Description

【0001】

[Industrial applications]
The present invention relates to a basement used in civil engineering, a construction site, and the like, and a leading core used for the basement.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Each basement has a structure in which a relatively soft rubber or synthetic resin grounding bottom is attached to the upper, which is generally sewn with cotton cloth, and the crotch is provided at the toe and the thumb and the four fingers are separated. It can be moved to the foot, can be fitted to the foot, and because it uses a flexible grounding floor, there is a freedom of movement of the foot, it has a good feeling of grounding, and it can be worn lightly I have.
[0003]
By the way, since the upper is made of cloth for the requirement of lightness as described above, there is a concern that the toe may be damaged if an object falls on the toe during wear.
For this reason, as shown in Patent Literature 1, in order to protect the toe portion from falling objects, a metal cap-shaped core is also loaded in this portion. However, as shown in FIG. 5 of Patent Literature 1, the front end is formed so that the front and rear sides of the lower end of the rising wall on the crotch side and the opposite side are formed at right angles. Sharp corners easily penetrate the midsole and the ground floor. In particular, the part on the opposite side of the crotch is easy to apply force to bending, and the ground bottom is relatively flexible and thin, so if the bite is severe and this is repeated, the middle sole and even the ground floor may be damaged. Was concerned.
[0004]
[Patent Document 1]
Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 60-26641 [0005]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
In view of the above situation, the present invention does not damage the middle bottom and the ground bottom on the opposite side of the finger crotch, and maintains the function of protecting the toe, even if the base is loaded with a hard tip core The present invention has been accomplished by studying a basement having a simple structure and easy production, and a tip used therefor.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
That is, the gist of the present invention is that each of the thumb tips is a separate body and can cover the upper half of the thumb, and the four fingers can cover the upper half of the four fingers. Is loaded on the toe portion of the upper, and at the lower end of the rising wall on the opposite side of the finger crotch of at least one of the above-mentioned cores, a tip core provided with a curvature portion curved in the front-back direction is used. You will be underground every time.
In addition, the present invention comprises a thumb tip that is separately formed and can cover the upper half of the thumb, and a four finger tip that can cover the upper half of the four fingers. At least one of the leading cores is provided with a curved portion that curves in the front-rear direction at the lower end of the rising wall on the opposite side of the finger crotch.
[0007]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings showing examples.
FIG. 1 shows an embodiment of the present invention, in which a grounding bottom 2 made of rubber or synthetic resin is attached to an upper 1 made of a cotton cloth or the like by sewing, bonding, or both. I have. In the figures, 3 is a kohaze, 4 is a kohase thread, 1A is an upper surface cloth, 1B is a back cloth, 1C is an insole, 1D and 1E are a toe reinforcing cloth and a heel reinforcing cloth, respectively. .
[0008]
The present invention can cover the top half of the thumb A and the top half of the four fingers B, each of which is separate and can cover the upper half of the thumb A, in each underground constructed as described above. The four-finger tip core 6 is inserted into the toe portion of the upper 1, that is, in the illustrated example, between the front cloth 1 </ b> A and the toe reinforcing cloth 1 </ b> D, and attached via an adhesive as necessary. As shown in FIG. 5 or FIG. 6, the leading core 5 or 6 used in this embodiment has a curvature portion 5A (6A) that curves in the front-rear direction at the lower end of the rising wall on the opposite side of the finger crotch. This is loaded into the toe.
In these figures, the tip 5 for the thumb is a representative example, and the figure is viewed from the side of the finger or the opposite side with this fixed. In the example shown in FIG. 5, the curvature portion 5A or 6A is provided only on the opposite side of the forefinger of the thumb tip 5 or the four-finger tip 6 in the example shown in FIG. And on both the crotch side.
[0009]
In the present invention, since the toe cores 5 and 6 having a unique shape as described above are used, it is assumed that repeated torsion is applied to the toe by wearing a basement, and the curvature is formed at the lower end of the rising wall opposite to the finger crotch. Since the portion 5A (6A) is provided, the portion 5A (6A) does not cut into the midsole or the ground bottom as a starting point, and this portion is not damaged. When the curvature portions 5A and 6A are provided on the opposite side of the finger or the crotch side as shown in FIG. 6, damage can be prevented at both sides.
[0010]
The cores 5 and 6 used in the present invention can be made of a hard material such as a synthetic resin, FRP, or various metals, similarly to those generally used, and are usually folded at the lower end as shown in FIG. The part 5B is provided and molded. It is desirable that the curvature portions 5A and 6A have such a curvature that they do not penetrate into the midsole or the ground bottom, and are formed at the same time when the leading cores 5 and 6 are formed using the above-described materials.
[0011]
【The invention's effect】
Since the present invention has a configuration as described in detail above, the curvature portion provided at the lower end of the rising wall on the opposite side of the forefoot of the leading core, even on the opposite side of the finger crotch, due to the bending of the toe portion during wearing. No local force is applied, so there is no damage to the midsole or the ground floor from this point as a starting point, and it is highly practical underground and can be used for a long time. There is an advantage that a leading core can be provided.
