【従来の技術】
運搬時や保存時の便宜性から、非使用時は折畳んで偏平な形状となり、使用時に展開させて内容物を投入可能とする折畳み容器には、従来より種々のものがある。こうした容器は、一般に、収容する内容物が特定の形状の単品である場合、パイの容器に代表されるように、展開時にその形状と概ね一致するような形状とされ、内容物が細かく多数である場合、フライドポテトの容器に代表されるように、それらの逐次の取り出しが容易で、自立性のある形状とされる。

他方、特に折畳を考慮しない包装容器形状として、アイスクリームの包装に用いられる円錐形のものがあり、この形状のものでは、巻いたシートの開口部が円形となるように、扇形のシートを素材とするのが通例である。こうした中で、食品用ではないが、素材を正方形のシートとする円錐形の包装容器が、実開平１−１７０１６５号公報に開示の考案において提案されている。この提案に係る包装容器は、正方形のシートの一辺に沿って両面接着テープを貼付け、この辺と交わる他辺を前記一辺に沿って貼り合わせることで円錐形を得ている。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
ところで、店頭販売においては、商品を入れた容器は、内容物を投入後に、販売員から購買者に直接手渡しされ、購買者も手持ち状態のまま内容物を取り出すのが通例であり、こうした販売に使用する容器にとって、自立性は必ずしも重要ではない。こうした販売方法では、販売者側にとっては、折畳み状態の容器を多数ストックされた中から１つずつ取り出す際の迅速性と、展開の容易さがむしろ重要であり、購買者にとっては、内容物の取り出しの容易さが重要である。こうした面から従来の折畳み容器をみると、それらは展開時の形状の工夫に重きが置かれ、販売時の利便性の考慮に欠ける面がある。この点は、仮に上記提案に係る包装容器を折畳保存し、展開使用するようにした場合を想定しても同様である。

本発明は、こうした事情に鑑み案出されたものであり、多数積み重ねて保存した中から、１つずつの迅速な取り出しと展開を容易とし、且つ収容した内容物の取り出しも容易とした手持ち折畳み容器を提供することを目的とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上記目的を達成するため、本発明の折畳み手持ち容器は、方形のシートを素材とし、その一辺に沿う所定幅部分を折畳んでシート面に重合させ、それにより形成される重合辺に交わる辺を、それら両辺の角部から重合辺に合せてシート全体を折畳み、前記所定幅部分とシート全体の折畳みにより該部分に重合する部分を貼着してなることを特徴とする。

上記の構成において、好ましくは、前記シートは、折畳み前の形状が正方形とされる。この場合、前記角部は、シート全体の折畳みにより形成される実質上直角三角形の３辺を所定幅部分を重合させるシート面側からみたときの、斜辺の左端とされるのが有効である。また、前記シートは、前記所定幅部分を前記角部から斜めに切除されているものであることが望ましい。

【発明の実施の形態】

【発明の効果】
本発明の請求項１に記載の構成では、容器の開放辺側で重なる表裏２つの辺が所定幅分だけずれた位置関係となるため、この表裏２つの辺のずれにより、完成品の容器を多数積み重ねた状態で、重なり合う容器間にシートの厚さ分の隙間が保たれる。この隙間が容器を１個宛取り出す際の容器の分け目となり、順次の取り出しが容易となる。したがって、店頭販売等、特に容器の取出しや展開、更には商品の投入に迅速性を要求される用途に適した折畳み容器を得ることができる。
