Description

【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
According to the present invention, when disinfecting a finger, ozone is generated using air and a high voltage, mixed with water to create ozone water, and the ozone water is atomized (particulated) to disinfect a finger or the like. The present invention relates to a disinfecting device for disinfecting a container.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, this type of disinfecting method mainly uses pipes for supplying water for producing ozone water because tap water or the like is used. In addition, ozone water used for disinfecting fingers is drained by piping such as a drainage device.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
Conventionally, as water for producing ozone water for disinfection, piping such as supply water was required for the method of using tap water and the like, and it did not contribute to disinfection after use or for disinfection method by running water hand washing. There was a need for a drainage device for discharging the disinfectant (ozone water), and this type of disinfectant had many restrictions on the installation location.
According to the present invention, ozone water is generated from water supplied from a container and ozone gas generated from air, and the ozone water is atomized (particulated) and used as a disinfecting solution to effectively disinfect a hand in a small amount. . Further, the atomized ozone water which has not contributed to the disinfection is naturally vaporized and disappears, so that a water supply / drainage device is not required, so that the above-mentioned drawbacks are solved.
[0004]
Means to be Solved by the Invention
As shown in FIG. 1, the disinfecting device is a water supply device equipped with a detachable and portable water container, an ozone gas generator, an ozone water production tank, an ozone water atomizer, an atomized ozone water supply device, And a structure provided with an ozone gas detoxifying device for detoxifying and exhausting used ozone gas.
[0005]
[Action]
In this disinfecting apparatus, ozone gas is produced from atmospheric oxygen by an ozone generator, and is reacted with water from a container provided to produce ozone water, which is used as a disinfecting liquid. The ozone water is atomized into fine particles (atomized) and adhered to the fingers, and is intensively discharged from the atomized ozone water supply device so that the ozone water can be easily received by the hands. Fine ozone water that did not contribute to disinfection vaporizes in the atmosphere and disappears. The used ozone gas is made harmless and exhausted by acting on a catalyst and activated carbon.
[0006]
【Example】
Hereinafter, an embodiment in which an ultrasonic atomizer is used for the ozone water atomizer in the present disinfector will be described. As shown in FIG. 2, the disinfecting apparatus includes an ozone gas generator including a water supply device equipped with a detachable and portable water container, a power supply having an intermittent function, an air dryer, and a pump for compressing intake air. An ozone water production tank, an ozone water atomization device equipped with an ultrasonic vibrator equipped with a driving device, a configuration provided with a blowing function, an atomized ozone water supply device equipped with an proximity sensor, an ozone gas detoxification device, and the like. I do.
In the operation of the present disinfector, the water in the container mounted on the main body is filled to an appropriate level in the ozone water production tank through the water supply device. Dry air pressurized by the outside air with a pump is sent to an ozone generator to become ozone gas, which is jetted into an ozone water production tank and mixed with water to produce ozone water, which is stored in the ozone water production tank.
In the disinfection operation, the sensor senses when the hand approaches the front of the atomized ozone water supply device, and the ozone water in the ozone water production tank is atomized by operating the ozone gas generator, ultrasonic atomizer, and atomized ozone water supply device. And discharged from the ozone water supply device nozzle. Disinfect it by rubbing it against your hand. Also, the atomized ozone water that has not contributed to the disinfection is naturally vaporized in the atmosphere during the fall and disappears. Ozone gas that did not contribute to ozone water production in the ozone water production process is rendered harmless by the action of the catalyst and activated carbon of the ozone gas detoxification device, and is discharged into the atmosphere. In addition, the ozone concentration in the ozone water in the ozone water production tank is automatically maintained by operating the ozone gas generator in accordance with a certain interval and the frequency of use.
The size of the atomized particles of ozone water by the ultrasonic atomizer can be changed by the vibration frequency of the ultrasonic vibrator, so it is effective for disinfection, and the vibrator evaporates until particles that do not contribute to disinfection fall to the ground And select the frequency. Incidentally, the ozone water atomizing device can use other atomizing methods such as a mist generating nozzle.
[0007]
【The invention's effect】
According to the present technology, a small amount of ozone water can be effectively disinfected because ozone water particles produced and atomized as a disinfecting solution are picked up and disinfected. Further, atomized ozone water particles that do not contribute to disinfection naturally evaporate in the atmosphere and disappear, so that water supply and drainage pipes become unnecessary. It can be miniaturized and is easy to install, and it is economical to use and replenish only water.
