本発明は、例えば空調用ダクト内に挿入される温湿度センサ等の挿入型検出器に適用されるケースと蓋との取付構造に関し、特にダクトにケースを固定した後に外部への電気配線をケース内に収納した接続用のコネクタ部に接続施工されるケースと蓋との取付構造に関する。

従来、図11に示すようなケースと蓋との取付構造が提案されている。このケースと蓋との取付構造は、ケース22に蓋引掛用の被係合部と外向き係合爪27を有する弾性片部24とを設けるとともに、蓋21には被係合部に係脱可能な係合部と外向き係合爪27に係脱可能な内向き係合爪25とを設け、外向き係合爪27と内向き係合爪25には蓋21の押し嵌め時に摺接して弾性片部24を弾性変形させるテーパ面を形成したものである。(特開平8−160173号公報参照)

このようなケースと蓋との取付構造では、ケース22の被係合部に蓋21の係合部を引掛けた状態で蓋21を閉じると、蓋21の内向き係合爪25がケース22の外向き係合爪27に乗り上げてそれらのテーパ面相互が摺接し、この摺接作用により弾性片部24が弾性変形し、内向き係合25爪が外向き係合爪27を乗り越えると弾性片部24の弾性復元力で外向き係合爪27が内向き係合爪25にロックされる。

しかしながら上記ケースと蓋との取付構造では、ケース22が空調用ダクト内に挿入される温湿度センサ等の挿入型検出器に適用され、ケース22がダクトに固定された状態のときに外部配線のために蓋21を上方へ開くような場合、弾性片部24がケース22側にあるため、テーパ面相互の摺接作用とパッキンの弾性復元力が弱いときなど、弾性片部24を外部から指などで押圧しても蓋21が完全に開動作しないことがあり、このため、蓋21を開くために指で弾性片部24を押圧した状態で蓋21を他の指で掴んで持ち上げるというめんどうな作業を行う必要があるという問題がある。

請求項1記載の発明は、蓋をケースの上側開口部に取りつけるケースと蓋との取付構造であって、蓋の対応する一側部にそれぞれ設けた係合部と、蓋における他側部の外側に一体に垂下されて下部が蓋内方に弾性変形可能な弾性片と、この弾性片の外側に一体に突設形成された外向き係合フックと、ケースにおける外向き係合フックとの対応位置に一体形成された内向き係合フックとを備え、弾性片における外向き係合フックよりも下部を外部から押圧可能な押圧片となし、ケースへの蓋取り付け時に内向き係合フックが外向き係合フックを乗り越えて上方向に移動するに伴って弾性片をケース内方に漸次弾性変形させ、蓋の取り付け完了時に弾性片の弾性復元力で外向き係合フックが内向き係合フックにロックするようにさせ、押圧片を外部からケース内方へ押圧変形させることによりロック解除するようなしたことを特徴として構成している。

弾性片4は、周壁部1b外側の中央部に設けた切欠部内に上板1a側端から板状に垂設され、先端が周壁部1b下端よりも下方に突出して形成されている。この弾性片4は、切欠部奥面との間に隙間を設けて形成され、蓋1中央方向に向って弾性変形可能となっている。この弾性片4には上下方向略中央の周壁部1b下端よりもやや下方位置に外向き係合爪が一体に突設形成されている。この外向き係合爪は縦断面視略略三角形状に形成され、弾性片4表面と略直角な上面とこの上面の先端から下方に傾斜したテーパ面7とを有している。このテーパ面7は鏡面加工により形成されている。また、弾性片4の外向き係合爪よりも下部を押圧片4bとしており、この押圧片4b外面に人の指がちょうど収まる程度の凹所6が形成されている。

一方ケース2は、上側開口の略箱状に形成され、底板2aとこの底板2aの四方周縁に一体に立設された側板とから形成されている。側板の上端部は全周に亘って外方に拡幅されて周縁部2bを形成し、この周縁部2b上面の内側における蓋1のパッキン14圧縮用凸部と対応する位置にはパッキン14収納凹部が周設されている。一側周縁部2bにおける左右側の蓋1の係合部3と対応する位置には蓋1引掛用の被係合部15が一体に形成され、反対側の周縁部2bの中央には外向き係合フック4aと係合して蓋1をケース2に固定する内向き係合フック5aが一体に形成されている。被係合部15は、周縁部2b外側の左右側に立設された内側開口の箱状に形成され、蓋1の係合部3を内側開口より内部に収納してケース2に対する蓋1の位置決め係合ができるようになっている。

周縁部2b外側の蓋1の弾性片4と対応する位置に弾性片4が貫通する固定孔が設けられ、この固定孔の外側片5が内向き係合フック5aを形成している。内向き係合フック5aは、内面が上端から内側に傾斜したテーパ面7が鏡面加工により形成されている。このテーパ面7は弾性片4の外向き係合爪におけるテーパ面7と同一の角度で同一方向に傾斜している。

この挿入型検出器は、温度や湿度の計測回路基板13等をケース2に内蔵した計測器本体と、この計測器本体のケース2に垂下された保護管8と、保護管8の下端に設けた温度センサ及び湿度センサ9と、保護管8に取り付けられダクトの上面に保護管8を取り付けて検出器をダクトに固定する取付具10とから構成されている。

計測回路基板13は温度センサ及び湿度センサ9に接続されて温度センサ及び湿度センサ9に電源を供給するとともに、各センサの出力信号が入力されて増幅・整形され、空調器の温度制御装置のマイコンに検出出力が送られるものである。ケース2内部と保護管8内路とは連通しており、計測回路基板13と温度センサ及び湿度センサ9とを接続する内部接続線は保護管8内部に収容されている。またケース2の側板に設けた開口部に連通して外部接続管が設けられ、計測回路基板13の温湿度出力は外部接続管に収容された外部接続線を介して温度制御装置に接続されている。この外部接続線及び内部接続線は取付ネジによって計測回路基板13上のコネクタ部の所定位置に固定されることにより、計測回路基板13に電気接続されるようになっている。この内部接続線と計測回路基板13との接続は、検出器のダクト取付施工前に行われるが、外部接続線と計測回路基板13との接続は、検出器のダクト取付施工後に行われるようになっている。

取付具10は、ダクト上面にネジ固定される取付プレート10bとこの取付プレート10bの上部に一体に設けられた管取付部11とから構成されている。取付プレート10bは略矩形板状に形成され、中央に保護管8外径よりもやや大きい取付孔と、四角に取付ネジの脚部が貫通する貫通孔とが設けられている。また取付プレート10b下面のダクト上面に接する部分にはゴムシートなどの弾力を有するものが設けられて取付プレート10bとダクトとの密閉性を保持できるようにしている。管取付部11は、取付孔に連通して外径が取付孔とほぼ同寸の固定孔を有する平面視略C字型で略円筒状の取付部本体と、この本体の対向する開口両端より側方に対向して延設された固定板12とから形成されている。対向する両固定板12の対応する中央部にはそれぞれ貫通孔が設けられ、この両貫通孔にボルト脚部を貫通させてナットにより締め付けて両固定板12を近接させることにより、取付部本体の固定孔の大きさを縮小させ、固定孔を貫通する保護管8を圧接固定するようにしている。このボルトナット固定を緩めることにより、弾性復元力で固定孔が広がって圧接状態を緩め、保護管8を貫通させた状態で取付プレート10bが上下にスライド可能としている。この取付プレート10bの位置によって保護管8先端の温湿度センサのダクト内の位置決めを行っており、ダクト径が大きいときは取付プレート10bを計測器本体側に近いところに、ダクト径が小さいときは取付プレート10bを温湿度センサ側に近いところに配置し、温湿度センサが取りつけるダクトの大きさに関わらず温湿度検出の誤差が少ないダクト中央部に配置するようにしている。

温度センサや湿度センサ9としては周知のものを用い、それぞれ温度や湿度に応じた所定の電圧出力値を内部接続線を介して計測回路基板13に出力するようにしている。

このような挿入型検出器のダクトへの取り付け方法について以下に説明する。まずあらかじめダクトの上面の挿入型検出器取り付け位置に保護管8挿入用の貫通孔、および取付具10の取付プレート10bの貫通孔と対応する位置に貫通孔をそれぞれ設けておく。次に、挿入型検出器を外部接続線が接続されていない状態にしておき、ダクト径に合わせて温度センサ及び湿度センサ9がダクト中央部付近に配置されるよう、取付プレート10bを保護管8の適切な位置に配置し、管取付部11の両固定板12をボルトナットにより締め付け、取付具10を保護管8に固定する。次にダクトの保護管8挿入用の貫通孔に温湿度センサ及び保護管8を挿入し、取付プレート10bとダクトの各対応する貫通孔を位置合わせして取付ネジにより、取付プレート10bをダクト上面に固定する。

次に、上記のように取り付けた挿入型検出器に外部接続線を接続する方法について以下に説明する。まず図10(a)に示すように、蓋1のロック状態においては、蓋1の係合部3とケース2の被係合部15とが係合し、蓋1の弾性片4がケース2の固定孔を上方より貫通した状態で弾性片4の外向き係合フック4aとケース2の内向き係合フック5aとが係合している。このとき蓋1のパッキン14圧縮用凸部がケース2のパッキン14収納凹部に収容されたパッキン14を押圧して蓋1を密閉状態に保持している。次に(b)に示すように、手の平を上に向けた状態で蓋1の凹所6に例えばひとさし指の腹を押し当てて押圧片4bをケース2内方に押圧する。このとき、外向き係合フック4aと内向き係合フック5aとの係合が外れて弾性片4は固定孔内部で内方に移動する。このとき、パッキン14の弾性復元力によって蓋1は上方の開方向に押圧されて蓋1が開状態となる。さらに(c)に示すように、ひとさし指で押圧片4bを上方に持ち上げることによって弾性片4が固定孔内部を上方へ移動して蓋1は開方向に大きく開くことになる。さらに、この状態で他方の手で蓋1を持ち上げるか、一旦弾性片4を押圧している指を離してから蓋1を掴んで持ち上げることにより、係合部3と被係合部15との係合が外れて蓋1をケース2から取り外すことができる。

蓋をケースの上側開口部に取りつけるケースと蓋との取付構造であって、蓋の対応する一側部にそれぞれ設けた係合部と、蓋における他側部の外側に一体に垂下されて下部が蓋内方に弾性変形可能な弾性片と、この弾性片の外側に一体に突設形成された外向き係合フックと、ケースにおける外向き係合フックとの対応位置に一体形成された内向き係合フックとを備え、弾性片における外向き係合フックよりも下部を外部から押圧可能な押圧片となし、ケースへの蓋取り付け時に内向き係合フックが外向き係合フックを乗り越えて上方向に移動するに伴って弾性片をケース内方に漸次弾性変形させ、蓋の取り付け完了時に弾性片の弾性復元力で外向き係合フックが内向き係合フックにロックするようにさせ、押圧片を外部からケース内方へ押圧変形させることによりロック解除するようなしたことを特徴とするケースと蓋との取付構造。A mounting structure of a case and a lid for attaching the lid to an upper opening of the case, wherein an engaging portion provided on each of the corresponding one side of the lid, and a lower portion which is integrally hung outside the other side of the lid.
