Abstract
Description
【0001 】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a wiring unit cable arranging jig used for storing connection portions of a plurality of wiring unit cables in a wiring unit cable joint box.
[0002]
[Prior art]
In recent years, one unit house is completed by manufacturing room units that are unitized for each room such as entrance, living room, bedroom, etc. at the factory of the house maker and assembling them at the construction site according to the owner's request and site shape Prefabricated house construction methods are known. In the prefabricated house construction method, wiring for each room unit is also performed in the factory in advance, and the wiring can simplify indoor wiring work. In order to simplify indoor wiring work, joint boxes are used.
[0003]
The conventional joint box has a structure in which the inside is filled and molded with an insulating thermosetting resin (epoxy resin, etc.) to fix and protect the connection portion of the branch-connected indoor wiring unit cable. (For example, see Patent Document 1). As the indoor wiring unit cable, a two-core cable, a three-core cable, or the like is used depending on the application.
[0004]
By the way, the above-mentioned conventional joint box has a problem that the curing time of the thermosetting resin inevitably occurs and the production capacity cannot be improved. In addition, even if misconnection of the cable connection is detected after the product of the joint box is completed, it cannot be repaired because the connection part is resin-molded, and the only option is to discard the joint box and start anew. Has problems. Furthermore, since the entire interior of the joint box is resin-molded, the weight becomes heavy, which has a problem that the handleability is affected.
[0005]
Therefore, the applicant of the present application has proposed a joint box for a wiring unit cable in Japanese Patent Application No. 2002-198987 (filed on Jul. 8, 2002) in order to solve the above various problems. The joint box for the wiring unit cable has a spacer (slide) for fixing the cable, which allows the wiring unit cable to be inserted and stored in the temporarily locked state and forcibly bends the wiring unit cable in the fully locked state. Holder) is slidably provided.
[0006]
The above-mentioned joint box for wiring unit cables has a structure in which it is necessary to insert the wiring unit cables into spacers (slide holders) when storing the connection portions of a plurality of wiring unit cables.

[Problems to be solved by the invention]
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION The present invention provides a wiring unit cable arrangement including a wiring unit cable joint box, including those previously proposed by the present applicant, for more easily storing connection portions of a plurality of wiring unit cables in a joint box. It is an object to provide a jig.
[0009]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The wiring unit cable arranging jig according to the present invention according to
[0010]
According to a second aspect of the present invention, there is provided the wiring unit cable arranging jig according to the first aspect, wherein the arranging wall is formed with a holding projection in which the wiring unit cable is press-fitted. It is characterized by:
[0011]
According to a third aspect of the present invention, in the wiring unit cable arranging jig according to the first or second aspect, the wiring unit cable arranging jig extends from the contact wall to the storage space side. A hood for preventing the connection portion from dropping out of the space is coupled.
[0012]
According to the first aspect of the present invention, when the connection portions of the plurality of wiring unit cables are brought into contact with the contact wall portion by using the wiring unit cable arrangement jig of the present invention, the connection portions are brought into contact with each other. It is stored in the storage space in a state of being aligned by the tangent wall. When a plurality of wiring unit cables are inserted into the comb-shaped arrangement walls, a predetermined arrangement is made by the arrangement walls. Then, in such a state, if a plurality of arranged wiring unit cables are taken out from the wiring unit cable arrangement jig of the present invention and stored in the wiring unit cable joint box, the plurality of wiring unit cables are simply placed one by one. This makes it easier and more reliable to store the wiring unit in the joint box for the wiring unit than it is to store it with one hand.
[0013]
According to the second aspect of the present invention, the holding projection is formed on the arrangement wall. The wiring unit cable inserted into the arrangement wall by the holding projections is in a press-fit state, and the displacement of the wiring unit cable is regulated until it is stored in the wiring unit cable joint box.
[0014]
According to the third aspect of the present invention, the hood portion is coupled to the contact wall portion. Accordingly, even if the connection portion of the wiring unit cable attempts to move for some reason, the connection portion is caught by the hood portion, and the connection portion is prevented from dropping out of the storage space until it is stored in the wiring unit cable joint box.
