１とからなるゴミ袋取付具に於いて、袋収納部の開口部に設けた開閉蓋３を直接、手によらずに開け、ゴミ袋支持体１１と袋収納部２とを開離状態にして空間を作り維持する事を課題としたものである。

【課題を解決するための手段】
この技術的課題を解決するための技術的手段は、ゴミ袋収納部２の開口部に設けた開閉蓋３の回転軸にバネ１５を取り付ける事である。

【発明の実施の形態】

【発明の効果】

請求項２の発明では、片手でも袋をスリット１３にガイドして開口部に引き上げることが出来、袋の取り付けが極めて容易である。
特に袋支持体が細長い場合、袋の取り付けが便利である。
